Chapter 99 : Battle with Rudy

Rudy soon calmed sown because he knew having battle with Gary was only a one time chance and he wanted to use his given chance to his best ability .

Scyther attacked Scizor .

Gary just said " Dodge " Plainly .

As soon Scyther was reaching Scizor , Scizor just disappeared from his sight and appeared behind him . Scyther was filled with cold sweat he ran at his top speed to stay away from Scizor . Scizor didn't even move just looked at Scyther . Rudy was stunned by the speed of Scizor he was sure that if Gary asked Scizor had asked to attack Scyther would have surely fainted . Rudy decided to usehis main ace . Rudy asked Geo to start the music . Rudy started to enjoy the beat and Scyther hearing to the music calmed down and also enjoyed the beat . Gary knew that Rudy now can push himself to the limits but that limit is even behind his starting point .

Rudy once again attacked " Scyther attack with agility "

Scyther with sync with beats of the song attacked Scizor

Gary said " Scizor just listen to the beats of the music you will be easily able to dodge as Scyther will only attack when there will be a beat "

Scizor nodded in understanding and was easily able to dodge all attacks of Scyther without moving much . Rudy at this time his face was not very good as he knew that Gary from start knew that he will music to his advantage and Gary showed how easy was to defeat his techniques without giving much thought "

Spectators from Rudy's side were not least happy because they were able to feel that Rudy had only one advantage in his tactic that advantage has now turned into his biggest weakness .

But girls were very happy after looking that Gary appeared very dominant from the start of the match and now he has even grasped Rudy's weakness without even attacking Rudy they looked at Gary and felt that Gary was too handsome for them .

Geo was commentator for the match but from start he didn't said anything because he has never seen his friend in this much disadvantage he knew that Rudy would surely lose from trainer like Gary but he didn't knew that the match would be like this .

Geo still continued his commentary

Gary smirked and said " Scizor finish the match with Metal claw and surely attack Scyther on the beat "

Scyther smirked and flew to Scyther wasn't able to react in time because of very fast speed of Scizor by the time Scyther wanted to fly Scizor was on him "

Scizor didn't show any mercy and attacked Scyther was in very vulnerable state and wasn't able to defend himself and was knocked out from single move of Scizor .

Looking at fainted Scyther . Geo said " Scyther is unable to battle , Winner of the match is Scizor . The first rounds win goes to Gary "

Girls "Gary, Gary, he's our man. If he can't do it, no one can! Go...Gary!".

Rudy just shook his head and called back his Scyther . and said " Now Rock pokemon "

Gary nodded and also called back Scizor .

Rudy now called out " Go Golem "

Gary nodded and called out Crystal Onix . " Go Onix "

Looking at Crystal Onix every spectator had there urge to rub eyes because they have never seen pokemon like that . Rudy was also very surprised with Pokemon like Crystal Onix . Gary smirked and said " This is first fight of Onix give your best shot "

Rudy gained some confidence as he knew that Gary's Onix isn't a normal one but having a close battle is likely to happen as his Golem is one of his best pokemon .

Rudy asked Geo to once again start the music . Because of music Onix was confused after all this was his first trainer vs trainer battle and now it has intervention of music Onix wasn't very happy . Gary seeing that was pleased as he knew that this battle is the best battle for a pokemon like Onix which get easily irritated and today if he can conquer it he will surely become one of his top pokemon .

Gary shouted at Onix " Onix calm down this your test be sure to perform well "

Listening to Gary voice he calmed down and after hearing test he had fighting spirit burning in his eyes as he wanted to prove to Gary that he is strong and today the day has finally come . He won't lose to show his best side to Gary .

Onix roared at Golem to intimidate him .
