Pokemon: A different Ash

When I woke up, I found myself in a world where Pokémon and humans coexisted. As I looked at the slightly immature, yet familiar, faces in the mirror, several phrases popped into my head: "Pokemon Releaser," "Defeat at start," and "Ultimate Dense Man." No way! Having the rare chance to be reborn, I refused to be labeled like that again. Then— Pokemon Releaser? What? Uncle, you want to raise my Primeape? Come on, uncle, do you even know your own level? Defeat at the beginning? From then on, every second male lead in each Region started to understand what social beatings meant. The ultimate dense man? Ash: Uh... I swear, I just get along with them normally. I have no intention of flirting. Disclaimer All content belongs to the original creator. 29. Pikachu Vs Ekans

"Use Thunder Shock!!"

Ash called out the command as he passed behind Ekans. Pikachu's ears perked up, and in an instant, a powerful electric current surged from its cheeks.

A strong electric current was released.

Although Thunder Shock wasn't as powerful as Thunderbolt, it still packed a punch with tens of thousands of volts. While Electric-type moves aren't super effective against Poison-types, a direct hit would still cause significant damage.

Hiss hiss! ! !

Ekans was paralyzed by the shock, unable to move. Jessie and James quickly realized that the kid in front of them was no ordinary trainer.

"Koffing, use Tackle!" James shouted, and Koffing launched itself from the wall, hurtling towards Pikachu.

"Dodge!" Ash ordered calmly.

Pikachu leaped into the air, gracefully dodging Koffing's attack. Koffing crashed into the ground between Ekans and Pikachu, kicking up a cloud of smoke.

In the real world, such a high voltage would incapacitate most creatures, but in this world, both Pokémon and people seemed to have a higher resistance to electric shocks.

"Little twerp, think you're clever? Koffing, use Smokescreen!"

James decided to use a familiar tactic, hoping to obscure Pikachu's vision. Koffing released thick black smoke from its pores, quickly covering the battlefield.

Ash frowned as the smoke spread. But then, he noticed Pikachu's tail standing upright. An idea sparked in his mind.

"Pikachu, use your tail!"

"Pickup? Pikachu!" Pikachu hesitated for a moment, then remembered their training in the jungle the day before.

Tails aren't just for balance. Trainer and Pokémon seemed to be in perfect sync. Pikachu understood and began to swing its tail clockwise.

The rapid movement of Pikachu's lightning-shaped tail generated a strong airflow. The Smokescreen was sucked into the vortex created by the tail and dispersed.

Boom! ! ! !

The strong airflow blew the Smokescreen away, revealing Pikachu standing confidently. Jessie and James were stunned.

"Damn it! Ekans, use Bite!" Jessie yelled, her temper flaring.

Ekans lunged forward, its sharp fangs bared.

"Pikachu, use Agility!"

Pikachu stopped its tail swing and instantly accelerated. With a burst of speed, Pikachu dodged Ekans' attack. Ekans, unable to stop, continued forward and collided with Koffing. Koffing, caught off guard, was bitten by Ekans and both crashed into the wall.

Boom! ! !

"What are you two idiots doing?" James shouted, clenching his fists in frustration.

"Pikachu, give them the final Thunder Shock!" Ash commanded.

Pikachu charged up and released another powerful Thunder Shock, engulfing both Ekans and Koffing in a blinding flash of electricity.

"Pika~~~chuuuu!!!!" Pikachu cried out as it dodged Ekans' attack. At Ash's command, Pikachu's cheeks crackled with electricity, and a strong current enveloped its body.

Zizizi! ! !

A bolt of lightning shot directly toward Ekans and Koffing. As soon as it hit, the electric current surged over both Pokémon, making them scream in pain.

Boom! ! !

The electricity lasted for several seconds before a powerful explosion filled the air with black smoke. When the smoke cleared, Ekans and Koffing lay on the ground, their eyes turned into spirals.

"Ekans!"

"Koffing!!" Jessie and James cried out, but their Pokémon did not respond.

"Looks like I'll have to handle this myself, Meowth!" Meowth stepped forward, claws extended, ready for a fight.

"Alright, it's up to you, Meowth. You're a cat, you won't lose to a mouse, right?" Jessie and James pinned their hopes on Meowth. Pikachu, meanwhile, prepared for another battle.

"A talking Meowth! That's rare!" Ash remarked, trying to think quickly.

"Of course! I'm not like other Meowths," Meowth said proudly, scratching his whiskers with a paw.

"The Professor has never seen a talking Meowth. He'd love to study one! Let's take it back to him," Ash said with a sly smile, pulling out a Poké Ball. Meowth, who had been feeling proud, suddenly trembled at the thought.

He imagined himself tied to a bookshelf, being examined by a creepy old man with a scalpel. The image made his fur stand on end, and he looked at Ash in horror.

Are you a devil?

"That's terrifying, Meowth!" he shouted, turning tail and running away from Jessie and James.

"Hey, Meowth, what are you doing?"

"Darn kid! Remember, Team Rocket will never give up! Return, Ekans!" Jessie and James had no choice but to retreat. They recalled their Pokémon and fled.

"Pika pika?" Pikachu looked up at Ash, waving its paws as if asking that if he will chase them.

"Forget it, there's no need to chase them," Ash replied calmly.
