8 Chapter 6
Sydney eventually pulls away from the hug, and looks around, spotting Ash and running off to hug him. Nikki watches her run off, giving Ash a look. Ash gives Sydney a small hug back, and shudders a little at the look Nikki gave him, going back to what he was doing earlier.
Sydney wanders back over, humming softly to herself as she does the assigned workout from the gym teacher. Eventually, the period ends, and the class heads to the changing rooms to swap clothes before the next class. When Sydney exits the locker rooms, she almost immediately bumps into someone, "Oh my gosh! I'm so sorry!" She almost shouted the words, but was still sincere. That someone, turned out to be Luciano, who helped her up while shaking and pale as a ghost.
When Sydney reached up to check his temperature, three things happened, he flinched away, Nikki exited the locker room, and Sydney fell. This painted the image that Luciano had shoved Sydney to the ground, and that he was now severely regretting it. "What the hell did you do!?" Nikki shouted this loud enough to startle Luciano, but not exactly loud enough for a teacher or another student to figure out where it's coming from.
Nikki rushed over, helped Sydney up, and told her to go class after making sure she was alright. Nikki and Luciano were left alone in the hallway, Nikki seething with anger and Luciano shaking in fear. Nikki took a few steps foreword, with Luciano taking the same amount of steps back, when his back hit a door.
The door swung open, and he fell onto the ground, Nikki entering in after him and shutting the door. Nikki locks the door and gives a sadistic smile, with malice in her eyes, she picks up an object off a nearby table and knocks Luciano unconscious.
