71 Chapter-70: Deal with Tomura!
(Kazuya POV)
I was currently talking to my manager in the company to invest more time on Live inc's public relations and support level around the area as I was planning on entering the field of elections as well.
This japan was quite different as compared to the original japan.
The political power and areas were really decentralized to prevent any sort of crimes and more interaction with public so as to calm them faster.
It was a fairly new plan but they forgot an extremely important detail.
If someone managed to collect a few small areas and kept on expanding from there, it'd turn into something else entirely, which was my plan to take up the control of the country.
I will be taking control of the areas rapidly and turn Japan into an Oligarchy under the company higher ups of Live Inc and myself.
Of course democracy will exist as a façade for other countries to not interrupt my plans and so public doesn't get enraged.
I will be playing as the villain as well as the hero, so whoever people side with, people will be on MY side at the end.
No real choice other than to effectively submit to me.
Other rich companies and families like Momo's and the like might be a pain to deal with but nothing a bullet in the head or a genjutsu made by Rinnesharingan cannot solve if I cannot talk them out of it.
The plan was going on smooth.
After the talk was completed, I came inside my own body that was lying on my bed and kept my Otsutsuki body inside the space inventory.
I arranged a meeting with Tomura Shiragaki as well.
This will delay USJ incident by a few days but it will be making it way more devastating to class 1-B, which weren't even the target in the original.
This will doing a lot of harm.

(A few days later)
"So...I heard you wanted to meet me?" A blue haired teen with many hands over his whole body spoke as he scratched his neck.
Kurogiri, the teleporting dude was also there along with him.
"Yes. I wanted to meet you, Tomura Shiragaki." I said as I removed the hood on my face.
I was currently in my Otsutsuki body and hence the appearance was really intimidating.
"Do not worry, I am more of talking type of person as I believe pointless violence won't lead us anywhere." I said.
"Anything you'd like to have?" I asked as I fidgeted through the pantry to search for something to eat or drink.
"No. Now speak up." Tomura said as he was starting to lose his patience.
"Now. Now. There is no need for us to hurry like that. I insist you take something. After all, I hope to create a good relation with you." I said.
"Then I'd like one chocolate milk." He said.
Kurogiri wanted to stop him but before he could, I instantly pulled out 2 bottles of chocolate milk from the cabin near me.
"I like chocolate milk quite a lot as well." I said as I opened up the bottles and gave one to him and took the other for myself.
"Now, I heard you were requesting intel on UA, wanted weapons as well as hiring some villains. Do you plan to raid UA?" I asked him.
He was a little surprised as he didn't expect me to notice.
He had been using different people for the job and none of it was not hidden by him. Of course this didn't mean that someone as high profile as him would be ignored by me.
I instantly could tell he wanted to do that.
There was this internal desire for him to create anarchy. They make the best disposable pawns.
"Yes. That was actually the plan." He said without missing a beat as he sipped his chocolate milk.
"That's a bold plan. Might I ask what is the end result you want to achieve from this invasion?" I asked.
Kurogiri was quite suspicious of me the entire time and our conversation was confusing him even more. Who talks about raiding one of the best schools filled with top pro heroes and potential pro heroes as well? But he didn't speak anything.
He was trying to measure me all the time but I didn't give away anything other than I was in a fairly high position in the company.
"My goal....Is to kill All might." Tomura said.
"Hmmm. Interesting. I won't be questioning your methods but I take it you have your own ways to deal with him?" I asked him as I took another sip from my chocolate milk.
"Yes. I have my ways to end his miserable existence." He said as he took gulped down the chocolate milk as he signed me for more.
"Then let's talk about the details of our deal, shall we?" I said as I opened another bottle of chocolate milk and gave it to him.
"Yeah. sure." He said as he drank the chocolate milk.
"I will provide you with fresh intel in UA, weapons and release your little request of goons at 90% of it's original price. In exchange, I'd like you to capture a few specimens for me. These are the cretins I want alive from class 1-B." I said as I expressed some anger and gave them photos.
I wanted to make them think that this was some sort of personal grudge so they don't think of it too much and just do not kill them just because.
These were pictures of 3 students from class 1-B.
Neito Monoma.
Juzo Honenuki.
Yui Kodawa.
In specific, I wanted to experiment on Monoma with his quirk. He was literally made to be experimented on.
A perfect lab rat for me. Others weren't really all that important.
"Sorry. We decline. We don't do requests like that." Tomura said as he drank more chocolate milk.
He obviously isn't too smart or is he rather trying too hard for a bargain?
"I can make it worthwhile. I will give you more intel on hero schedule in the surrounding area for targeting more heroes." I said as I added something more.
"Still denied." He said as he took another sip.
"Then name your price." I said as I sighed.
"I want one of those quirk erasing bullets as well as 2- wait no 3 cartons of chocolate milk. Of course, this includes everything you've said till now." He said.
Turns out he was after quirk erasing bullets.
"Those quirks erasing bullets...are way more expensive to get than you think. They are worth more than some of the most expensive wines we can buy in the current time." I said.
"It's your job to arrange them. My job was to ask for it and I already did it." He said.
"Quirk erasing bullets are not so easy to acquire and are highly sought after contraband. You will gather a lot of attention and maybe some raids from major heroes in case they discover you possessed them." I said.
He went silent for a bit and gave a batsh*t crazy smile but that smile was a really familiar one as well.
It was a smile I knew perfectly.
It was the same face I used against all those whom I ruthlessly tortured and even enjoyed many parts of it.
It was amazing to see such an exciting and similar character to my own.
We may different as he believes in chaotic evil right now while I am more organized but I can say we will be extremely similar in future.
'This deal is going way better than I asked for.' I thought as my own bloodthirsty smile accidentally revealed itself.
They were really surprised at this as well but didn't say anything.
It's been a long time since I've killed, after all.
"Pardon that smile of mine. It's interesting to see someone like yourself. I will arrange the quirk erasing bullet shortly. Please collect the package from here, this exact room, tomorrow. The payment can be done through cash or lives of heroes. Use whichever you feel comfortable with." I said as I finished my chocolate milk and stood up.
He too finished his chocolate milk and stood up.
"It was nice making a deal with you. I will hoping you succeed in this incident. Let it be known to world that the man named Tomura Shiragaki will end the golden era and eliminate the brightest beacon of hope, The current symbol of peace, All might." I said with a smile.
"I expect to do the same. I will see you later." He said as Kurogiri activated his quirk and they both teleported away.
"This deal went better than I thought it'd go." I said to no one as I teleported to my room and transferred bodies as I went to sleep.
The USJ incident will be way better than some lame ragtag bunch of villains joking around and getting beaten up by children.
