Chapter 26 : Battle with Koga

//Fushia Gym //

(3rd POV)

Gary and Koga were at the standing opposite of each other . Aya acted as Referee and the girls were standing behind Gary to cheer for him .

Aya " This is a official battle of between the challenger Gary Oak of Pallet town and the Gym leader of Fushia Gym Koga "

"Both the challenger and Gym leader are only allowed to use two pokemons where only challenger can substitute his pokemon in the middle of that match "

"Both will call there Pokemon at the same time "

"Are both trainers ready " to which both of us nodded

Koga : " Go Venonat "

Gary " Go Krabby "

Koga had the same expression as his sister after the large Krabby . Krabby seeing that not even the pokemon but also the trainer is surprised he became happy .

Koga " Oh Gary you have a great Pokemon "

Gary " You are damn correct "

Girls : "Gary, Gary, he's our man. If he can't do it, no one can! Go...Gary!".

Koga " Venonat don't care about his size just get ready and tackle "

Gary " Use same trick as the previous match Krabby "

Krabby understood the meaning of words of Gary and he waited till Venonat reached him and caught him by Vice Grip . Krabby didn't wait for Koga to send command to Venonat and hit Venonat by Crab hammer .Venonat was thrown back . Venonat didn't faint and stood up.

Seeing Venonat stood up Gary " Krabby use bubble beam "

Koga " Venonat Dodge and use psybeam "

Psybeam hit Krabby and he retreated a few steps .

Krabby in the injured state stood up and faced up Venonat

Gary " Krabby use bublebeam "

Koga " Venonat use psybeam "

Those two attack collided .

Gary " Krabby attack venonat with water gun "

Krabby without wasting time followed arrangement of Gary and attacked Venonat with water gun . Venonat was hit by by water as he didn't have to stabilze itself after the explosion . Water gun knocked out venonat .

Aya : " Venonat is unable to battle , Winner is Krabby "

Girls : "Gary, Gary, he's our man. If he can't do it, no one can! Go...Gary!".

Krabby happily jumped . By the time the celebration of victory was over Krabby started glowing .

Krabby started becoming bigger under the eyes of all people present . It finally evolved into Kingler . Kingler was twice bigger than a standard Kingler . It shocked everyone .

Koga : " You are quite lucky if I say Gary "

Gary smirked " But your luck isn't that good "

Koga also smirked " That we will see "

He threw pokeball " Go Golbat "

Golbat and newly evolved Kingler stared at each other .

Girls : "Gary, Gary, he's our man. If he can't do it, no one can! Go...Gary!".

Gary : " Kingler use bubble beam "

Koga : " Dodge them Golbat "

Golbat due to his flying advantage was very easily able to dodge from attack of Kingler .

Kingler became irritated with it .

Gary : " Kingler use harden "

Kingler harden's himself

Koga was very surprised by the approach of Gary as he pulled himself from offensive to defensive

Koga : " Golbat poison sting "

Gary " Kingler harden "

Poison sting wasn't able to hurt Kingler because of Harden

Koga didn't have choice but to attack in close combat .

Koga " Golbat attack with Wing attack "

After hearing that Gary eyes brightened .

Gary : " Kingler let it come over as soon as it came over use Crab hammer "

Crab hammer hit Golbat and was thrown flying towards the ground

Gary here didn't stop the attack and said " Kingler bubble beam "

Bubble beam hit Golbat .

Golbat wasn't able to stand up after being hit and fainted .

Girls : "Gary, Gary, he's our man. If he can't do it, no one can! Go...Gary!".

Aya : " Golbat is unable to battle , Winner is KIngle . Hence the battle goes to the challenger Gary Oak "

(Gary POV)

After listening to Aya I walked towards Kingler and said " Kingler you were amazing "

Kingler got happy . All the girls surrounded both of us and congratulated .

Koga and his sister came " Gary you are great trainer "

"Thank you , Koga "

He then presented me with a badge " This is Soul badge which will be your memento for wining against the Gym leader of Fushia Gym " He laghed

We then talked and then I left with girls .

We then moved forward foe our journey .

Ami asked " Where are now we going Gary "

I thought while looking towards map provided by Ann " I think we should go to Safari land we may be able to catch some pokemons "

Ami " Okay here we go "

Ami sped the car towards Safari land leaving a large dust cloud .
