Pewter City Gym Badge Heist!

[PEWTER CITY, NEXT DAY]

I could be seen seated on a chair while having some noodles for breakfast. The heist yesterday had been astounding and I received a lot of good comments from Leroy. He allowed me to take 99 Calcium which would boost the power of Special attacks.

I gave them to Butterfree, Scyther, Squirtle, Geodude, and Pikachu, and their attacks became boosted. Butterfree's spore attacks became more potent and long-lasting while its confusion attack now dealt a lot of damage. It was trying to master Psybeam and Psyshock and had made considerable progress.

Scyther needed the Calcium for its bug-type attacks, It's X-scissor had boosted in power but I still needed some Items to increase its all-around ability. Not to mention that I needed a metal coat to make it evolve into Scizor.

Squirtle on the other hand had gained decent water power and improved on its known moves, The TM: Rapid spin and TM: Substitute that I bought, I mean stole helped it broaden its arsenal of moves.

Pikachu was now practicing Thunder and it even learned Rain Dance which shocked me. I finished my meal and left the restaurant after paying for my meal, My next mission was easy, Steal 20 Boulder badges from Flint's gym.

Some grunts had tried this and died ruthlessly but there were several ways to do this without sustaining any damage:

o Enter his gym and then use Sleep powder on him but you would have to enter as a challenger.

o Dress and challenge the Pewter City gym 20 times and make sure to win.

o Just enter and attack him (This is the choice that all of the grunts made and that resulted in their death).

o Ask Scyther to stir some trouble in the forest and then come to Pewter City to act as a diversion so you could steal all of the gym badges while Flint and the police force took care of Beedrills.

Yeah! I think I'll pick option (4), thank you very much. I sent Scyther out of its Pokéball.

"Scyther, Find trouble with Beedrills in the forest and make sure they come here!" I ordered. Scyther grinned before taking off.

Now, I would go near the gym and wait...I sat by a bench which was opposite the gym and waited. It took about 20 minutes but Officer Jenny finally ran into Flint's gym and they came out together.

"Good Job, Scyther," I muttered before I headed into an alleyway and switched my normal Clothes to my uniform, and ran outside.

People were walking freely outside but once they saw me, They began screaming and heading in all directions but they couldn't get far as Butterfree used Sleep powder and used Whirlwind to spread them in all directions, Everyone in that area except for me fell asleep.

I ran into the gym and began searching everywhere, I turned the entire place upside down but I couldn't see where the gym badges were and then I suddenly saw a vault with a tag, The Gym badge vault.

This is too easy.

---MEANWHILE---

Scyther and the Beedrills were having their battle in the city square, Flint and Officer Jenny arrived with the police force.

"That Scyther..." Flint said and observed, They observed how precisely Scyther's cuts were and how he killed off 10 Beedrills in an instant.

"It's too strong to be a wild Pokémon," Flint said with surprise as he face-palmed himself.

"Should we close in on it?" Officer Jenny asked.

"Don't you get it? It's a diversion..." Flint was saying and then an explosion was heard.

"That came from the Gym!" Flint shouted before beginning to run in their direction. When he arrived, He saw everyone in the area on the ground.

"They're asleep," One of the members reported as they saw a figure flying into the sky, He was holding a vault.

"He took the vault!" Flint shouted as he gripped his Aerodactyl's Pokéball, ready to give chase but he looked at the burning gym.

"Let's deal with that first," He said. Together with the Police force, They put out the fire and then began reconstructing the destroyed parts of the gym.

Meanwhile, I returned to the city square and returned Scyther who had killed the Beedrill to its Pokéball. My escape plan from the gym was simple, I used the explosion as a cover for stealing the vault and then I returned it to base before returning Scyther in my normal clothes.

I ran away before Flint and Jenny came back to see whether they would catch Scyther. Now, I was walking through the streets of Pewter City while putting my hands in my pockets. My phone vibrated and I got 500,000 Pokédollars for my amazing feat.

I returned to base and went to the training grounds, I wanted to perfect my Pokémon's moves so I would not be helpless if I eventually faced Flint. I was shocked when Squirtle released a blue light an hour after training, After a few minutes, Squirtle was replaced with another Pokémon.

This Pokémon was dark blue and considerably larger than Squirtle, It had a harder shell than that of a Squirtle and its tail was long and now white, It looked like a sort of long feather.

"War!" It shouted as it evolved.

[POKEMON POV]

"Hahaha! I have finally reached my true state, I am undefeated in this form." Wartortle claimed as it looked at my other Pokémon, Pikachu gave it a bored look before yawning.

"Bro, You're still weak to Electric and grass-type moves remember?" Pikachu stated.

"No, I am ultimate in this form. I have finally reached my evolution, Something that you will not achieve." Wartortle said while trying to flex its muscles.

"Shut up, Squirtle. You are just freaking annoying, Say another word about you being Invincible and I swear I'll use a Rock slide on your head!" Geodude cursed.

Wartortle fired a Water gun at Geodude but surprisingly, It was able to endure it. Wartortle was surprised but it remembered that Geodude was trained to completely not get hurt by Water-type attacks.

Geodude smirked.

"Squirtle, Just shut up! We're trying to train," Scyther said.

Wartortle gave up trying to show its evolution as the others weren't interested.

"Fuck all of you!" It cursed and I patted it on its head.

"Wartortle, You're going to be the strongest," I said, coaxing it. Wartortle smiled triumphantly.
