"Hey Shawn I am sorry but I got to check on my mother." Hayley announced the moment we both found each other at the town's square.

"Why?" I asked him even when I knew his answer.

"My moth-" He started but I stopped him with my hand raised to silence him.

I knew what he was going to say there was no need for more questions or excuses I knew it all the way when I conducted the search party that he was not interested, then why should I be holding him back.

"I get it, no need to feed me with lies or excuses."

"Well thanks Shawn for your understanding, but I am also saying the truth I need to check up on my mother." He tries to clarify his sentence but it was not adding any effect to me neither was it helping my case.
