Shall I compare nature's lasting Beauty

Shall I compare nature's Beauty falling

Shall I dine and feast while nature's duty

Shall I watch and cry while nature's calling

Shall I continue to watch nature's cry

Shall I stand and protect nature's lasting

Shall we the problem protect nature's sky

Will we keep acting, thrashing, and masking

I hear thunder booming across the pier

I see the storms rising and raging anger

I taste the seas salty and mournful tears

I see a person under nature's banner

I shall be a maker, taker, teacher

I shall make a greater, lasting nature.
