3 Chapter 2 – Welcome to Earth

Third person POV

  Moments later, on another planet, or perhaps, another universe, the same portal opened just above the ground and Rico, Ash, Serena, and their teams fell from it and to the ground below, landing on it with a loud thud. 

  "Ouch..." Ash was on Rico and Serena. "Get off me! Get off me!" 

Upon seeing that, Rico and Serena get off him. "Sorry!" 

Ash then stand up and straightened his back. "My back." 

After that, Rico and Serena looked around, only to see mountains and forests; but, it's not their world anymore. 

  "Where are we?" 

Ash then looked at them. "What do you mean, Rico?" 

He then looked around for himself. "What? There's no Pokémon here."

  Then, some birds flew by, and Rico and his master and friend saw them. 

  "Wait, they didn't have that distinct sound," Ash commented. 

  "You're right," Rico responded. 

But then, Ash realized something: their Pokémon might be missing. 

  "Uh, guys, check your Pokémon!" he said to them. 

They all did so, only to see that their Pokébelts became normal belts, and their Pokémon are not with them. 

  "Wha...? Pikachu and Lucario are not here!" 

  "Oh, no, my Lucario, Absol, and Serperior..." 

  "Delphox is not here either." 

And then, a voice spoke up, "Ash, we're here." 

Upon hearing that, Rico, Ash, and Serena looked down at the ground, only to see Pikachu and the others, as toy cars, or mecardimals. 

They were surprised. 

  "Woah! Pikachu, is that you?" Ash commented. 

  "Yeah, and why are you guys so big?" Pikachu responded. 

  "Uh, because you're a toy car." 

  "What?" 

  "And you're talking with real words," Rico replied. 

  "I know, but where are we?" 

  "And what happened to us?" Rico's Lucario added. 

Ash then looked around once more. "I think we landed on some weird planet." 

  "What?" Delphox responded. 

  "This is different from our world," Serena replied. 

  "Yeah," Rico agreed. 

  "Let's go around," Ash suggested to them. "We might find someone who will tell us where we are." 

Eventually, the others agreed with him, and the Pokémon mecardimals hopped on their shoulders, and they all started trekking through the mountains in search of someone, or perhaps, a civilization. 

  Along the way, they saw weird creatures they had never seen before. 

  "Those creatures are so weird," Rico commented. 

  "Yeah," Ash agreed with him. 

Then, after a few hours of walking and trekking, they saw a city in the distance from a cliff. 

  "Woah, a city!" 

  "Finally, a civilization." 

  "Thank goodness." 

  "That might be it," Ash said to them. 

He then looked at Rico and Serena. "Let's go down there." 

Once again, Rico and Serena nodded in agreement, and they all went down the mountain and towards the city. 

It was midday, and they are now hungry and thirsty.
