41 Perfect Addition!

Gan pulled out three Pokeballs from his storage, these were the Pokemon he had stolen from those goons in Viridian Forest. There were two Greatballs and one Ultraball; this Ultra ball belonged to the rich kid that was with them.

Gan tried to inspect the Pokeballs to see if he could see the Pokemon inside of them. Unfortunately, it had failed; the description of the type of ball they were in only came up. Thus, Gan had no choice but to summon the Pokemon to see them.

Gan started with the two Greatballs, he went outside and tossed them toward the ground gently. At that moment, two different Pokemon emerged from them. They had been revived but their health was low.

If a Pokemon wasn't revived in 24 hours, it would regain its consciousness within that time, but it would be in a weakened state.

Gan checked their statuses before noticing their weak expressions, so he recalled them to be healed afterward. Next, he brought up the Ultra ball and tossed it to see what Pokemon was inside.

The Pokemon emerged from the Ultra ball and sat on the ground as if it was meditating. Gan wasn't even sure if it had fainted. However, Gan looked on in shock, his eyes were practically bulging out of their sockets.

Gan stared at Abra for a while, he was still surprised with this discovery, it was a Pokemon he was looking for! He looked at its moves and started to understand many things, and why certain things had occurred in that forest.

Gan could almost picture it; the battle started with those Beedrill because of the strange black egg. "It seemed this Abra was a key player in stealing the egg and getting out in a hurry, but they still weren't able to get far."

Teleport had a cooldown, but the higher the level of a Pokemon the more they could use it in succession. If this had been an Alakazam at Level 50 or something, it could Teleport way more than its current self and level—Abra!

Gan also understood why these guys appeared around him when he was seamlessly walking away from their direction at that time. Abra had sensed the closes human in the area and teleported towards him before fainting.

It had gotten into a battle with the Beedrill party, it had even defeated a few but it still couldn't stand up to their numbers and levels. Gan felt like he had hit the jackpot, this Pokemon also had Egg moves!

"My gosh! Psychic Terrain!" Gan was having all sorts of thoughts, this was truly a good find. He may have to rob rich kids often!

Abra looked up towards Gan, but its eyes never opened. It didn't even utter its name before putting its head back down. Gan recalled the little fella right after and walked back into the Pokemon Center to have them healed.

"Where are you going, the healing process only takes around five minutes to complete." The nurse looked up to see that Gan was leaving the Center.

"I'm only going to look around, I'll be back right after." Gan turn and said before walking away.

"Jeez, kids these days." The nurse sighed before going back to work.

It could be said that Gan was feeling like the happiest guy right now, his adventurers had been going really well; a little too good! In any case, he wasn't complaining about it; the better things went, the easier it was on him.

Gan walked off in the opposite direction of the Rock Tunnel. After walking for about three minutes, he came to a white fence made of tough wood. The fence was really white in some places, whereas some people touched a few places on the fence and dirtied some spots up.

"Yo! You missed it, we just saw a Blue snake Pokemon with wings on each side of its head!" Arlo came out of nowhere and said.

"Wings on the side of its head?" Gan walked over, he had to think about this one.

"I know that Pokemon, it's a Pokemon I also want to catch!" Warren came over as well, he eyeballed the waterway often; seeing if that Pokemon would come back.

Gan thought for a moment and started to remember what Pokemon they were describing. This Pokemon sounded like Dratini, it was also found in this area within the water.

Gan's Pokemon had leveled up while he was in the Rock Tunnel. Magikarp was at level nineteen, so it was well on its way to becoming a Gyarados. Geodude was no different, it was one level off from becoming a Graveler.

"You'll need a good water Pokemon or fishing rod to find whatever Pokemon it is." Gan didn't hint to them that he knew what Pokemon it was, but he told them a few things they could do to find it.

"I guess I'll have to get my hands on a good water Pokemon; the pool in Celedon has a few Pokemon I can check out." Warren felt like he was getting so fortunate hanging around Gan, he felt like he was a lucky star of some sort.

"I have one snake already, I don't need some sea snake in my party." Arlo didn't seem to care much for the blue snake and stated his thoughts about it.

Gan and Warren ignored him and started to talk about places he could get a fishing rod. Gan only told that he could find one on the boardwalk south of Lavender Town. Warren kept this in mind; this was a place where fishermen fished all of the time.

They quickly arrived on route ten, this place had a forest across the waterway from it so Pokemon swam across often. Gan spotted many Pokemon but these were Pokemon he had already caught; there was even the recent Pokemon he just obtained walking around here... Krabby.

"Those Crab Pokemon are looking pretty good right now." Arlo peered at the Krabbys close by, he only saw this Pokemon as food. Gan had to admit that they did taste really good, he even had thought of killing one to eat.

Just as they were having these thoughts, they saw another group of Pokemon. Gan was a bit surprised to see them here, but Arlo was very interested in this Pokemon because of its features.

It was Voltorb, this Pokemon usually showed up in the Power Plant of most places. However, Voltorb could swim, well, to be exact, it could float on water. While on water, it could rotate its body to propel itself forward or any direction it chose. Most water Pokemon wouldn't dare mess with a Voltorb in fear that it would electrocute them.

These were clearly the few stragglers that left the Power Plant and arrived here.

"It looks just like a Pokeball, how cool is that? I'll add this Pokemon to my team, I have to catch it!" Arlo grinned and pulled out his Pokeball.

Gan also had to catch this Pokemon for his Pokedex entry, he wasn't planning on using an Electrode. Gan told him to target the one in the middle of the group, this one had to best talent but he didn't tell him that.

Gan didn't feel a need to scam Arlo out of a good Voltorb since he wouldn't use it if he caught it anyway. Arlo did so and called forth his Cubone to fight; Gan also called forth his Geodude to help in this fight.

Voltorb could do nothing, its only useful moves were Sonicboom and Swift against these 2. Within 2 minutes, Arlo caught the Voltorb while Gan caught the rest. Warren just watched from behind, he had no interest in any of these Pokemon.

Warren recognized this area, so he knew this route would eventually lead them to Cerulean City.

"I'll have to head back to get my Helicopter, are you heading towards Cerulean City?" Warren didn't want to leave his Helicopter in the wild any longer.

"Yeah, I plan to head there for a bit before going back to Celedon City to do a few things." Gan needed to turn these Pokemon in to get his rewards, he also needed to head to Pewter City to pick up his new Team Rocket Uniform.

"That sounds good, I'll head back through Rock Tunnel and meet you at Cerulean City; unless you want to come along?" Warren added.

"Nah, I'll just walk, I could use the exercise." Gan shook his head.

"Okay... and what about you?" Warren's gaze landed on Arlo.

"I'll go with you, I'd rather fly instead." Arlo didn't want to walk.

Once Gan went to Celadon and Pewter, he could travel alone after that. Warren was good to call up in order to get to places quickly. He would surely call him up if he needed to get to Cinnabar Island.

The group agreed and they all walked back, however, Warren and Arlo went into Rock Tunnel after saying 'see ya.'

Gan went back into the Pokemon Center to retrieve his Pokemon he had left. His next stop would be Cerulean City.
