Chapter 15 - to Cinnabar Island and Giovanni

"System, which direction will take us towards Cinnabar Island?"

So the technology used by the people in Cinnabar Island should be more advanced." Itsuki was thinking of hacking into the server and copy all the information with his System.

"It's sad that I couldn't find any Charmander. Maybe I can still find one in Cinnabar Island." Itsuki needed a fire type Pokémon for his Indigo league. Itsuki wanted to catch the Pokémons he wanted before the end of this month since it would also take time to train them. Before the Indigo League, Itsuki at least wanted his pokemons to reach level 35 or above.

Itsuki smiled and said. "Take care." Itsuki then called Articuno back inside the Pokeball and flew towards Cinnabar Island with Dragonair.

4 hours later, Itsuki had reached the seaport which was near a city named Fuchsia city.

"I am at least 5 km away from Fuchsia city." Itsuki did not enter the Fuchsia city because he felt safer in the forest. Itsuki knew that Fuchsia city gym leader is a executive of Team rocket. In this type of situation, all the information Itsuki had about team rocket from his previous life is helping him.

"Looks like I have to do something about my appearance otherwise team rocket will track me when I challenge other 4 gym leaders. Or maybe I am just being too much cautious." Itsuki knew that team rocket won't dare to harm him within the city but doesn't mean they won't use cheap tricks. But some cities are almost under team rocket's control, I have to watch out where I go.

"Every gym leader whether he likes it or not, has to accept every challenge and fight the trainer and defend for his gym badge. Giovanni is a tall, medium built, middle aged man. He has very short, flat, dark hair and small dark eyes. He wears a long sleeved black shirt with a large V neck that shows off a white undershirt, black slightly baggy trousers and black shoes.

"Enter" Giovanni said without even looking up. Women with black short neck length hair and glasses entered. The women could be described as beautiful but she always had a professional look on her face which showed no emotion. Her name was Matori, secretary of Giovanni.

"Matori give report on project Articuno?" Giovanni's face looked very cold. His perfect plan was destroyed by some unknown Pokémon trainer. Giovanni felt like he has been raising pigs all these years, to think his elite squad lost to an unknown trainer.

Matori's expression did not change even for a second which clearly reflected the professionalism she has.

"Boss, 10 of our elite squad had searched the entire Celadon forest but we found no traces of that trainer." Giovanni massaged his temples. Sometimes he really wondered why if all the idiots had entered his organization.

"We also send investigation squad to Celadon, Vermillion cities but our members has no trace of that trainer. Our investigation team has found that several days ago, a trainer named Itsuki Kagami had challenged the Vermillion city gym leader Surge, and defeated Surge with a Pokémon named Zera."

"It appears that Itsuki was on his way towards Celadon city but happened to meet Articuno and the team rocket." Matori then took out a tablet and showed a picture of Zeraora.

"We tried to find more about this Pokémon of his. After lots of searching we found that this Pokémon name is Zeraora, a mythical Pokémon."

Giovanni looked at Zeraora's image and felt very interested. A smile appeared on his face. "It looks like this incident is a blessing in disguise. Matori send 7 of our elite squads to trace Itsuki Kagami and also inform all the team rocket members within Kanto to look out for Itsuki Kagami. I want this Zeraora for myself." Giovanni grinned while looking at the image of Zeraora.

A sinister smile appeared on Itsuki's face. No one knew what Giovanni was thinking. 'Zeraora, a mythical Pokémon, who knew I would come across a mythical Pokémon. Mythical Pokémon could be sold for billions and I can also recreate Zeraora from its DNA.'

Seconds later, Giovanni recovered his thoughts and looked at Matori.

"Did you find the person who stole 1 billion P$ from my account?" Remembering how he suddenly lost 1 billion from his account always made Giovanni extremely furious. 10 billion is the average earning of team rocket each year and that person just stole 1 billion, meaning one tenth of their earning.
