18 Chapter-18: It's test time! (Part-II)

After some planning and discord between Sasuke and Kazuya, they finally arrived to a decent plan.

They smiled a bit and moved out.

Kazuya created one shadow clones and sent it with Sasuke while he went into the shadows.

Sasuke set up a few traps around the ground and Kazuya helped him. After a while, they encountered Kakashi who was reading the new Icha Icha violence while chuckling a little.

Sasuke and Naruto's clone started fighting Kakashi now.

Their attacks were in sync as they knew each others moves in depth because of fighting against each other. This interested Kakashi a little so he put the book in his Ninja bag and took them a bit more seriously.

During this time, Sasuke's talent as a combat genius also showed it's worth.

He lured Kakashi into the traps without making it too obvious. Kazuya's clone also helped a lot as it's main purpose was deception. It didn't fall short of Sasuke and did it's own bits.

After some more fighting, Kazuya's clone finally burst, alerting Kakashi a lot.

Sasuke suddenly smirked and jumped back to take a breather and a lot of clones came from the shadow.

He checked the bells and they were still there.

Suddenly it struck him.

"So that was a strategy to somewhat exhaust me with your clone so that Sasuke can rescue your teammate, huh? I did think predict something like that but this wasn't quite what I had in my-" Kakashi said but he was interrupted by a fuma shuriken that was actually a clone using henge.

From that moment, Kakashi didn't get even single moment to even breathe. He was literally jumped by clones with good hit sync. Kazuya was eventually getting through but it started failing when he opened his Sharingan eye.

It was went as Kazuya expected it to go if Kakashi used the Sharingan.

Downhill.

In around 10 minutes, the situation was dealt with and Kazuya was nearly captured a few times but managed to slip away and hiding amongst more clones.

During the that time period, Sasuke and Sakura finally came in and were ready to fight Kakashi.

This gave Kazuya enough time to sneak away the bells and as soon as he snatched the bells, the alarm clock rung.

Kakashi didn't say much but just sighed, "Haah...You pass, Naruto. But the questions is who is the other person who is going to pass with you?"

Kakashi still didn't reveal anything to them as the way thing went was as if Naruto and Sasuke were a team and Sakura was a liability. Kakashi internally swore to help out Sakura a bit more or she would become a burden to the team in future.

"You ain't fooling anyone now. It was all for teamwork and that's what we showed you." Kazuya who was still in Naruto's body said with a sh*t eating grin.

He was really happy because even if Kakashi could finish it all in a few minutes, He couldn't or more like he didn't.

A win is a win.

It doesn't matter how much of a throwaway it was.

It does hurt Kazuya's pride a bit but he would rather win shamelessly than lose.

Kakashi internally commended Naruto's perceptiveness and said, "I guess you pass then. Alright Sasuke and Naruto will eat their lunch but you Sakura....You were totally useless. You are going to be tied to the pole. Naruto and Sasuke! Don't give her anything to eat whatsoever. or else the result might change."

After saying this, Kakashi flickered away with Sakura and instantly tied her up to a log, taped her mouth with ninja tape and simply walked away from the scene.

Kazuya was really happy with everything and he left the control from Naruto's body. Naruto took the control again.

'Eat the lunch and feed some to Sakura. This is the last thing you need to in order to pass. A ninja must read between the lines.' Kazuya said as his voice faded away from Naruto.

Except that didn't happen in reality.

Kazuya cut his connection with Naruto and screamed like a madman and screaming stuff 'WOOH!'.

It was a win. Even if it was a sloppy one, It was still a win, nonetheless.

It was an event to celebrate.

It's like defeating a high level player handicapping himself. It involved some luck but he still manage to defeat him.

(Outside world)

Naruto didn't like the idea of feeding Sakura at all.

After having a good long fight, he was finally able to eat.

It's like drinking water after your throat feels like sand when you wake up on a random day. He didn't want to share his food at all.

However, Naruto suppressed his displeasure for Kazuya.

It was something said by Kazuya.

He couldn't disobey him.

That's how he grew up. Kazuya was always right in his eyes.

Albeit reluctantly, he undid the tape and fed Sakura some food.

She first refused profusely but hungrily took a bite when she realized Sasuke wasn't going to feed her.

Suddenly Kakashi appeared out of nowhere.

"NARUTO! SASUKE! WHY DID YOU FEED HER WHEN I TOLD YOU NOT TO?!" Kakashi said as if Naruto and Sasuke did something unforgivable.

Sasuke was a little surprised but it only showed on his face for a moment.

Naruto looked at Kakashi and replied, "I didn't want to share food with her but I can't exactly abandon her right now. We are a team. Do what you wanna do. I don't care. Ah...Also Sakura, you will treat both me and Sasuke with ramen according to the bet."

"When did I say anyth-?!" Sakura tried saying but Naruto shut her up by giving her another bite of food and taping her mouth back.

Naruto didn't mind her blabbering and quickly finished his lunch by himself. He was still hungry and scamming Sakura was the only way her was getting more food.

"You guys are no fun...Anyway. In the ninja world, those who break the rules are scum, that's true, but those who abandon their friends are worse than scum. Remember that. Assemble here tomorrow morning, around 9 AM. Dismissed." Kakashi said.

""Okay.!"" Sasuke and said.

'I will cook something big for the dinner. It's celebration time. You passed your genin test today.' Kazuya said to Naruto from inside.

Hearing this, Naruto almost jumped.

The dish he ate this morning was already extremely delicious and he was getting more.

It made Naruto happier.

He couldn't wait for the dinner now. He immediately jumped from his position, cut Sakura's ropes and dragged both Sasuke and Sakura to the ramen shop.

"It's ramen time! You can't refuse me my hard earned ramen!" Naruto casually remarked.

'Shameless move but okay.' Kazuya said.

'Voice-kun. I wouldn't give up the opportunity to scam someone out of ramen.' Naruto said with a cheeky smile.

'Mischievous boy.' Kazuya responded.

'You know me the best hehehe.' Naruto said as he slurped some more ramen.
