22 Ready for Enrollment
Paul was quite happy to visit the breeding house. His parents saw his contentment with the trip thus decided that he could visit anytime he wanted, but he needed to confirm with the chief breeder, Breeder Barnes, first. He agreed and immediately decided to himself to visit there on a weekly basis. Thus, a new schedule was added to Paul's daily routine.
Months passed by, and now Eevee was quite at home with his family and pokemons. Paul finally discovered the true nature of Eevee; that she was quite a generous house helper. This happened because Paul wanted to train Eevee's double team, not just in numbers of the copies but also the substance so that it would be more confusing and effective.
It was quite comical when after a week of specified Double Team training, he saw Eevee using Double Team to clean his room. He was very proud but also speechless, nevertheless he felt touched at the kind thought of his adorable pokemon. He was confused when the copies faded away but one, and realized it was also Ditto which made him laugh.
Paul was kind of worrying that Ditto would copy a new companion all the time. Though those thoughts were still about the future thus he didn't bother much about it. As of now, Ditto was always accompanying Eevee as they both train together. Paul was really happy of how hardworking his pokemons are, despite with him being busy as he needs to study, his pokemons thoughtfully trained on their own. He let them be as he determined to be a better trainer for them by studying more knowledge regarding Pokemons.
Speaking of studies, his were continuously advancing, with Tutor Charles jovially watching. Honestly, Charles didn't expect Paul's amazing progress, as he planned to teach Paul the subjects that he should learn before he could enroll in a trainers' school. By his first calculation, if progress was normal, Paul could enter a trainers' school by five years old, despite the common occurrence of a trainers' school to enroll seven-year-old students. However, with Paul's amazing progress, it was further compressed until Paul was ready to enroll at the age of three.
He didn't know if he should be happy or sad to have such a brilliant student. He did expect Paul to be a prodigy, based on the stories from the parents of his past student's and Paul's. But this? This is a monster, and he was quite proud to have a student that he could brag about. Now, he was wondering to plan a meet-up with his fellow tutors to "tell" them regarding his talented student. He didn't notice Paul's weird look thrown at him while he was daydreaming.
Presently, the Christmas and New Year season has just passed, and Paul's parents were considering enrolling him in the incoming school year at the Pokemon Trainers' School at Rustboro City. Paul has no complaints either way, as his tutor introduced him the curriculum of the trainers' school. He was actually quite excited, as he the school has doctor, contest, and battle classes. Not mentioning the beginner class where students could communicate with different professors. He wasn't just excited, he was thrilled, and he conveyed that to his parents. Despite being advanced in knowledge, Paul was still excited on trying hands on learning, which the Pokemon Trainers' School could provide for him.
As of now, it was still February, and there are six months before the next enrollment as they only accept and register new enrollees every September. As there was a Contest Class, Paul was also trying to do some combination moves with Ditto and Eevee. So far, it was quite satisfying, but there are a lot of areas for improvement. He wasn't disheartened though, as Coordinating pokemons aren't easy. It was still interesting though, as he observes the different effects of each move to each other. It was also a plus that Eevee, and Ditto were enjoying combining their moves.
Also, there were quite some improvements regarding Ditto and Eevee's levels, and the latter's learned moves. He was still quite amazed at how talented Eevee is in learning new moves, though Paul mainly trains Eevee on her basic moves. The former though was still at ease on using moves that he copies from other Pokemons. The benefit of high potential is showing, and he was quite satisfied with his pokemons. He thought of this as he scanned his two pokemons.

To be honest, Paul doesn't have any opinion on Eevee's evolution. In order to decide, Paul printed the seven currently known Eevee evolutions, though people didn't know how four of Eevee's evolution, specifically Espeon, Umbreon, Leafeon, and Glaceon, came to be. He also drawn an image of Sylveon from his memory. With eight pictures at hand, he let Eevee decide her own evolution.
The same as his hunch, his Eevee chose to be a Sylveon without any doubt. The same as a Sylveon's nature, his Eevee looks very adorable, gentle, and was very perceptive to his emotions. He just wasn't sure if he let Eevee evolve, would she evolve as Espeon or Slyveon, as Eevee not only has affinity for fairy type moves, but she also has affinity to psychic moves. He wasn't sure about the specifics of an Eevee evolving to an Espeon or Sylveon. Though, in order for no accidental evolution, Paul asked for an Everstone for Eevee from his parents, who bought one for him immediately.
Despite being unsure, Paul will still try to do his best to let Eevee evolve into the form she wants to be, which is a Sylveon. It would be up to him to worry and study about how to do that and just let Eevee train with a peace of mind.
Paul's birthday passed by with the same routine; however, this time his cake was designed with Eevee's face. It was quite cute, and also made Eevee pleased. No pokemon presents this time though, as they deemed Ditto and Eevee enough for Paul's company for now. They didn't want to burden Paul that much responsibility because he's currently trying his best to study. Not to mention he will enroll on the oncoming school year. His birthday passed filled with smiles and laughter, and right then, Paul finally turned three years old. He was very satisfied with his birthday, and really expectant to the month right after, where he would finally go to school, again.
With that, time flowed unconsciously until it was already September. Another school year has arrived for the of Pokemon Trainers' School of Rustboro City. The most famous Pokemon Trainers' School in Hoenn is now accepting registrations for new students!
