46 What Just Happened?

When the people around hear the unknown man, now known as Rupert Damaso, Introduce himself, their faces change altogether.

The name of the son of the owner of this mall is known inside and outside of this place.

By the way, the name of this mall is Brickly, a mall made by the Damaso Group, a family made company that acts unitedly.

Rupert's Dad, Jin Damaso, is just a small shareholder and the thirteenth son of the founder of Damaso Group.

Being the thirteenth son, he is really nothing in his family and so founded this mall, Brickly, to try and stand by his own.

And within 5 years, his 1 mall became 24 malls that are known throughout the nation!

This is all because of the hard work that Jin Damaso put into it, that he became as successful as he is today even as the thirteenth son.

But then, Jin Damaso married to a common woman and she gave birth to a son, who is now known as, Rupert Damaso.

After the woman gave birth to Rupert, she passed away. Making Rupert a motherless kid.

With his father busy with all the work regarding his businesses, Rupert lacked parental love.

Because of that, he was quite the lonely kid who had neither friends nor enemies.

But then, because of him being someone who lacked love, when some people who wanted to take advantage of him by calling him their friends appeared, he immediately tried to get them to stay.

But those people influenced him badly, and so came the Rupert Damaso that we see today.

A lot of people know his name and that is because of all the stupid things that he keeps on doing like causing trouble, breaking things around, bothering customers, etc.

So when the staff and some of the customers heard him introduce himself, they reacted badly.

Some frown, while the others have pale faces, fear visible on their faces. With Rupert here, trouble is bound to follow.

And watching this scene in front of them, is proof enough that wherever Rupert goes, he causes unnecessary scenes.

What's something to be thankful about is that he still hasn't tried doing crimes like **** or murder, and that is because he know his father will beat him to death if he ever try doing that.

Then the eyes of the people turn to those people who bothered this malignant human, which is Fred, Alyssa, and the Male staff who laughed loudly.

Their faces have pity on it, shaking their heads. Pitying them because they will probably face trouble.

Of course, there are also those who have a gloating look on their face as they watch Fred.

But then those faces changed when they saw what happened next.

Rupert was condescendingly looking at Richard, the male staff, waiting for his scared look to appear on Richard's face.

But sadly for him, that scene never happened, instead Richard just looked at him emptily. Like he's just watching something boring but still keeps looking at it.

Then he said, "So? Should I be scared?" He slowly walks towards Rupert as he speaks, "Should my legs be shivering just by the sound of your name? Should I be afraid of you just because you are a rich man's child?"

When their face is almost touching, he then said, "If so, you should be the one cowering in fear right at this moment. I'll just tell you my Family name, it's Zamora."

After uttering those words, he turned back and exited the store without looking back.

Fred look at that back, then to the stupid looking Rupert who is just standing there like his life just flown away.

After thinking about it, Fred decided just to leave as well. He headed to the cashier and paid for all the clothes that he took a liking to earlier.

After paying for it, they left the store as well, leaving that chaotic scene behind.

As they are wandering around the mall, Fred looks at Alyssa and asks, "Where should we go now?"

Alyssa, who seems to be a bit out of it seems surprised by the sudden question.

"Uh, ah? What? Ah, oh, well, you can choose where to go."

She said that with a smile on her lips, but her eyes looked to be thinking about something else.

"Are you tired?" Fred questioned,

Alyssa was silent for a bit before nodding her head.

Fred stared at her before saying, "Looks like you're tired, I should probably bring you home now." He asked gently

He took Alyssa's hand and led her out of the Mall.

They went to the park and rode in the car, and left the place.

The whole drive is just silent. No one initiates a conversation, both of them are in their own world thinking of some important things.

It did not take long for them to arrive outside of a huge mansion in the suburbs.

Just as she saw the house a distance away, Alyssa hurriedly told Fred ro stop, "Just stop the car here."

"It's still a distance away, I can drop you just outside the gate of your house."

"No, no, no, you don't have to do that, you can just drop me here. I'll just walk home from here."

Fred thought about it before deciding to just listen to her and slowed down the car to a stop.

Alyssa went out of the car, and Fred followed suit.

They looked at each other, before Fred said, "Thank you for today, going with me to the mall."

Alyssa shyly lowered her head, "You don't have to thank me, it should be the other way around. Once again, thank you for agreeing to my request."

She smiled at Fred as she said.

Then she suddenly tiptoed and pouted her lips. Then she pecked him on his cheeks.

After that she blushed then looked at his eyes before running away towards her large house.

As for Fred, he is there, just standing with a blank look in his eyes.

Surprised with the sudden development without any signs.

He touches his cheeks that can still feel the texture of those soft lips of Alyssa.

As he ask himself,

"What just happened?"
