Concubine Hunting 1/2: Snow

"Ladies and Tauros, this is your host, Fluffs speaking, and today we have an exciting battle!"

"Here, at the beach of the Lake of Rage, Beri will challenge Snow to obtain her as his concubine. Any words from you Skyla?"

"Why am I doing this?" Skyla said annoyed.

"Because Beri did this to us," Fluffs explained.

His version sucks by the way. Medusa and I did it way better.

"On your left, we have Jumpluff D Beri!"

"..."

"Where are my cheers!?" I shouted angrily.

*roar*

Sniff, only Aurora understands me.

"And on your right is Snow the Magcargo!"

*cheers*

I hate you all.

[If the host wanted them to like you, you shouldn't have kidnapped them in the first place]

They should be glad they aren't used as emergency food.

As Fluffs stated, we're on the shores of the Lake of Rage. On my right is Fluffs and Tempest, and further behind them are Tempest, Aurora, a dozen Miltanks, and 2 Tauros.

In the center of our battlefield is Medusa acting as the referee. Her length hasn't changed thanks to her Spacial Physique, but she said she's still nowhere close to maturing, growth-wise.

Similar to Aurora who's no different from a puppy, but cuter.

"Get readysss," Medusa reminds me.

Now then Snow, don't disappoint me.

"Fightsss,"

Medusa teleports off the battlefield and the Snowstorm quickly formed.

Aura Enhancement, Cold Resistance.

Further strengthening my cold resistance, I flew at ease through Snow's snowstorm and spotted her on a Snow nimbus.

She used Frost Breath followed by Ice Shards which I promptly dodges while destroying the Ice Shards through Bullet Seed.

Attempting to get closer, the snow around me became more compact and moved towards me aggressively.

[Blizzard]

Pulling out a Cotton Shield to block the attack and strengthen it with Aura, I spat out a Seed Bomb at Snow who simply blocked it with Protect and fired Ice Shards at me as she flies backward on the nimbus.

Kite?

Using Tailwind followed by Quick Attack I shoot forward towards Snow, having Susanoo stage 1 active to resist her Ice Shards.

Snow gathered around forming a wall in front of me, which I quickly broke with Aura Sphere and shot another Seed Bomb at Snow.

Blocking it with Aurora Veil Snow let out a small cry which created an Avalanche above me. I avoided it by diving down through Take Down while blasting out Gust at Snow.

However, with Aurora Veil active, there are a few moves that I got which can break it before it regenerates.

"Is that all you got Beri?"

Cheeky brat.

Using Splash to bounce back up into the air, I speed forward with Quick Attack and used Gust to block her incoming Frost Breath.

Powder Snow came right after and was blocked by a Cotton Shield.

Blizzard came to intercept me from my left and right, however. I canceled Susanoo to use my new move.

Stampede!

[Stable Fusion Move: Quick Attack + Protect]

This is now the only fusion move I have that isn't thanks to Fluffs Control.

Blizzard has been blocked thanks to Stampede, this is mainly because Blizzard isn't an instant burst. If the instant damage surpasses the defense of Stampede, Stampede would break. Luckily, Ice types tend to lack such moves...

Then Snow proves me wrong and uses Avalanche, forcing me to avoid it first before flying forward.

Luckily, Avalanche takes time to form.

It didn't take long before I reach close to Snow and was forced to cancel Stampede. Sadly, the current Stampede can't deal damage.

Odama Hidden Power Fire was thrown at Snow, who quickly added Protect to her Aurora Veil.

Sorry, but I had expected this.

Multiple Odama Hidden Power Fire.

This is my strongest attack, creating 5 Odama Hidden Power instantly and tossing it at the enemy. Thanks to their speed if I want to land a hit, I need to be close to the enemy, but the damage dealt from and Odama can compete with Hyper Beam.

The first two broke Snow's defenses and the last three would have defeated her. That was until she had used Wrath Form and her body turned into... snow?

"I hope you know the consequences of losing, Beri," Snow said appearing above me.

The temperature dropped significantly, the snowstorm has practically become a blizzard.

That's a good question, what's the consequence of losing? Not like I would ever need to know.

So system what did she do?

[Wrath Form boost all strengths of the user, this includes abilities]

[Wrath Snow Warning = Expert Hail]

[Wrath Ice Body = Passive Synthesis, Ice/Snow body morph in the snow]

F*ck!

[Wrath Frost Body = Instant frozen on contact]

F*ck!

Avalanche came falling down at me, the f*cking snowstorm practically becoming a death trap as the blizzard became Blizzard and come at me from all directions.

Luckily, she did this too late.

Sunny Day!

I directly transformed the 3 Odama Hidden Power Fires into 3 suns.

The Blizzard weakened significantly, and the snowstorm was collapsing.

Merge.

Merging the 3 suns, the sun brightens completely demolishing Snow's snowstorm. Now my stamina is burning away fast and I would need to end this quickly.

Boost.

The artificial sun was converted into energy to directly strengthen the sun's effect on this route and used Synthesis to delay my exhaustion.

Using Aura Sphere to smash away her Avalanche I flew forward. I needed to end this here.

Using Stampede to get closer, I watch as Snow tries to fall back on her slowly collapsing snow nimbus and cancel Stampede once I gotten close enough.

"I won!" Odama Hidden Power Fire.

As the giant ball of fire was about to hit Snow, Medusa appeared in front of her and opened her mouth. The ball of fire shrunk and got swallowed by Medusa.

"Damn, cheat," I spat.

How the hell will I manage to beat her?

And like that, I blackout.

***

And so Beri beats Snow. There are many ifs in this battle that could have led to Snow winning, but the only true if that could of let Snow win was if it was night.

Her low level cannot sustain Wrath Form for long durations, but Wrath Form works best in long-drawn-out battles. For Wrath Form, the overall boost increases the angrier she is.

Back to this.

Abra

Machop

Elekid

Magby

Tyrogue

Hmmm, slap out two today. The faster I decided, the faster I can continue writing. In that case, bye-bye, Magby, you were... red.

Tyrogue sorry, but rogues aren't needed here.

Now we got an Abra, Machop, and Elekid... Post two chapters tomorrow to get rid of two, I suppose.
