2 ch 2 ( school life )
dio arrived in school with Edward.
" young master we are here " Edward said as he parked the car in front of the school . dio picked his bag and came out of the car and walked into the school building. after seeing dio enter the building Edward went back home .
Dio made his way towards his classroom 6th B after entering the class he went toward his seat . the class has 5 rows with 6 single benches in one row dio sat on the last bench in the first row right by the second door . as he took his seat he heard a shout from behind " hey dio " the voice belonged to sam a kid that has studied together with dio for the past 2 years , he has black hair which are currently hidden under his yellow cap which he wears all the time he has an angular face with black eyes and a round nose , he is currently wearing the shool uniform like everyone that consists of a white shirt, blue pants and a red tye , he stands at 4'4 ft simlar to dio . Sam is being accompanied by Erick Sam's friend .Erick has a round face big brown eyes and blond hair , Erick is a few inches shorter than sam and has a bulky build .
" morning " dio replied with not alot of energy .
" why so sus " sam questioned after hearing dio's not so enthusiastic reply . before dio could answer Erick intervened " he is never happy in the morning " " you know me well " dio replied as he sat down on his seat . " did your parents got a call from Miss Jones she said that she would do it yesterday " Erick inquired .
" yes ,mom got a call from Miss Jones and she scolded me alot " dio replied .
" so do you regret the prank " sam asked he wanted to know if dio regretted his actions.
" naa , it was a fun prank " dio replied with no regret eminent on his face .
" you never change , I wish I could be as bold as you " erick said as he is quite self conscious .
" you are bold inif " sam joked with a smile .
but Erick did not like it he punched Sam in the stomach .
" sorry man it was a joke " sam replied after felling pain in his stomach . as they were having there banter Miss Jones entered the classroom and shouted .
" everyone take your seats class is about to begin "
everyone quickly took there seats as miss Jones started the roll call .
' ahh man a fight with boredom begins ' dio thought as classes for today begin .
' This pokemon world is quite different from the reality i believed in but it does make sense if you think about it , as every kid want to be a pokemon trainer in this world so the league set up a system to separate pokemon from kids in there initial school years so they can focus on basic studies alot more you cannot give a pokemon to a kid under 10 , there are two criterias you have to clear to get your first official pokemon first you have to be minimum 10 years of age and have cleared 5th year school exams , I am currently in my 6th year i have passed the first criteria but have yet to turn 10 officialy which will happen next week ' (dio)

in to the lunch break dio was sitting outside in the school garden while eating his tiffin and was accompanied by Sam and Erick.
" you guys excited about the pokemon class " Erick asked excited, as they are now 6th year students they have a separate class teaching them about pokemon regularly from today onwards rather than previously only having guest lectures ones or twice a month .
" yep " sam responded with a yes and dio also nodded along .
" sam you are receiving your first pokemon tomorrow right " erick asked .
" yes " sam replied as he continued eating
" so which one its gonna be " erick asked curious
to know which pokemon his best friend will choose .
" its a surprise you will find out later " sam said trying to keep his choice a mystery .
" cmon don't be a sore losser just tell me " erick said unhappy with Sam's response.
" its gonna be a fighting type " dio said making sam go wide eyed , he knows that sam loves fighting types because his dad is a fighting type trainer so it was an easy guess to make .
" how you know " sam immediately asked .
" just a guess , let's go back the break is almost over " dio responded not bothered to explain as they stood up to go back inside .

the bell rang to signal the end of lunch break and everyone went back to there classes . in class 6th B students were excited as the pokemon class was finally about to begin .
" all 6th year students from all sections please gather in the second hall for your pokemon lecture " the announcement was made by the vice principal from the speaker , everyone immediately rushed towards the second hall to grab the best seats as fast as possible .
' kidss too much excitement ' dio thought as he gradually made his way to the hall . the second hall had around 300 seats set up like a theater a big stage in front with a big display screen and a projector hanging from the ceiling. when dio arrived all front row seats were taken so he took a seat in the last row. soon the teacher came in as everyone quited down .
" I see that you guys are excited which is good , my name is Ned from today onwards I will be taking your classes regularly so after the break all of you should come in the second hall understood . " ned told everyone there new class schedule. ned is a lanky guy with black hair black eyes he appears to be in his mid thirties he stands at about 6' 3. towards neds instutions all the kids responded with a loud .
" yes sir " students .
" good , I hear some of you have already received your first pokemon and the rest will receive before the end of the month correct " ned asked.
"yes sir " students responded.
" so let's talk about me first, I am an official pokemon trainer with a silver rank , can anyone of you explain how someone becomes an official trainer and what are the diffrent ranks trainers are categorized in " Ned asks to the students to judge how much they know about these basic things . alot of students raised there hands eager to answer. ned pointed to a girl from the first seat to answer.
" sir, the process of becoming an official trainer starts with a practical exam that you have to give in your 8th year , ones you clear the exam you will receive a trainer license which allows you to carry three pokeballs generally used by the civilians, the second exam happens when you start your journey after completing your 8th year of school you have to compete in 8 gym's and obtain badges from said gym's after defeating them you can also participate in the junior league cup , once you have collected all the 8 badges you are recognized as an official trainer and you obtain a 1-star license from the league which helps you carry 6 pokeballs but there is a certain time limit you have to obtain the 8 badges in a span of 2 years before you turn 15 .
as for the diffrent ranks for trainers they are categorized as 1-star , 2-star , 3-star , bronze , silver , gold and platinum there are also two ranks above them but you have to defeat the person who holds that rank to succeed him like elite -4 and the region champion " she said ,
ned motioned her to sit down .
" excellent , as you all heard she said you have to challenge gym's how would you know which gym to challenge " ned said and chose someone again from the students.
" sir , every year the league chooses 8 gym's for both the junior cup and 8 for the pokemon league the gym's are chosen based on there difficulty and gym leaders are asked to show consideration when chosen for the junior cup " (random student)
" while we are on the topic of gym's how is a gym leader chosen and how can they change " ( ned )
" a gym leader is chosen for a period of 5 years after looking at there performance in these 5 years the league decides whether to keep him or strip of his title incase they want to strip a gym leader from his position they announce an official tournament where trainers who are interested and wants to be a gym leader can participate and the winner is chosen as the next gym leader.
but there are also cases where a gym leader himself leave his position and give his title to someone else in this case the person who have received the recommendation of the gym leader is chosen as the new gym leader " ( random student )
" good , now the next question which are the starter pokemon recommend by the league for kanto region and why are they recommended " ned asked and this time pointed at a boy from the second row .
" sir , the recommend starters for kanto region are bulbasaur , squirtel and charmander they are recommend because they are easy to train and have amazing potential , that's why I choose charmander as my pokemon " the boy sat down after giving the answer.
" how many pokemon can a civilian keep and carry and what about a trainer why was this rule implemented " ( ned )
" a civilian can keep only three pokemon and for a trainer they can carry six pokemon but this no. increases with a change in rank he can keep more pokemon but he has to show a certain amount of funds or he has to be partners with a pokemon research centre .individual researchers and professors can carry and keep 10 pokemon but if they have a officialy registerd reserch center/lab and have good enough funds they can keep more than 200 pokemon ,this rule was implemented because trainers use to catch a large no . of pokemons that they financially could not provide for this led to alot of pokemon dying and facing neglegence " ( random student )
" okay next question what happens if you keep more pokemon then permitted and keep a unregistered pokemon "( ned)
" sir , if you keeping an unregistered pokemon you will be fined by the police and if anything happens to your pokemon like he gets sick the pokemon centre will keep the pokemon after treatment or if the pokemon causes any public destruction the person who kept him will go to jail for six months "( random student)
" okay next question what are the criteria for rank advancement and what rank missions you can do for being a higher rank " (ned )

after you advance to bronze level you can carry and keep 8 pokemon , 10 when you reach gold rank and in addition you receive discount in pokemon centre's and diffrebt facilities becomes accessible for being higher rank "
