The moment Chidi ordered to kill all of them, I made sure Joshua was next to me as he remained my primary assignment. The rest of the gang wouldn't even waste any second as they pulled the trigger on each one faces.

To sent Joshua to hell that fast wouldn't have been enjoyable. Why would I have to shoot and leave just like that? Reason why I haven't even brought a gun in the first place.

"I am going to deal with him alone." I quickly added the instant I saw Chidi caressing his hands on his gun.

I pulled him up quickly and pushed him to his room. He would not hesitate though as he was not even well-balanced on his feet. Perhaps he was still drunk? Well, I wouldn't care.

He fell on his bed with the force I had pushed him as he slowly crawled to sit. "Won't you beg that I save your life?" I had said suddenly as I noticed he would neither cry nor feel pity for himself.
