2 Battle at Amity Square 2
Poe looks up at the sky and calls out, "It's time, let go!"
Following his line of sight, everyone was confused about why he shouted toward the sky instead of throwing his Pokeball out and summoning his pokemon. Even if he's a looker, they were getting a bit tired of him delaying things.
'Hmmm...' thought Cynthia, pondering what Poe calls out to.
While the crowd was getting irritating and wondering when they gonna see some action already.
"Look! something falling for the sky" someone shouted, pointing at the blue sky.
When everyone turns their head up, they find something was hurtling straight down from above. Right into the battlefield, the opposite of Garchomp and kicking up clouds of dust, covering everyone's view.
The audience has their eyes peeled on the battlefield, waiting for the dust to clear to and to know what it could be since the thing fall down so fast, they didn't get a good look.
When the dust clears and they got a closer look at what is it, everyone has their eyes shot open, they never see or hear of a creature that in front of them before.
It's humanoid with some feline features, standing on two legs. It is primarily gray with a long, purple tail. On top of its head are two short, blunt horns, and it has purple eyes. A tube extends from the back of its skull to the top of its spine, bypassing its neck. It has a defined chest and shoulders, which resemble a breastplate. The three digits on each hand and foot have spherical tips. Its tail is thick at the base but thins before ending in a small bulb.
"Is that a pokemon?"
"Cool, never see it before," Ash takes out his Pokedex and tries to scan to the creature.
[No date found]" came the mechanical voice of his Pokedex.
"It might be a pokemon that has never been seen by people, other than Poe till now" inform Brock.
Want to be the best Pokémon Doctor, he read and study a lot of pokemon but even he never come across it before.
"Whatever it is, it sure looks powerful," said Drawn.
"Hmm...what's it calls?" asked Cynthia while inspecting her challenger's pokemon.
"It's call, Mewtwo" Poe replied and smirk, "Now, you bet to take this very seriously."
Cynthia nod and push her hand forward, giving her pokemon its command, "Garchomp, use Dragon Rush!"
"Garr" Garchomp flies toward its opponent as the two appendages on its head glow blue. It then releases blue, dragon-shaped energy that covers its body.
"Now Mewtwo, Protect."
Mewtwo put one arm forward and form a pink barrier in front of itself as Garchomp slam into it, completely stopping it.
"Now, Psychic" using the same barrier that it summoned as a media, Mewtwo envelop Garchomp body in pink energy and push it away, causing it to crash onto the ground.
Cynthia watched as her most powerful was stopped so easily without being able to do anything but she didn't time dwell on her thought too long as she hears her opponent give out another command.
"Mewtwo, use Aura Sphere."
Forming a blue ball of energy in one hand, Mewtwo throws at as the still down Garchomp.
'Oh no...' if that thing hit, her pokemon will take some heavy damage since it is weak against Fighting Type.
"Garchomp! Quickly get up and dodge" the champion quickly call out.
Garchomp got up easy enough since it didn't take a lot of damage and flew high into the air just in the nick of time, avoiding the Aura Sphere.
The input of the attack takes out a large chunk of the earth, thank god, Garchomp got out in time.
"Use Stone Edge."
Garchomp crouches its body and two rings of glowing light blue rocks appear and spin around its body, it then fire all of it down toward Mewtwo but Cynthia wasn't finished yet.
"Follow it up with Flamethrower."
Garchomp opens its mouth and releases an orange stream of hot fire from it at the rocks, coating it in flame. Effectively creating a mini meteor shower that looks just as much as a real one.
"Everyone, quickly move back!" Brock warns the crowd. The braw was getting too dangerous to be watching up close, they need to move away if not they be caught up in the attack.
"Right!" agreed Dawn, totally scared now.
"Oh man, that's so cool!" said Ash as he flees with Brock, Dawn, Paul, and all the people there to watch from further away.
Poe looks at the meteor shower raining down calmly without any concern showing on his face.
"Mewtwo, counter with a powerful Swift."
Mewtwo spreads its arms wide open, forming multiple, bigger than normal yellow stars of Swift in front of itself and send them toward the incoming meteor.
Both moves collide into each other in mid-air. Both stars and meteors crash against one and another, destroying themselves and creating mini fireworks in the sky. The crowd watching was taken by the scene.
As the pyrotechnics was going on in the air, Garchomp whose body was surrounded in a purple aura with yellow stripes of aura spiraling around the purple aura, shot pass through the firework from the inside and approaching Mewtwo with great force and speed.
"Mewtwo, to the air" Poe calls out.
Before Garchomp could slam into its opponent with full force, Mewtwo soars toward the sky, demonstrating whose speed is faster between the two pokemon.
'Garchomp miss...' Cynthia thought, a sad frown appears on her beautiful face. Now her pokemon is at the mercy of the opponent's hand.
With Garchomp's Giga Impact completely missed its target, the aura around its body fades away.
"Now, double Aura Sphere"
Mewtwo, floating above in the air, form two blue energy balls in each hand.
It then lunches it toward Garchomp who was not doing anything to get away or block the incoming attacks since it couldn't move because of Giga Impact after effect.
The two Aura Sphere get a clean hit on Garchomp and the impact create a cloud of black smoke.
After the smoke clears, Garchomp was laying on the ground with scratch and bruise all over its body.
"Garrr..." Garchomp groans weakly. The last attacks were super effective against it. Taking one of them might be alright but two at the same time, no way.
