1 Reincarnation

One second he was in his room, the next he was in the abyss. The darkness was maddening; unforgiving, it seemed to make one go insane. All he could seem to hear was the sound of static, it made him want to claw his ears off, but the task impossible as his limbs were nonexistent. He tried to think of what happened to him, why he was in this impossible void. "Where am I, the last thing I remember being in my room practicing my speech." His tone carried wonder as suddenly he saw a glowing orb of light. He tried reaching out and found his efforts futile, though the orb started suddenly floating towards him.

When the orb touched him, he was transported to an alternated plane when a man in his late 70s was looking at him in bizarre amazement "How did you get here mortal, this realm is only for the divine?" the now old god stood up from his chair and began to walk towards him slowly. "I don't know sir, all I remember was being in my room and the next I was in a dark void, then I came here." The old man who finally reached the invader touched ever so slightly on his forehead, then as if the wind were knocked out of him, he gasped. "Your karmic value is amazing, one of the highest I've ever seen, the only person who could rival yours was sir Aaron." the old man conjured a table and two chairs with a wave of his hand "please, sit."

The invader sat as he was told to, not intending to displease this godlike figure. "Where am I, how did I get here." the old man replied "You're in my personal world and you got here by sheer and utter luck. Please, call me David." The man wanted answers, and he wanted them now. "David, what do you mean that I got here through luck". David smirked knowing where this was going. "Let me sum this up for you so we can save time. You were assassinated the day before your coronation and ended up in the reincarnation cycle, normally you would be reincarnated without your memories as a random baby, but by sheer luck you managed to find the entrance to my secret realm."

The man was stunned, he didn't know what to say to David, he had thoughts that he might be dead, but never would assume he was right. "I guess its destiny we met, you saved me the time to find a mortal. How about this, I reincarnate you back into your original world with your memories and a certain amount of wishes depending on the size or power of them." This sounded like an amazing deal to the man, he could go back to his world and solve unfinished business, like finding out who killed him, or marrying the love of his life. But he knew that this required a cost. "what do you get out of this." David's response shocked him "You see, us gods need karmic value to become stronger or to extend our lifespan, so once in a while we search for mortals with high karma and make deals with them, certain wishes require more karma so you could have hundreds of tiny wishes, or 1 amazingly powerful wish which could make you the strongest in your world."

The man started right away, not wasting any time. "I'm assuming you don't want me to waste your time, so I'm going to get started right away, I want to be able to Identify the potential of Pokémon with just a glance, and also be able to determine the best way to train them to fulfill their true potential. I want the abilities of both aura and psychic energy and a guide on how to train them. I also want the ability to make any Pokémon an apex of its species. That's all". David just had a small smile on his face, "You have quite a bit of karmic value left, are you sure that's all you want?" The man thought to himself for a bit, then added "I'll add the ability to track a specific species of Pokémon with unlimited uses."

"That ran you dry alright, I'll send you off now. I'll see you when you die, if you manage to entertain me when I watch you, I'll send you to another world. Bye." The world turned black for the man once again.
