1 Chapter 1 - Apartment
I was walking down the streets, on my way to my apartment from the university, I saw a truck parked at the side, of the apartment complex.
'Looks like someone will be moving in' I thought, at least every month there will be people moving in.
As I was about to enter, lights flash unto my figure, looking sideways the front lights of the truck flashed at me, as I heard mechanical sounds.
*OoghUughrrEeowOurrgUughgOooghrrAhk!
The truck which was supposed to be 5 meters tall, turn into a f*cking 10 meters tall robot.
The only thing that I saw is a fist raging toward me *boom* as my consciousness fades.
"One client down" the robot spoke mechanically, as it transforms back and waits for the next client. Nobody seems to notice the disappearance of the guy.

Regaining my consciousness and I found myself sitting in a chair inside a seemingly office-designed interior.
'It's just a dream *phew' I thought to myself remembering the punch that would surely hurt if I took a direct hit.
"Your not in a dream this is reality" someone spoke, I found a familiar bespectacled guy sitting in front adjusting his glasses.
"Mr. Kai, what are you doing here? and why am I here?"
"You don't know? tsk, I guess you didn't read the contract of the apartment before signing aren't ya?"
As if remembering something, Mr. Kai the landlord of the apartment complex asked me to sign a contract, which I signed and didn't even bother reading the content, who wouldn't want a cheap apartment.
"You know kid, you should start reading contracts before signing it, who knew what might happen" he spoke as a folder appeared in his hand.
"Wtf!!!" I exclaimed rubbing my eyes as if I have seen wrong.
"Wtf was that Mr. Kai, are you some sort of magician or something?"
"No kid I am a branch landlord of 'Bye Bye Go Isekai Apartment Complex', my job is to reincarnate people to another world, and only those who signed the contract like the one that I gave you before will be able to go to another world."
"What!!! So I just signed my death?" I was so shocked who would know that that contract that I found troublesome to read will lead me to death.
"Then will other people notice my disappearance?" I asked.
"No, once you die from the hands of Trucktimus Prime, it will appear as an accident, don't bother yourself too much on that thing, if you read the contract then you will know what will happen" he said
"*sigh I have no other choice am I?" I said completely surrendering to my fate.
"Certainly not kid, once you sign the contract you are bound to die, so let's move to business shall we?" a mini roulette appeared on top of the desk, it has various words written on it, which seems to be the names of different fictional works from the earth.
"So is this some sort of random transmigration?" I asked, a bit nervous as I certainly don't want to go to a world with a high death rate, or a world with so many stronger beings.
"Your guess is correct, you need to spin the wheel to determine the world you will be going to" he said as he takes out a form and began to write.
"Do you mean Mr. Kai, that aside from Earth there are also other worlds in the universe like the anime worlds?" I asked, I just want to confirm my theory since I've read a couple of isekai stories, and began wondering ever since.
He stops writing and adjusts his glasses.
"Yes and no" he said as he continued "Yes there are many worlds and races out there in different galaxies, and no there are no anime worlds, it is on a different realm, which we call 'fictional realm', a realm originated from the minds of people from Earth, every time a new story came up a new world will emerge, and as the story progress, the new world will follow the story's events and timeline."
"As for the people on Earth, you will have your multiverse upon birth, so by the time you will die and be reincarnated you will have your own world to go to as to not mess up the original stories and as to not meet other reincarnators."
"Will I lose my memory upon reincarnating?" I asked.
"Nope, on natural death, yes you will surely lose your memory, but you die with the help of our company, so the memories of your previous life will remain, except the time before you get punched, and our conversation today, so now kid, spin the wheel and let's see what world you will get." as he grabbed the pen.
After getting the answers and learning the ways of reincarnation, I didn't bother anymore, as my memories of this conversation will still be erased, I only hope that I would be lucky enough to get a not so dangerous world.
As I spun the wheel, I saw the various name of the world that I might go into.

"WHAT!? POKEMON!?" although Pokemon from the anime is a not so dangerous world, at least give me a world in which I know, I only played a couple of games, like Pokemon Red and Emerald, and bits of clips from the anime, that's all, I don't have money to keep myself updated from the games, and I'm not that much interested in Pokemon anime either.
"Can I get another try?" I asked with a hopeful look.
"Unfortunately kid you only got one try, now let's decide your gift so it can help you in your new life"
"*cough You also got one try on this one, but you don't have to worry, our products are the best quality, now spin the wheel" said Mr. Kai as the content of the roulette changed into question marks.
"Don't worry you will know the gift after reincarnating, so go on" he answered after sensing my confusion.
I spun the wheel as various question marks appeared, then it came to stop.
Mr. Kai write something on the form and then gave it to me.
"Take this, and give it to the man in the other room over there" as he pointed at the door.
I stood up and grabbed the form as I gave my thanks to Mr. Kai for the opportunity.
Opening the door I found a man who looks a bit like Mr. Kai sitting, beside him looks like a portal.
I walk to the man.
"Err Mr. ... Issei, Mr. Kai told me to give this to you" I hand over the form as I saw his name on his nameplate.
"Oh another client, let's see here" as he take the paper and stamp it, the paper turned into light and disappear.
"Walk into this portal now young man" he said.
"Oh okay, thank you" as I walk through the portal.
"Good luck young man, have a wonderful life" as he waved his hand at the young man's vanishing figure.
"Issei!" a man entered Issei's office.
"Sup Kai"
"The higher-ups will hold a meeting, I think it's about the addition of a brand new product and service"
"*sigh Looks like after we more work to do" as he stood up, and both he and Kai vanished.

Waking up in an unfamiliar room, I began to wonder what happen, all I can remember is that I was about to enter the apartment complex.
Not too sure about what happened, I explored the room and confirm that I'm not in my room.
'Where am I?' I thought I can't help but be cautious in an unfamiliar environment, I've read plenty of novels to know the possibilities that can happen.
I observe a bit and confirmed that there are no suspicious things, I calmed down a bit, though I kept my guard, not like I can fight, I didn't workout throughout my life nor have experience in fighting, but at least I will fight.
'Wait, did I just see Pokemon posters?' although I don't have much knowledge I can still recognize a few, especially if the poster contains the three first-generation starters.
Bulbasaur, Charmander, and Squirtle. Then I finally notice some Pokemon accessories like an alarm clock, bed sheet, and other Pokemon accessories.
'Is the owner a fan of Pokemon... or don't tell me...' after thinking of that possibility I hurriedly gaze at the window, there I saw Pokemons, flying, crawling, running, and even f*c...
Before the author could finish the word pain assaulted my head, as memories flooded my mind, I fell to the floor and held my head.
After 15 seconds of pain, which felt like an hour, the pain subsided.
I calm myself as I assimilate the memories.
"*sigh Poor kid" I found out that the original owner's parents died protecting him when they were on a trip from a strong wild Pokemon who went on a rampage which leads to their death and their Pokemon, which is the reason for his trauma with Pokemon, though he likes Pokemon, he's still afraid to get close to one.
His grandmother took care of him as he is the only relative she has, as her husband, daughter and son-in-law are dead, his father is an orphan so he has no relatives on his father's side.
They live in one of the safest towns in Kanto, which you guessed it right, is the never-ending Pallet Town, the home of the champions, Red and Blue the previous champions, Professor Oak, a professor and a retired champion, and also the home of one and only Ash Ketchum a 10 years old kid with 22 years of experience of being a trainer.
He just turned 18 last week, so as to say his peers are way ahead of him, they started when they were 10 years old, while this guy is 18 years old and still afraid of Pokemon.
"*sigh I guess, I'm a bit late, anyways I hope I can have my first Pokemon, luckily grandma is friends with Prof. Oak, it's not too late I think" I heard footsteps from the stairs.
*knock *knock
"Noctus, is everything all right?" asked grandma worriedly.
"I'm fine gr-grandma" still not used in calling grandma, as I was an orphan in my past life.
"All right be careful there, go downstairs now the breakfast is ready" said grandma as she head back.
"Okay!" I replied as I head to the bathroom.
I saw my reflection in the mirror, my face is similar to my previous life, I have a short black spiky hair and black eyes, the only difference is the body, this one has a well-toned body, while mine is just average. I found out that this body's previous owner exercises and trained often so that, if the incident ever happens again he can save those who are important to him.
'Maybe I should also train my body in this life' as I was busy admiring my looks, I suddenly heard something in my mind.
[Ding!!!]
'Thank god, I have a system'

(A.N: The MC is older than Ash, MC is 18 while Ash is 10, MC will get his Pokemon the same time as Ash, don't worry guys I will try my best to make this entertaining as possible.
As for my previous one the "Devil Fruit Tree" I might rewrite it, or write the same concept but with different characters, anyways it might take a long time before I continue that one.
