Brought Back To Life

"Retreat! Retreat to base!"

The words that spread around so fast as the shooting still continued. Everyone from every angle chewed these words as I slightly opened one of my eyes to see what was going on.

"Help your fallen brothers and retreat to base!"

I saw Chidi shouting as he held his right leg which seemed as if his was injured. It wasn't only Chidi who had announced to retreat. All the leaders of each gang did also except those wearing yellow who would not even stop shooting.

I saw everyone from other gangs trying to dodge the sporadic shooting from the yellow gangs and at the same time trying to the drag dead bodies of the gang members to a safety corner and each guys they will carry them away. Perhaps to give them a proper burial.
