And it only needs to grow its psychic power double its current total to promote into a champion class . and he only needs to sync with it to become a grandmaster level psychic.

Tan is further assured that he is the father of future misty from learning that he got 3 daughters. which tan guessed were future elder sisters of misty .

All over the kanto various small , medium or large clan are spread . like every town , city or village has one .

And beside them there are large facilities ran by powerful individuals. for example the power plants in vermillion city run by Lt.Surge for various electric type pokemons. Now some may think by being lieutenant surge is only a intermediate rank trainer but damm tan could curse internally just thinking about it . This retard was a Emperor level trainer possing 2 elite level pokemons with bunch of king level pokemons. Refusing promotion from army God knows how many times to just stay at the city . He is like a patron saint of the city . Like hell he even owns the power plants all over the city for his electric type pokemons.

Then you have the mysterious Pallet town . A town which makes people think 1000 times before doing or coming to the city with bad intentions. One of the few place in the whole pokemon world without an underworld. It is a town possessing 3 champion class trainers , oak clan, ketchum family, above 10 champion class pokemon, few large pokemon facilities, more than 40 elite level pokemons and 7 to 8 fucking elite level trainer. Few people in this city are normal human beings . It is secretly said to be the den of monsters. every square foot area of that town are worth large fortune . Even than none gets excess to that town without its resident champions or elite levels permission. As if it was only about money the filthy rich people from all over the world would have happily lived there even if it meant living in a public toilet. I mean it may be the only fucking place or one of the few place which gets a fixed 3 starters for every resident who becomes a trainer . and them being a charmender , bulbasaur and squirtle . Each being fucking high class top breeded pokemon baby. and every generation produced there are monsters . like the generation of red and blue 2 champions of various type of pokemon attribute and the grass/poison type elite level trainer named green who only recently married blue . Learning all this tan could only wander ' WTF this den of monsters would produce the USELESS ash huh? ' (cursing internally )

In short kanto is fucked up place . and if tan did anything careless he would be totally screwed.

But than again it's easy to fuck up kanto indigo league if he played the right card as kanto will go on a war with johto the second region on same large land mass .
