Pokemon Level Tiers

1) Young/baby level: newly hatched pokemon that can't do much other then walk and speak and can't perform any attacks without hurting themselves or others. ( Pichu, Cleffa, Ect.)

2) Rookie level: usually first form able to use basic attacks and some low quality type attacks.

3) Advanced: most evolved forms with racial value below 500, But it mostly depends on the over all physical body strength, intelligence, and skill.

4) Elite: most evolved forms with racial value above 500, and psuedo legendary pokemon like a Dragonite in its prime.

5) Psuedo-King: normally the head of wild pokemon tribes and a region, like a forest or a swamp or ect.

6) King: Elite 4 trainers main pokemon, as well as the three legendary birds and three legendary dogs, and the dual Eon pokemon.

7) Psuedo-Champion.

8) Champion: Future Lance's Dragonite, Future Cynthia's Garchomp.

9) Beast: LUGIA, HO-HO, Primal KYOGRE, Primal GROUDON, and Red's Charizard.

10) Deity level: DIALGA, PALKIA, GIRATINA, MEW, MEWTWO, and Professor Oak's Charizard.

11) ARCEUS
