193 EPISODE 83: Man!***
Team Rocket is in trepidation and hysteria as the three executives buzz out opinions on what they should do next after the apprehension of Executive Petrel. Even the grunts are wondering how will Team Rocket respond to such an unexpected situation?
In the grip of panic, wild eyes, pupils dilated, heart racing, brain on fire, brain synapses firing like a hyped-up internal aurora borealis, like a cluster bomb exploding in their brain, turned their brain to a mental soup of conflicting instructions, brain frozen, brain feeling like it's seized up, shrill scream, running aimlessly, frozen in panic, brain feeling like it's been pickled in brine.
"Infiltrate the Pokemon International Police and rescue Petrel!" Ariana suggests in Room-HQ, the typical place where the executives discuss their opinions.
"We stand no chance against the Pokemon Police Department. They are more brilliant than us, thus this would only be a wasted effort. Many of our personnel have been captured already." Proton counters Ariana's words.
"Then what are we supposed to do? We can't just do anything about this!" Ariana contraries.
"We all know who to rely on," Archer speaks, intervening in the conversation between Ariana and Proton.
"What are you trying to propose? And how will you persuade him to return?" Proton asks, somehow doubting Archer's statements.
"Simple. We shall take over the Goldenrod Radio Station, there we can send our message to him. Perhaps he'll be hearing it through either radios or other forms of technology. With him, Team Rocket will receive salvation thus we shall rise again."
"And what if he doesn't receive it? Or what if he doesn't come?" Ariana further queries.
"He will. I know he won't abandon us. Rally everyone inside this tower. It is time to make our greatest heist yet." Archer answers, instructing the two executives.
"You better know what you're doing. If he doesn't come... This will mean the end of Team Rocket." Proton sighs and leaves the room to alert all of Team Rocket.
Inside our room, me and Virgo are innocently entertaining ourselves by watching some funny and astonishing videos online. It is from that moment when a sudden blare of alarms sounded from afar, outside our room. We open our door to see what commotion is happening and there we see many grunts all heading in one direction.
"There must be an important announcement." Virgo assumes, preparing her attire.
"I know. But what for?"
"Perhaps a response protocol after the apprehension of one of our executives."
Everyone is gathered at the auditorium of the vicinity. As I enter, I see many perplexed minds, noise squirming the atmosphere like bees, as we wait for what the executives have to say. It was even shocking to see one of the head professors of Team Rocket, Professor Olive looking confused as well. She is usually approached by the executives when they think of a plan but now I think not.
From the balcony of the auditorium, the remaining three show themselves. Proton speaks on the microphone, quelling all those buzzing noises.
According to him, "Team Rocket. As all of you have heard, one of our executives, executive Petrel, has been held captive by the Pokemon International Police. I and the other executives have come up with a decision to cope up with this unexpected scenario.
We shall invade the Goldenrod Radio Tower, and there we shall call Giovanni."
Hearing the name Giovanni, everybody was speechless. Even I and Virgo were. Out of all the available options such as the other Elite Operatives scattered across the globe, they chose to confront a man who has abandoned his people? I for one disagree, but as Elite Operative I will be doing my part.
"Perhaps, through this, we can convince him to return to his vast organization. I know he is here somewhere in Johto, the question is, where? This is one of Team Rocket's final stand." Proton adds.
"All this hurried running for this?!" I angered.
"Luna, lower down your voice, someone might hear you." Virgo bids.
"This decision is absurd! They expect Giovanni to poof out of nowhere and say, "I'm back!". I assume this to be a total flaw but I still willing to do this."
"We shall leave this facility tomorrow in the morning, and from there we will head directly to the capital of Johto. Do your part, and stop anyone who dares trample unto our goals! Let Giovanni hear our plead, and we will beg him to return He won't abandon us!" Executive Proton exaggerates, making the whole of Team Rocket wild as they cheer its name. I and Virgo remain silent, only watching them.
"What is our motto?!"
"To protect the world from devastation!
To unite all people within our nation!
To denounce the evils of truth and love!
To extend our reaches to the skies above!
Team Rocket, BLAST OFF to the speed of light!
Surrender now or prepare to fight!" In one synchronized voice, the people enchant the motto of our organization with pride and honor. They're hoping for Giovanni's return has been restored as I doubt all of these would even happen. By the looks of Cliff, Professor Olive, and Xeryll, they seem to be doubting this whole plan as well.
This will be one big argument between Team Rocket and the Pokemon International Police...
