Serena along with Delia Ketchum and Pikachu were currently waiting for their flight inside the airport lounge.

'I wonder if he still remembered our kiss' Serena thought while blushing.

Delia who was beside her teased the blushing Serena and asked, "Are you thinking about Ash?"

"Ah?! No! no! no! no! I was thinking how long till the plane from Sinnoh will arrive." Serena denied.

Delia laughed seeing Serena flustered, she was carrying Pikachu on her lap and said, "Pikachu, do you still remember what Ash's father told you before he left?"

Pikachu who was on Delia's lap looked at her and nodded with his ears and tail down, "Pika-pi."

"Ash's father? Mrs. Ketchum, can you please tell me about Ash's father?" Serena's ears perked up and asked in curiosity.

Delia looked outside of the window and said with a longing look on her face, "Ash's father was a pokemon trainer but his name isn't registered in the pokemon league. he along with Ash's grandfather traveled when Ash was still 2 years old, Ash's father gave Pikachu to Professor Oak and specifically told him to give him to Ash on the start of his journey."

Serena was dumbstruck, she didn't know that Pikachu was Ash's father pokemon, "So where is he right now?"

Delia shook heard and replied, "No one knows where they are right now the last I heard of him was that he and his father (Ash's Grandfather) were currently staying on Sinnoh."

She caressed Pikachu's head and said, "I know that you didn't want to leave Ash, I just hope that he doesn't bore any grudge with you and the rest of the pokemon."

Pikachu closed his eyes and snuggled into Delia's warm embrace.

Sinnoh Region

Ash and Bayleef already went back to their temporary shelter along with Meowth, he already got the general idea on the pokemon called "Mewtwo" and decided to wait for Mew's return before he tries to retrieve Jessie and James from Team Rocket.

*Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrhhhh!*

A deep growl resounded behind the group startling the poor kitten Meowth, "Ah! save me! save me! I'm not delicious look at me, I am all bones and no meat."

Ash shook his head and said, "Charizard stop scaring our old friend, if you continue doing that then he will surely lose all of his 9 lives in no time."

Charizard snorted, flames spewing out of his nose as he glared at the trembling Meowth, "You were the trouble maker who kept on bugging Master in the past right? I wonder how tender your meat will be"

Meowth nodded with tears and snot on his face, "I'm sorry! I was wrong please don't eat me Charizard."

Just as Meowth finished begging for mercy 5 more ferocious aura started locking onto him, Meowth glanced at his back and saw 5 savage looking pokemon he yelped and then fainted on the spot.

"Hahahaha! what a scaredy cat." Alakazam said with a laugh.

Bayleef only shook her head, "Why do you enjoy bullying those weaker than you?"

After scaring Meowth that caused him to faint the group of pokemon gathered around Ash.

Ash smiled and took out a bag and passed the stuff his pokemon wanted.

"This is Samurott's beard set, make sure to brush it properly so that they won't entangle with each other."

"This is Grachomp's dragon lotion, why on earth do you need lotion Garchomp?"

"Sceptile this is your hat and scarf, to think you wanted to play cowboy."

"Alakazam, why do you need to wash your spoons? here take this dishwashing liquid."

He then looked at Charizard and Infernape, "The things you need will take some time so just wait patiently."

Everyone was happy receiving their items especially Alakazam who started cleaning his spoons, he then asked Samurott to used water gun to wash the bubbles away.

Ash clapped his hands to get everyone's attention and spoke, "We will be going to Kanto tomorrow morning, I think you still remember Team Rocket the biggest gang in Kanto. This trip will be because of them so be sure to stretch your limbs and get ready."

'I hope Mew will return before we attack Team Rocket' Ash thought, he then looked at his cave and could only smile wearily.

'I should also rob all of Team Rocket's money, I am so broke that I can't even accommodate hotel's where my pokemon can stay with me. good thing this guys doesn't need expensive stuff and they can look for their own food which is really a big help.' he then directly went to sleep because they will be leaving early in the next morning.
