Chapter 2

"Sit down and tell me everything that happened." Scoups said and Jihoon obeyed.

"You told me that you and Boo Seungkwan were waiting for Chwe Hansol Vernon" Scoups said and Jihoon nodded.

"What happened next?" Scoups asked.

"Vernon. He told me to leave without him because he wasn't ready yet and it was too late and we did but.." Jihoon was silent for a moment.

"But…" Scoups repeated. Letting him know that he kept talking.

"But...some guys came up behind us...and..." Scoups could see that Jihoon was doing his best not to break into tears.

"They were the kidnappers, right?" Scoups said before Jihoon could speak and Jihoon nodded with tears in his eyes. "What happened after?"

"They took away our cell phone. After that I fainted... and when I woke up Seungkwan. He wasn't with me."

"Keep going."

"When I realized they had my cell phone and were checking my contacts...I heard they said Vernon's name....and started talking about him inappropriately..."

"What did they say?" Scoups asked.

"They said that Vernon...He looked easy that he looked good for a prostitute...but they also said that he had a silly face and then they started saying dirty things" Jihoon said trying not to cry.

"Why did they talk about him that way?"

"I had a photo of him in his contact"

"Ok, can I see it?"

"Okay," Jihoon said softly.

Scoups looked carefully at the photo. Vernon didn't look easy then with that he realized that the people who kidnapped them had rotten brains and very pig. Vernon just looked like a sweet innocent boy nothing more.

"Ok, what else happened?" Scoups asked.

"They started texting Vernon. Making him believe that I was the one sending the messages" Jihoon said.

"Did they cheat on Chwe Hansol Vernon?" Scoups asked and Jihoon nodded.

"Keep going"

"One day. Vernon came out of nowhere to the place and he saw me. His expression changed from a smile to a face of complete terror and he asked me if I was okay. I denied and he said he would get me out. He tried to call the police but a man came and hit him suddenly. He made him cry. It hurt me to see him like that. The man raped him and killed him in front of me... and I couldn't do anything to save him. I just screamed and cried. I didn't do anything to avoid to hurt him" Jihoon started crying again. "He just wanted to look for me but when he realized my conditions he wanted to save me..." Jihoon was still crying.

Scoups realized that Jihoon had a really bad time so he stood up and hugged him.

"Easy," Scoups said as he caressed Jihoon's hair and he hid his face on the older man's chest.

"Tell me. Was it the same man who tried to rape you?" Scoups asked.

"No....the man who killed Vernon...was the same one who sold me to the man who wanted to rape me."

"Did he sold you? and Seungkwan?" Scoups asked.

"I don't know anything about Seungkwan" Jihoon cried.

"Don't worry, that's all. I'll see you later. Go rest...and don't cry anymore...Everything will be fine," Scoups said.

They both left the place. Jihoon left the police department determined to go to rest but it started to rain and since Jihoon did not feel well physically or emotionally. He fell down to cry again.

After investigating and having no results. Scoups was on her way home in his car. It was still raining. Every time she stopped he thought about what Jihoon had told him. Suddenly she sees a small body in the distance and realizes that it is Jihoon and thinking that he could be hurt or something like that. He stops and gets out of the car and goes to him.

"Jihoon. Are you alright?" Scoups asks concerned. Jihoon looks at Scoups and then looks down as usual. Scoups reaches down and touches his cheek realizing that Jihoon is very cold. "You're very cold. Come I'll take you home."

"C-can I l-go by myself. Thanks" Jihoon said.

"But you're so cold. It's cold," Scoups said.

"I want to be alone" Jihoon said with tears in his eyes.

"Okay." Scoups takes off her jacket and hands it to Jihoon. "If you get too cold. Put it on."

"Th-thank you, Mr. Seungcheol." Scoups smiles and leaves believing that Jihoon will be better the next day.

It was already a new day. We had to move on once again and Scoups of course would take the opportunity to continue his investigation. So prepared and he left to go to the police department. On the way he passed by the place where he saw Jihoon the day before and sees that Jihoon is not there Scoups hesitates for a moment. However I think that Jihoon maybe he is at home obviously he would not be there all night. Scoups continues on his way to the police department but hears some familiar sobs and sees Jihoon in the floor crying as expected. Scoups worried crouches down to see him and talk to him.

"Jihoon. What's wrong? Is he alright?" Scoups asked.

"Seungkwan..." was the only thing Jihoon said.

"What about Boo Seungkwan?" Scoups asked curious and at the same time worrying. Jihoon shows him his cell phone with messages.

Please help me!!! Call the police or something!Please help me!!!

You better not call the police. You stupid brat or your friend will die. You decide... damn easy piece of shit.

"When did you get this?!" asked Scoups upset.

"Last night" Jihoon answered. "I didn't want to say anything to the police for fear that they would do something to Seungkwan...but I can't take it anymore. I don't want something bad to happen to him. I have enough with what happened to Vernon" Jihoon said.

"Don't worry. I'll find him. Trust me. He'll be fine" Scoups grabbed Jihoon's face and with his thumbs wiped the tears from his face.

"Don't cry anymore. Go home. I'll investigate. I'll keep you informed, ok?" Scoups said and Jihoon nodded.

Scoups left and Jihoon decided to go home but on his way he runs into Joshua.

"Oh Jihoon are you alright?" Joshua asked.

"Yeah...Joshua...can you hug me?" Jihoon asked Joshua.

"Of course" Joshua answered and hugged Jihoon while he felt how Jihoon hid his face in his chestbthen Joshua remembered that Jihoon did the same with Vernon and with Seungkwan only that with the last mentioned he couldn't hide his face. "You want to go home?"

"Let's go to yours....I want to see Jeonghan" Jihoon said.

"Okay" Joshua said.

When they arrived at Joshua's house. Jeonghan took it upon himself to make Jihoon some tea.

"You've cried a lot, haven't you?" Jeonghan said to Jihoon.

"I don't know how Seungkwan is....I miss Vernon so much" Jihoon said.

"Don't worry. You'll see that very soon they'll find Seungkwan...and...Vernon wouldn't like to see you sad...Smile for him...You'll see that he'll smile too wherever he is" Jeonghan said.

"Jihoon. You can always count on us" Joshua said.

"Thank you" Jihoon said. Jeonghan, Joshua and Jihoon slept for a while.
