Legendary domain

The morning sun's rays touched Aoki's face, causing him to awaken.

After some stretching, he noticed that he had received numerous messages from Cynthia, Sabrina, and Misty.

"I completely forgot to let them know that I wasn't coming back last night."

The message from Cynthia was in reference to the upcoming youth tournament in her area in a month.

She also revealed that she had completed all of the league's badge requirements and would be training at or visiting the majority of Sinnoh's tourist attractions.

Misty's message asked if he was okay and when they were leaving Saffron City.

Aoki briefed her on the plot before requesting that she start her journey to Celedon City; he would join her later.

Sabrina's message stated that she had received word that the mission had failed.

She was not given any details because she was no longer a member of Team Rocket, so Aoki gave her the full story.

Although Sabrina expected chaos when Aoki joined, she didn't expect it to be so severe.

She now thanked God that she switched sides because Aoki had Darkrai that could even compete with Mewtwo and other Pokemon that could stand up to his Beedrill, which once wiped out her entire team in less than a minute.

As she was now one of his allies, he shared a training plan he had devised for her psychic pokemon's advancement. It was not his original version but a toned-down version of it similar to the one he gave to Misty.

Sabrina realized why Aoki's Pokemon were monsters after hearing the details of the training plan.

She thanked him for the training schedule nonetheless, because it was completely different from what she had been doing up until that point.

After a while, all of his Pokemon woke up, and by then Aoki was done making breakfast.

Zapdos, who had never eaten anything like that before, initially resisted and then devoured it like there was no tomorrow.

Because Aoki had not yet reached the point in his aura where he could hold a conversation with any Pokemon, Darkrai did the work for him.

"Well, then, take us to your lair," Aoki said as he climbed to the top of Pidgeot.

Zapdos nodded and took off at full speed.

Woosh!

Pidgeot flapped her wings vigorously, propelling them to a good height.

"Let's go full throttle," Aoki said.

"Don't fall off," Pidgeot said as she accelerated to match Zapdos, who was flying at an incredible height.

Darkrai chose to emerge from Aoki's shadow and take a seat behind him.

They were all now flying at such a high altitude that they were no longer visible to the naked eye.

Aoki also allowed Charizard to fly alongside them and enjoy the scenery.

Aoki was perplexed as to how Zapdos could appear so quickly when it would take time to reach his lair.

Zapdos responded by tracking the location of her feather, which can be used to call her.

Moreover, she had temporarily stayed in the abandoned power plant to absorb the electricity present there.

"What happened? can't keep up~" Pidgeot teased Charizard, who was falling behind.

Charizard let out a low growl as flames burst from his feet, propelling him forward and speeding him up.

Even with the extra speed, he was slower than Pidgeot, which irritated him and gave Pidgeot a smug expression.

Three of the flying Pokemon flew for a while until they reached the mountain range that separated Celedon City and Fuchsia City.

This mountain range had one of the deepest forests in the Kanto region, so people avoided this path and took the easier path to Fuchsia City.

The compass and GPS begin to malfunction here due to a strong magnetic field.

There are rumors of elite-level wild Pokemon in this area, but trainers choose not to investigate because their lives are more important.

There are also many poisonous plants and medicinal herbs to be found here.

For Aoki and his two Pokemon, the mountain view was breathtaking and rejuvenating.

Since this mountain range served as the source of a small river that flowed all year, ice was still present at the summit of the tallest mountain.

In terms of range and height, this mountain range was second only to Mt. Silver.

This mountain range was classified as one of the marvelous regions as all the five seasons can be seen here existing at the same time.

Crossing the mountains that were constantly covered in ice, Zapdos lowered her height and flew in the direction of the area where it was raining.

The space around them rippled as they passed through a barrier to reach an area with large plants that resembled mushrooms.

There were many strange trees in the area that Aoki had never seen before, as well as large pieces of stone scattered about.

Aoki was amazed as the sky changed from light blue to purple. He felt as if he'd been transported to another world.

Legendary Pokemon had the ability to create their own domain.

Almost all legendary Pokemons use this ability to hide from normal eyes or to have a more peaceful home.

As they moved deeper into the mysterious forest, Aoki detected a sweet scent in the air.

The sky gradually darkened purple, with clouds and thunderclaps.

Aoki noticed various yellow rocks sparkling with electricity as they moved away.

He noticed several electric-type Pokemons roaming around, including the Pichu, Mareep, Magnamite, and Electrike lines.

Other Pokemon, such as the Bellsprout line, Oddish line, Jigglypuff line, Pidgey line, Sunkern line, Rhydon line, Nidoran-like, and so on, coexisted peacefully with the electric Pokemon.

Aoki was surprised to see Mareep, Elekid, and Electrike because they are incredibly uncommon in the Kanto region.

Their evolution lines, such as Electabuzz, Ampharos, and Menectric, began to emerge as they progressed deeper. More Pokemon like Joltiks were present in the forest, but Aoki was unable to see them due to their small size.

The Pokemons ranged in rank from junior level all the way up to elite level.

A strange calmness in the air caused Charizard, who always sought out strong opponents to fight, to magically forget about fighting.

The same was true for Pidgeot, who also felt as though she was in an odd state of harmony.

'How do you feel about this, Darkrai? Is this place similar to dimension of yours?'Aoki asked.

[This legendary domain is distinct from my dimensions, where I have complete control over entry and exit.

But there is a catch here as well; Zapdos flew in a specific pattern to lead us to this area; if she had flown in a different pattern, we would never have found this forest.]

'Do you understand how that works?'

[I'm sorry, but I have no idea...]

'Even so, this place is huge….the scenery feels amazing'

[This place is impossible to be made by Zapdos alone, more than one Legendary or Mythical is involved in creating and maintaining this domain…. especially a psychic type.]

Darkrai looked in one direction before returning his gaze to take in the scenery.

A small green Pokemon watched Zapdos bring a human and two powerful Pokemon with her from a hole in the trunk of a tree.

The Pokemon decided to follow them and look from a distance.

They kept flying and finally landed at the topmost cliff where a large nest was made.

In the nest was one large egg which a few sleeping Pikachu and Mareeps were hugging.

A peculiar scene of harmony….
