Pokemon POV:
"Everyone search around and ask other Pokemon if they have seen the princess. For God's sake, this is the tenth time this month. Why is the princess punishing us this way, if we don't find her then the king would slaughter us," said a five-foot-tall Pokemon, it looked intimidating and agile.
"Boss, the king told us to bring the princess back without hurting her but considering how fast the princess is, it's impossible to get her without hurting her," said another cyan coloured Pokemon awkwardly.
"That's the reason I am scared, the princess wants to roam around the region but the king doesn't approve of it. Why can't the princess enjoy the treatment she gets in the nest?"
Outskirts of Zone Three:
I hate this place, it's uneventful and boring. Every day I need to do the same thing again and again, Mother asks me to maintain ethic and behave politely in front of everyone like a princess but I don't want to be a princess, I want to roam the world.
That Ludicolo which arrived at the island a month ago told all the stories about adventure and battles he had with his trainer, he said he roamed all of Kanto with his teammates. I also want to roam like that with freedom, couped up in this small area is discomforting and monotonous.
First, I need to find the so-called trainer and join him. Before all this, I need to find food but I don't know how to hunt. In the Nest, everyone just prostates in front of father and bestow the food as showing respect. Father taught me how to fight but I don't want to kill someone and then eat them.
Should I become a vegetarian? No, the leaves taste disgusting and fruits are not my palette. I want a nice electrified Swellow meat, 'ahhhh, just thinking about it makes my mouth water' but I should maintain my dignity and not show such disgusting faces to others. I am alone now so it's fine I guess.
Where is this fragrant aroma coming from? The smell of meat? What coincidence, the moment I think of meat I smell it. Let's follow the scent, I can just ask them and the other party might just beg for mercy and give me the food like how they do in the nest.

Jay POV:
It's sixth day morning and I haven't found any Pokemon with good potential, I came across some people but all of them were useless, they ran away the moment they saw I had two pokemon. There is one thing that I noticed in the last two days, there are too fewer sightings of people in the zones, Does that mean many died? or are they grouping and travelling together to survive?
The other thing I discovered was the abnormal behaviour of people, I came across three different people distinctively and each one of them seem terrified to come across others. Is there something unnatural happening in this zone?
I hunted a Swellow and two Tailows today, it was easy to kill them because all were low-level ones. Low potential Pokemon tend to evolve faster so it's not unusual to find a Swellow with level 15. Sandile had a lot of battles in the last 2 days, Joltik was just doing her own thing.
Although everything went peacefully, I am sad by the fact that Sandile did not level up even once. I think it's the bottleneck from beginner to intermediate level, Sandile needs a good fight to level up and there are no good trainers around.
I was roasting my meat and suddenly Sandile pops his head out of the ground to warn me of an intruder. We got alerted and waited for the stranger to show up, but what popped out from the bushes was a small puppy like Pokemon. It looked dashing and stylised, I mean Electrikes usually look cooler but this one had a special aura to it, am I just imagining it?

That potential is something that makes even the people from Elite Four drool. How in the world did she learn Thunderbolt and Snarl? I mean, those can only be taught and an electrike can never learn by itself. Nonetheless, I need to catch her.
While I was assessing her, Electrike was also cautiously analyzing us. She took elegant steps while walking, just like a Queen. Is this what system meant by Royal?
When she was 5 feet away from us, she barked
"Elec Electrike Trike Electrike.", I did not understand but Sandile acted as a translator.
[Bro, she is asking us to prostrate and offer the meat as respect]
After hearing what that bark meant, I was dumbfounded. Even the calm and quiet Joltik had a weird expression, at least that's what it seemed like. I looked straight at Electrike and said
" Why the heck should I do that? If you want some food then you need to request not order. If it was someone else, you would be dead by now."

Electrike POV:
I don't know how the human in front understood me but I think that Brown lizard is translating it to him.
I don't like the way he talks, why is he using the filthy language of commoners. The aura I get from the lizard is a bit stronger than mine so I need to be careful, Ludicolo said that humans are sometimes very cruel and might even sell the Pokemon for money.
So I swallowed my pride in and requested
"I am hungry and did not eat for a whole day, So can you give me some food?"
The lizard translated what I said and surprisingly the human in front accepted my request and asked me to wait till the meat is cooked.
I sat fifteen feet away from them and observed the way he cooked the meat, mother told me to be careful when eating the food offered by others as it might contain poison or other substances. As I was checking if the human poisoned the meat or not, the lizard came to me and asked,
"Hey hot girl, are you lost from home? Don't worry, I will make sure you reach safely to your nest. I can convince my Bro over there so don't be upset."
"I am not upset or lost and don't come closer to me you filthy lizard," I said ignoring him. Who does he think he is to talk like that, no one talked in an impolite tone with me till now. But today two people did that, if my father saw this he would have electrocuted them.
"Why are you getting annoyed now, I am trying to help you. You see, my father told me electric and psychic types are dog shits, but I still get along with my brother who is a psychic and the same goes for you. You don't need to be wary, although I too think psychics and electrics are useless, I don't discriminate them."
My nerves bulged at what the Lizard said, How dare he say electric types are dog shi... No, No I shouldn't use the filthy language and degrade myself to this lizards level.
"Who are you calling worthless? Lizard you better apologise or else I will deliver your words to my father. He will punish you as he sees fit, do you have a death wish? Talking to a princess with such impolite words, I will spare you this time as your trainer is providing the food," I said.
"Girl, don't get angry. I apologize for what I said but it's a fact though. Anyways, let's change the topic, Is your father strong? Where is your nest? Do you know any powerful attacks? Do you..."
"Stop asking questions, it's none of your business. Why are you talking like as if you knew me since childhood, we are strangers and don't get too close."
"I will be honest with you, I think you are hot. My father told me to be brave and conquer women that I like, I think you suit the category of charming. So girl, how about it? Want to be my women?"
This lizard is not only filthy, he even talks nonsense. Why I am getting tortured now? I stood up and ran towards the human. I don't want to be with this creep anymore.
"Stop girl, don't run away in embarrassment like that. Is that a yes? Hey girl..."

Jay POV:
I saw that Sandile was talking in a gentle tone to Electrike, I was praising Sandile for his friendliness. This is a good move, I can easily convince electrike to join me if she feels good about Sandile.
Electrike came running towards me after a while, maybe she is extremely hungry. The meat was almost cooked so I served some to everyone, I noticed that Electrike for some reason was avoiding Sandile.
As we were eating, I stealthily went towards Sandile and asked him about what they talked,
"Hey Sandile, what did you guys talk about? I mean you seemed very friendly when I saw you guys talking."
Sandile looked dejectedly at me and said
[Dont even mention it bro, I asked her to be my women and now she is not even giving me a reply, she seems shy about it and started avoiding me. Why I am so handsome that girls dare not look at me in the eye? Tough life Bro.]
I almost got choked by the meat, 'Wtf are you trying Sandile, don't ruin my plan. I thought you were coaxing her to join us.'
I did not even want to talk about the handsome part, let him drown in his illusions. I am sure Electrike thought sandile is some sort of creep.
I went towards Electrike to clear the misunderstanding, Electrike was elegantly eating her meat, she only bit in small bites and I looked back on Sandile who is gobbling down the meat like an Ork. This will never work I thought, I went closer and waited for electrike to finish her meal.
After a while, I started talking
"Electrike, I am sorry for what sandile did there, just ignore him. I wanted to ask if you are interested in travelling with me, you see I am a trainer and I make Pokemon stronger by teaching them the way to fight.
So, if you join us I can feed you with delicious food and can give you some trusted companions."
"Electrike trike," she said. But I couldn't understand her, so I asked her if I could send some psychic energy into her head to connect with my brain. Surprisingly she did not resist and I formed a connection,
[Do you travel a lot? I mean do you do battles with different pokemon and visit different places?] , she asked in an elegant tone.
[Yes, I battle with different Pokemon and also travel a lot. For now, I don't travel much but after these trials are over I will visit the whole of Kanto and maybe other regions too.], I said.
She was surprised that I understood her and I explained to her about the telepathy. She was elated that a trainer could understand Pokemon and told what Ludicolo said to her about trainers.
[Not all trainers understand their pokemon but there are a few rare ones. So, what's your answer? Do you like to join me?]

Electrike POV:
That lizard was impolite and unruly but this human seemed calm and gentle. Although this human used the informal tone at the start he seemed considerate and easy-going like the Ludicolo.
I don't sense any lies or ulterior motives from him. He genuinely wants me to join him, I am excited by the fact that he even wanted to travel to the other regions.
I wanted to accept his request but that filthy Lizard will also travel with us. Joltik seemed kind but she did not talk much and seemed to hate this human for some odd reason. We Electrikes can distinguish if a person is a friend or a foe just by the smell and this human seems the former.
I hesitated for a bit and nodded my head, the human got excited and took out a Red-White ball, I knew that it was a Pokeball which is a second home to Pokemon. He brought it closer to me and tapped my forehead.

Jay POV:
I could not contain my excitement, Manectric is an Okayish kind of Pokemon but what makes it special is that it can Mega Evolve. I also noticed the abnormal size of my electrike, she is still in the growing stage but is already above the size of an average electrike.
Normally in the anime, Manectric looked small but their average height is as big as five foot. That's just a normal Manectric's height, some grow six foot tall. Just imagine a six-foot-tall Manectric, it's just nerve-racking and intimidating.
Mega Manectric is six foot tall on average but if a Six foot tall Manectric mega evolves then it can grow at least closer to eight-foot. My God, add the intimidate ability to that, the sheer pressure that comes out can not be handled by other Pokemon. Modest is a good characteristic to have for an Electrike, she also has snarl which can be very helpful if I teach it to Sandile.
Having a dog on my team also helps a lot, I can ride her after she evolves and also detect the enemies with the sense of smell.
The tragedy like four days ago can be avoided, she also has Blue potential which can be increased to High grade. Mega Evolution can increase that to the low grade
Purple. Here, we are talking about the mythical potential grade that's found only in legends.
I took the Pokeball and released her out, the moment I released her out she seemed vigilant, Sandile also came crawling towards me,
[Bro, I think we are surrounded. I was eating my food so I forgot to notice the vibrations, it's impossible to escape. I think there are around eight Pokemon that encircled us.]
I looked around, only to see eight different sized Manectrics, they started howling loudly and black clouds formed in the sky.
'Are you trying to summon thunder now? Dude chill the fuck down and let's talk about this first'
