Void look at the Phanpy and saw that its level 14.

which is highest lvl for Pokemon in class .

Void was not scared nor excited because this is going to be easy peasy win for Bagon

And guess what Bagon will evolve from this battle too.

Bagon need only some more confidence in himself. although he is already confidence in itself but after battle he will have more confidence and finally it will evolve.
