27 Chapter 27

Liz suddenly kneel down in front of me, and she said.
"I'll give you my full loyalty and trust as long as you give me some freedom, and the ability to grow strong. I've always dreamed of being able to learn many things that I haven't been able to since I was a maid. So, I also want to be your right hand person instead of your maid.
I've been lucky to be in the clan, and have been provided with food, clothing, and protection. I'm thankful to the clan for that but the clan also became a shackle that made me unable to do the things I want to do like reading new books, raising my own pokemon, going outside of the clan to see the world, and many more. I want to escape from the shackles that the clan put me in, and be free to do everything I want.
Even if being your right hand man means not being completely free, I'll still take it since it'll still be better compared to being caged by the clan's rule. If you accept everything I've said then I'll be on your side even if I die along side of you." This made me surprised. It looks like she also has some dreams and ambitions she wants to accomplish.
I like this kind of development since a right hand man would be great. Not only that but she'll be loyal to me, and she'll be a person I can trust.
"I accept. Let's do our best, and get away from the shackles binding us from the clan. I'll treat you well as my right hand, and be sure to give you a treatment befitting of my right hand." I said.
"I promise to be your most trusted ally, master." Liz said.
"Would you still like calling me master? You can change it if you want. Just call me with my name if you like." I asked since I want to treat her right.
"I'll still call you master since it's more convenient. Also, you don't have to change how you treat me but please still give me some freedom to do some things, master." Liz said.
"Alright, then let's get going, and do our task, or Orange might get angry with me." I said.

I spent another 2 weeks with Orange and Flora. I learned many things along with Liz in here. Liz learned many medical techniques, knowledge in berries, and even improved her senses better. Her talent in learning is really crazy, and I wish I also have that kind of talent.
I also continued my activity in catching pokemon with better potential. I did this every single day, and I was able to catch a total of 30 pokemon.
My pokemon also improved but not that much. Beedrill has successfully reached the beginner level (3rd tier) catching up to golbat. This made me proud but they didn't learn any new moves at the moment. Instead they improved in executing their moves better but their moves still didn't reached the mastered level yet as shown by the system.
Anyway, it's the day that I decided to go to the viridian city since Liz can move her body normally again. She looks the same like before but now she has an x-shaped scar on her back.
"So, you're leaving us now, kid?" Orange said as we walk out of the camp.
"Yes, and I've learn many things with my stay here. Thank you, and if I ever meet up with you in the future I'll make sure to treat you guys with a meal." I said.
"I can see you're a gentleman but I'll be sure to make your money bleed when you treat us, kid." Flora said while giving me a teasing smile.
"If you say so." I said.
"Anyway, get going already, or else you'll arrive at viridian city when it's dark. Be careful out there." Flora replied.
"Okay, then this is goodbye then." I said.
"Thank you for taking care of me, Flora, and Orange. Also, thank you for teaching me valuable lessons. I'll cherish the moments we spent together." Liz said as she waves good bye.
"Let's get going, Liz, or Flora might cry because of us." I said teasingly, and then run away before I got my head smacked by Flora.
"You brat! Come back here!" Flora said as she attempts to run after me but was hold back by Orange.
I run away to the direction of viridian city while laughing. Golbat and beedrill was beside me while Liz and her pidgey run after us.

It took us the whole day before reaching the viridian city. We got checked inside by a police officer jenny, and got inside immediately after.
"Which inn should we stay in Liz?" I asked since she might know what's the best place to stay in.
"It's this way, master. It was said that this inn is a great place to stay in." She said as she guides the way.
Along the way, I can see many bug type pokemon around the people here. It seems that bug type pokemon are famous here. I can see some caterpies, weedles, beedrills, butterfrees, venonats, and so on.
It looks like the gym leader will use this type of pokemon. Thankfully, I have a great type advantage again in this gym battle. But for now, I want to enjoy for 1 week before going to battle the pokemon gym here.
Soon enough, we arrived in the inn which Liz recommended. It was a 1 star inn but it looks like a great place to stay in.

The next morning, we got around the city while enjoying ourselves. I also bought many books which I gave to Liz since I know she's hungry for knowledge. I'm willing to give her many books since her knowing many things will be great. The more she knew, the more she can help me in many fields.
It's also fine to buy many books since she won't forget the exact details inside it because of her great memory. It seems like she has photographic memory.
After that, I also tasked Liz to find the black market in this city. I plan to let her be the one to sell the pokemon I caught in the viridian forest.
