Route 1 which connected Pallet town and Viridian city was around 8 km was called the road of starting as many people started their journey from this route.

The main road had very little to no Pokemon. They could be found more in number if a person goes deeper into the wild area.

Aoki reached that area after walking for a few minutes, on the way he kept talking to Bellsprout about his training plans and sharing more of his stories.

After reaching Route 1 he asked Bellspout to show all of his moves to learn his level of mastery.

He wrote down the step-by-step training plan and showed it to Bellsprout.

He started training Bellsprout in the mastery of growth, vine whip, and speed powder along with learning of razor leaf.

For the mastery of wine whip and growth, he asked him to hit a tree in a specific pattern while maintaining the blessings from growth with his root-like legs.

He wanted Bellsprout to maintain the attack and special attack boost from Bellsprout all the time.

The training was incredibly hard for a pokemon who just started his journey with a trainer but seeing Aoki's determined eyes to make him stronger, Bellsprout gave his best.

There is still time before he evolves into Weepinbell, before that Aoki wants his Bellsprout to master grass and poison-type energy as much as he can.

Aoki took some food from his bag and fed it to Bellsprout. Bellsprout was astounded by the taste of the food that Aoki fed him.

"You liked it right? If you train hard I will give you plenty of food like this" said Aoki

The training went on for a few hours before it was time for lunch. Aoki took out his tent and cooking kit and started making lunch for both of him.

While he was cooking he heard footsteps and looked back. What he saw was a beautiful orange-haired girl approaching his camp.

" Excuse me can I sit here for a while? "

"Sure Sure I will be glad if a beautiful girl sat near me "

"Oh we have a smooth talker here"

Aoki knew the girl very well, Misty Williams. She was one part of the main cast of pokemon and the childhood crush of millions of Pokemon fans across the world.

" I was cooking lunch for myself and my Pokemon, would you like to have some too"

"Are you okay with that?" asked Misty

"There wouldn't be any problem"

"So miss going by the things you are carrying, you are here for fishing ? " asked Aoki while keeping the food he made on a bowl for Bellsprout. His eyes subconsciously went towards Misty.

Aoki was the most handsome guy Misty had seen, getting stared at by him gave made her very happy.

" Call me Misty, I am from Cerulean city. And yes I came to catch a water pokemon in this area".

Misty's focus was immediately attracted by the fragrance the food of Aoki was releasing.

" I am Aoki, I started my journey today with my partner Bellsprout, " he said while giving a plate to Misty too. Based on her reaction to the food she was hungry too.

" Are you perhaps Aoki Gunhildr ?" Asked Misty

" Do you know me? " asked Aoki

'So he is the one.. Such a strong presence. Am I developing a crush ? ' thought Misty

"It's my first time meeting you but I heard that you got 1st rank in the pokemon academy "

"You attended the same academy too? I never saw you there "

"No, I was homeschooled, I heard that from my friends that attended the school. I too started my journey a few days ago with my starter Staryu," said Misty.

'Of course, I know you, you had a separate fan club for yourself in the school. My friend talked every day about you. ' she thought

The more she ate the more flabbergasting her face became.

'Looks like the magic of my food worked ' Although Aoki was not born with any cheats a system, he was insanely talented in almost everything especially cooking which he sharpened even more over the years. Along with the recipes that his parents made, he added some from his previous life and created some original dishes that would make anyone his fan.

'Now if I look carefully, she truly is one of the cutest girls I have seen in my life' thought Aoki after looking at Misty. Misty wore a yellow sleeveless shirt along with jeans that reached her knees. Her short orange hair was tied to one side.

"Say Misty since we both are starting together, why not stick together for a while? This way we can have each other's back in the wild. Moreover, I studied about pokemon grooming so I can help your Pokemon too ".

Misty's mind was a mess because of his killer smile and the taste of the food she was eating which made her agree to travel with Aoki without thinking much.

' I was planning to travel alone but…. Sticking with him for a while would be wonderful.

Moreover, I have never eaten something so good before. It took all my willpower to suppress my urge to yell in delight.

" I never really cooked in school or shared my lunch so maybe that's why she doesn't know, " Aoki said. Both of them started having a conversation.

"Aoki are you single ?" Misty asked after a short pause.

"Yes, why are you asking, you interested or something? " Aoki asked with a smile.

'Well it's about time I get a girlfriend ' he thought

"No-no just asking " Misty blushed as she realized what she asked
