19 Chapter 17

Sydney tensed when she said that, becoming confused "W-what have you done for me?' Her tone sounded confused, and Nikki seemed enraged at her questioning. "What have I done for you!? I've killed people for you!" Nikki screamed out, her face going red with anger. Sydney looked at Nikki with horror, realizing what had happened, and began to thrash around, doing her best to free herself from the hug. "Shhh love just let me hold you please…" Nikki holds her even tighter. "Nikki please!" She struggles more, and soon Nikki's grip becomes painful "Stop moving please-!" Sydney hisses in pain slightly, struggling as much as she can as an attempt to get away.

Something cold and thin was felt on Sydneys neck "Stop. Moving." Sydney freezes up, feeling the urge to run rise. "Nikki don't do this��" The thing makes a soft thump as it hits the bed, and it is revealed to be a needle. "Thank you, love…" Sydney kicks it away, fighting much harder now. Nikki growls lowly "stop!" She puts one hand to Sydneys neck, "Don't make me hurt you, love." she glares, continuing to fight as Nikki's grip on her neck tightens "I said stop!" Nikki shouted. "And my life is on the l-line" Sydney called back as she continues to fight. Nikki's grip tightens more, to the point Sydney will pass out in minutes. Sydney continues to fight until she passes out quickly, Nikki lets her go, and cradles her crying "I told you to stop.." Nikki starts to cry harder as she looks at Sydney. She was lightly sleeping, and bruises were already popping up on her neck, she looked peaceful and calm.

Nikki picked her up again and carried her downstairs. She stepped into the basement and looked at Sydney with sadness in her eyes. She set her down in a chair in the middle of the room, strapping her down with chains around her midsection, lower arms, mid-thigh, and calves. She then pulled up a chair, and sat down, waiting for Sydney to wake up. Soon enough, Sydney did and picked her head up while blinking. She made eye contact with Nikki and began to struggle weakly, not having enough energy to struggle as she had before. Nikki gently put a hand on Sydney's thigh to calm her down.

Sydney tensed at the contact and felt her anxiety spike. Nikki noticed the tension and begins to cry again, speaking in between sobs, "I t-told you to stop, y-you should have stopped!" Sydney looked wary, nervously watching Nikki to see what her next move would be. Nikki then suddenly stops crying and lifts her head to look at Sydney. Nikki slowly began to smile, her eyes appearing broken and crazy. Sydney began to shake with terror, attempting to avoid eye contact.
