ONE OF THE TOP 2 with highest 'likes' will be selected, time limit is two to three days. The potential differs depending on how many evolutions they have.
A Pokemon that has one evolution will have a higher potential than the one with two evolutions. It's my way of balancing the choices.
Also don't consider Mega evolution as I am not planning anything regarding them. Even if I do write mega then Gengar will be my only choice.
