21 Chapter 21: Watch the Firework Night Together!

Later on, Lilian had to go to the library to meet with Brent. At first, she didn't want to go but her heart insists to meet him. She walks through the secret way into the mini library as per him told before. She looking around first and quickly walk through the door.

When she was already reached inside the library, she looks around and tried to look for him. She actually feels a little dizzy at that time as she not feeling well. And suddenly, she sneezing out loud.

''Ahchoo! Ugh!''

''Hey!'' Brent suddenly appeared at her left side.

''Aahh! Brent! I mean...senior! You make me startled.''

''Did I? I did stand here a long time ago.''

''What?? Since when? Why did I didn't see you?''

''Since you arrived. But, you just walk straight and didn't even look at this left side.''

''Oh...I didn't realize it.'' She grinned.

Then, he slowly walks closer toward her, and Lilian feels nervous at that time and she slowly walks backward until she cannot move when she already reached the end way near the wall. Both of them were standing in between the bookshelf.

''Umm...Senior...what do you want from me?''

''Your body.''

''Huh?? What??!''

''I feel something strange in you...''

''What do you mean, Senior?''

''Are you...!''

''Senior! Don't...!'' She suddenly fainted and fell but Brent managed to grab her body and he holds her tightly. Then, he quickly lif her into his lap and carried her inside the small room there.

Literally, Brent already can feel that she was sick. He tried to ask her before but she already fainted. He can feel everything that happens to her body. For a moment, he feels a little confused. He feels surprised about that feeling because...she is a human and he is a monster.

After he laid her down on the sofa, he immediately makes a phone call to Stefan. He needs his help to check on her condition. He had to call him secretly because he doesn't want to bring her to go outside there. After all, only Stefan as a human knows what actually happened to her.

After a few minutes, Rianna and Stefan have arrived there. He just told them what he thought about her condition. He is not sure if she is sick or not. Then, Stefan softly touches Lilian's head and he feels that she is a little warmer.

''She got a fever,'' Stefan said.

''Do you mean she is sick right now?''

''Yeah. She needs to rest.''

''Okay. I let her rest here for a while. Thanks, bro.''

''You're welcome. But, after she awake later, please give this medicine to her. It will keep her feel better.''

''Okay. Sure.''

''What actually happened? Why she suddenly got sick? Did you doing anything to her??'' Rianna asks curiously.

''No. I'm not. I think maybe she was drenched in the rain this morning. Anyway, it's a long story.'' Brent replied.

''What? You didn't help her?''

''I was. But...!''

''I know. But, it was a little too late, right?'' Stefan replied and chuckles. Brent just gives a glare at him.

''Wait, how do you two can come together here? As I know, I just called Stefan to come.'' He looks at both of them with frowning.

Then, Rianna slowly grabs Stefan's hands and holds them tightly. Both of them grinning while looking at Brent and show their intimacy. Brent was a little surprised but he was not that too surprised because he knows that both of them still love each other.

''Is this the decision of you two? I mean...Stefan? Are you okay with that?''

''Yes. Indeed my own decision. I had thought about it many times. I dont know what will happen later...but, I will cherish the time I have now to be with her. Even though, I know...you all are not human. My feelings toward Rianna will eternally...even we will part away later.'' Stefan said while gazing at Rianna.

''But...we gonna gone after we complete this mission. Once we found the stone's gem, we have to go back. To our world...''

''Yeah, I know. I understand it. I really know about that. I already prepared myself for when that time will come. Right now, I just want us to stay like this until... the day all of you will go.'' Stefan said with her sad eyes.

''Don't worry, Bro. The day we meet and the day you tell me about everything, I know we will part later too. I just feel glad to have our friendship.'' Stefan added.

''Okay. I'm glad to hear that.'' Brent replied while looking at Lilian that lying beside there.

''You like Lilian, right?'' Rianna suddenly asks him.

''No.'' He startled.

Both Rianna and Stefan burst into laughter. They feel it was funny to look at his face when he quickly answers the question.

''Brent, don't forget that we still have those same feelings even we are monsters. We have that special thing before we come here. Remember that.'' Rianna said.

''No. I-I...I dont know how that feels. I'm...not sure about my feelings. I mean...I dont have that kind of feelings.''

''Oh, really? Why don't we tried it?''

''Try?? Try what??''

''Your feelings toward Lilian!''

''How do we want to do that?''

''Wow, you're really curious right?'' Rianna chuckles. Stefan just smiles beside her.

''Nope!''

''Oh, come on, Brent! Okay, we will test your feelings soon. Just wait.''

''What?? Rianna, please. I don't like anything like that.''

''Okay, deals! We gonna leave first. See you later. Bye!'' Rianna said and she quickly brings Stefan out from there as possible.

''Rianna...! Stefan...! Wait! I dont...!''

After a few hours, Lilian finally regains consciousness. She slowly wants to get up but she is surprised to see Brent asleep beside her. She smiling. She takes the chances at that time to gazes at his face for a while.

''Are you done?'' Suddenly Brent speaks.

''Err-uh...'' She was startled.

''Are you done gazing at my face?''

''No! I mean...I'm not gazing at you. I-I...I want to wake you up but...I scared that I might disturb you.''

''Are you feeling better now?''

''Uhm...yeah. What is the time now? Did I sleep too long?''

''The time is eight-thirty pm. You sleep around three hours, thirty minutes and ten seconds.''

''What?? It's already late! I have to go back now. My dad will be worried about me.'' She immediately gets up and hurriedly wants to go out.

''Lilian...''

''Senior, I have to go back now. My dad will think that I was hanging out and he might angry at me. Senior, can you send me back home? I think I have to ride with you tonight. Can you take me back?''

Brent walks closer to her and he gently touches her head. She was startled. She just stood there stiffly. ''I think, looking at your energy right now, I don't think you have a fever anymore. And your head does not feel warm too.''

''Senior, I-I...I feeling better. I'm okay.''

''Okay, that's good.'' He said then open the door and walk away. She just follows him from behind.

''Where we going, Senior? This is not the way we go out.''

''Do you think our campus is still open in the times like this?''

''Oh, you right. How did you know this secret way? Oh! You are senior here, of course, you know about it.'' She wondering. Brent just smirked when listening to her saying like that.

After a few minutes, we already arrived outside of the campus. At first, I didn't think that we will easily go out from our campus like this. More surprisingly is, there a secret way at the back of our campus.

After that, we going toward the car parking and we start our ride together. For a second, I was thinking that I was too casual when I'm near him. I was feeling too comfortable when he was next to me.

Along the way, I was busy talking with him and he just listening to me while focusing on his driving. For a moment, I forgot that I was sulking toward him before. I just excitedly to share stories with him.

All of sudden, when we walk through the bridge way, I just heard the sound of fireworks. I looked out from the window and I saw there were a few people were playing with the fireworks.

''Senior...can we stop the car for a while? I want to see the fireworks. It's really beautiful.''

Without any words, he stops his cars at the bridge side for a while. Then, she quickly went out and happily see the fireworks.

''Senior! Look at there. It's really beautiful.'' She said excitedly.

''Woah! It has many different colors.''

''Senior, look the color!''

Brent comes out from his car and watches it together with her. He knows that she will not stop calling for him until he comes out and watches it with her. At that night moment, both of them happily watch the fireworks on the bridge road.

At the same time, Brent was staring at her for a moment. He saw her happy to see the things like that, his heart feels a little joyful. His heart becomes calmer when he saw her cheerful like that.

Then, he suddenly remembered the question Rianna ask him earlier. He wondering too about his feelings. Did I really like her? Did the feeling just liking her or...? He thought.
