"The closest town is Apotoyuca, so I think we should check on them first." Evren said as he pointed to the map, "But there are only four significant towns north of us, while there's seven to the south of St. Gloria."

Evren smiled, "Plus I really like the name Apotoyuca. It just rolls off the tongue."

He looked at the others in the room. "What we really need is an ambassador with guards that can go around to all these towns and set them straight."

"Can't you do that Evren?" Ellis asked.

Evren sighed and said, "Yeah, but no. We've got to find a leader for all these towns, and a leader above them who can enforce the rules. It's too big for the amount of people we have and I'm wondering if it would be possible to split the country into smaller ones, and if there is anyone capable and uncorrupted that would be able to take a lot of this stuff off of my hands."
