Chapter Three

Fear went through my body, as my new Pokémon partner Bulbasaur standing in front of me waiting for a command. The swarm of Beedrill closed in on us. I shouted "BULBASAUR, USE VINEWHIP!". My Pokémon partner jumped into action, as dark green vines emerged from of his shoulders and hit one of the Beedrill hard. but it didn't make even the smallest mark. "Bug types are good against grass types". I say to myself, terrified all the while. Just then that same Beedrill stung Bulbasaur! "BULBASAUR NO!". I shout. Then the mad Beedrill flew towards me! I shut my eyes tightly and waited for the blow. then I heard a woman's voice, "Go Lefeon! use flash cannon!" I opened my eyes. Then there was a huge flash and a BANG! all the Beedrill fainted, I looked up, then I saw a grown woman hold her hand out to me. "Are you ok?", she asked "yeah I guess, thanks". I say as she helps me up. "Hi my name is Kathy" she says. then two kids run up behind her. A boy, and a girl. They look about my age. "Mom is everything ok?!" the girl shouts, "yeah, you good?" says the boy. "yes kids, everything is ok" says Kathyand. "who are all of you?" I ask. "I'm Jander", says the boy, "and I'm Jaelonda" says the girl. "hello", I say happily "my name is Sylis".
