2 CHAPTER 1: BEGINNING NOT VERY ENCOURAGING

Floccesy Town

In the middle of the town's ranch, a boy of about 5 years old could be seen lying on the grass, with his head resting on a tree, while he watched a group of tide sunbathing not far from him.

"*Sigh*, I still can't believe he really transmigrated to the pokemon world."

A year had passed since the child's "soul" arrived in this fantastic world, at first, he was quite excited about it, after all, this is a world where there are such wonderful creatures called pokemon, where one can train and growing up alongside them as they go on adventures and explore the world, how can you not be excited in that situation?

But the expectations are high, and the reality is cruel, it was not long until he noticed that he did not have much freedom like the other children, and, unless someone accompanied him, he could not leave the farm where he was.

This situation disappointed him a lot, although he tried to find out the reasons why this was given to the grandfather who took care of him, he did not give him any answer since he always avoided the subject.

Thus, the boy soon calmed his emotion of finding himself in this fantastic world and began to ask about his origins, since, unlike any novel he read in his previous world, he woke up without any memory of the "previous owner ".

This led him to investigate his background, although to no avail, from the little he managed to find out was that he was actually adopted by Grandfather Takuzo, who was the owner of the Floccesy village farm.

This information left him with even more questions, such as: Who were his parents? Does his origin have anything to do with the fact that he was restricted to the farm?

At first, these doubts tormented him, but as time passed, he put everything aside and lived his first year in the pokemon world helping Grandfather Tokuzo and his granddaughter Ellie who was a year older than him with the farm, although the oldest part of the time it was just taking care of the mareep.

Remembering his first year in this world, the boy could only sigh.

"Although it is not a bad start, I really would like to know a little more about my origins."

Thus, while the boy was grieved, a small blow on his head woke him up from his thoughts.

"Alec, look over there, many of the mareep are already leaving the place!"

Just behind the boy, whose name was Alec, and next to the tree, there was a girl of about 6 years old, dressed in a blue striped short-sleeved shirt, her long pink hair was tied up with a blue scrunchie and her characteristic purple eyes flashed a hint of annoyance, which was obviously directed at the "lazy" child in front of her.

This girl was none other than Ellie, Grandfather Tokuzo's granddaughter, who was Alec's "mate" on this farm.

Seeing that Ellie was starting to get angry, Alec decided to quickly get up from the tree while apologizing to her, after all, he knew very well the temperament of his good companion, and he knew that if he angered her, today would be a torment for him.

"Sorry Ellie, it was just a moment of rest, I did not think that in that short period of time the tides would get that far away."

Ellie, seeing Alec's sincere apologetic look from Alec, decided not to pursue the matter further before saying:

"Hmph, better if you understand, next time, I won't be as good as today."

And saying this Ellie ran away in the direction of the mareep, apparently her intention was to fix Alec's carelessness.

Looking at this Alec just shook his head while smiling wryly, he knew Ellie could act tough on the outside, but actually he was very kind and always treated him like his little brother.

Thus, Alec was about to turn around and start other tasks when Ellie's voice sounded behind him.

"Alec, I forgot to tell you, Grandpa told me that uncle Mirto will come to town tomorrow!"

Hearing this, Alec turned and thanked Ellie from a distance.

Ellie, for her part, ignored Alec as he prepared to gather the tide group together.

"So uncle Mirto will stop by again tomorrow."

Thinking about this, Abel was excited, after all, he had been waiting a whole year for Mirto to return, not only because he would be the first champion and therefore the strongest coach of all Unova that he knew in this world, but because apparently, Mirto was related to its origins.

"According to what my grandfather told me, Mirto was the one who should take care of me, but due to the death of his pokemon companion, this could no longer be given, so he entrusted me to grandfather Takuzo."

In itself, although Alec wanted to know more about his origins, it was not for this reason that he was so eager to see Mirto, but that he wanted to obtain recognition from him, which would allow him to obtain freedom from him again. and not only that.

"Even though I'm still 5 years old, and only 10-year-olds can go on adventures and be considered trainers, I'll have a higher starting point than civilian trainers with the help of Mirto, and maybe even get my first starting pokemon or even a pokedex. "

During this year, apart from investigating its origins, Alec also investigated the "logic" of this world, and what he discovered made him realize the big difference, or what perhaps was not shown in the anime.

First of all, not every kid got a starter pokemon and a pokedex, only those who were affiliated with the league and paid a certain amount of "taxes" did, plus their parents should have a great reputation.

Not only that, the free treatment at the pokemon center was only for affiliates in the league, normal trainers had to pay if they wanted to enjoy the various treatments that the pokemon center offered.

Also, don't forget that here the pokemon need to feed themselves, and depending on their food, the pokemon can grow faster and stronger, which is why a pokemon breeder is highly valued in this world.

This divided the coaches into civilians and league coaches, where league coaches generally crushed civilians as they could access better treatments and rare pokemon, whereas a civilian trainer had to settle for a rattata or a beedrill. as his strongest pokemon, due to lack of resources.

Realizing all this, Alec was very determined to hold on to the champion's strong thigh in order to have a more comfortable start, after all, who was commanding him to have as almost a "father", the most powerful trainer in Unova?

"Although Mirto's test won't be easy, it's not like he doesn't have a card up his sleeve ..."

Remembering the ace of him up his sleeve, a proud smile appeared on Alec's face, making him think about the little seap he had fondly grasped.

On the farm, there were plenty of pokemon, but Alec was in charge of a group of mareep.

At first, when he was finally given some freedom in his early days in this world, the first thing he did, obviously, was get close to the little pokemon and play with them, but there was one detail that caught his attention.

When he stared at these, he realized that he could see a color in the pokemon he was looking at.

At first, he thought it was lack of sleep or something like that, but he realized that no matter what pokemon he observed, if he stared at them, he could observe a color, although these varied in some pokemon even among the same species .

This intrigued him, so when he was given the task of caring for a group of mareep, he did not refuse and happily accepted, thus, he began his experiments to find out the reason for the different colors and, although he already had his suspicions, He decided to do some tests until he was sure.

So it took 3 months for Alec to be 100% sure what the colors in the pokemon he saw meant.

"I can't be wrong, the colors indicate the potential of the pokemon!"

Upon reaching this conclusion, Alec almost jumps for joy, apparently, the "power" with which he came to this world allowed him to know the potential within pokemon, giving him a great advantage over other trainers by knowing which pokemon would go the furthest or if he had the potential to achieve championship power.

Thus, Abel classified the colors that, curiously, were the colors of the rainbow.

Red for the pokemon with the least potential and the most common, orange for those that are stronger than the red ones, but still with little potential, yellow, for fairly strong pokemon among their species and even leaders in some cases, green for pokemon with great potential.

So far, they were the only colors Alec could find on the farm, or that was until a little tide was born from an egg that he had been taking care of for a while, which, to his pleasant surprise, was blue.

The little mareep that had just been born was blue! And not just any blue, but a rather dark blue, almost indigo.

This excited him, and made him theorize, if we follow the logic thus far, then should there be pokemon with indigo and violet color potential?

Just thinking about it, Alec could hardly sleep, but he soon calmed down, he knew that rushing and despairing would get him nowhere, so he decided to calm down and go step by step while he trained the little mareep with great potential.

Thus, to this day, and although Grandpa and Ellie knew that he was training the little mareep who was born recently, they did not know how strong that mareep was now, he had even secretly defeated some flaaffy.

"So the only thing left for me is to earn Mirto's approval, only then can I have a good start and the freedom I hope for so much."

Thinking this far, Alec found himself in a rather peculiar frame of mind, nervous and with great anticipation for tomorrow.
