Qing Qing was too stunned to move. This shouldn't be possible. How did Yangmi know about Wallace Huo, a celebrity of the modern world? Did she transmigrate too? Is there such a coincidence in the world?

Yangmi waved her hands in front of Qing Qing. "Hello? I said, do you like Wallace Huo?"

In response, Qing Qing gave Yangmi a dumbfounded look, making Qing Qing appear naive and delicate.

"Qing Qing…?"

"I… I heard you the first time," Qing Qing responded. " You know who Wallace Huo is?"

"Of course, because like the rest of China, I'm in love with him. "

"Wait, are you…?"

Yangmi sighed, feeling a headache coming. Why is the female lead acting dumb all of a sudden? "Yes, just like you,I came from the modern world. I'm not the Yangmi that you know but am actually someone else." She decided to just drop the bomb right then and there. Like always, she hated beating around the bush.

If Qing Qing thinks she's crazy, then the joke's on her.

Qing Qing sigh, massaging her temple. Why did she feel disappointed that this wasn't the actual Yang Mi?. She was hoping to showcase her skills and avenge the original Qing Qing. Oh well, at least she had an ally. Well, it's too early to tell.

Qing Qing plopped down next to Yangmi, grabbed her hands and asked, "Did you watch his new movie? He looked so handsome! Ahhh I want to marry him so badly!" Her eyes shone and her lips stretched into a beautiful smile as if she's talking about the love of her life.

And just like that, the past grievances were all solved.

Yangmi felt her headache slowly becoming a migraine. Although her body was currently that of a seventeen year-old female, her mental age was actually forty-five. Though she didn't really watch tv or movies, she was familiar with Wallace Huo. She wasn't crazy about living, breathing men but more crazy about fictional men. Of course, her love for Tian Weilong has plummeted to the bottom of the list. In the novel, it was Tian Weilong's decree that killed the original Yang Mi. As long as she doesn't disrupt the love between Tian Weilong and Qing Qing and doesn't kill anyone, she's confident she'll keep her life.

Yangmi pretended to look sad. "I was actually about to watch the first episode but then all of a sudden, I'm here!" Honestly, she didn't even know that Wallace Huo had a new film.

"Oh my god, you have to watch it! His acting was so good and he portrayed the male lead perfectly! I don't want to spoil it to you but! blah blah blah blah blah." Yangmi only listen to the first few words before zoning out. Occasionally, she would nod her head and agree as if she was listening.

"Now let's talk about you," Qing Qing suddenly said. Those words jolted Yangmi from her daydreaming.

"I'm sorry, what?"

"I said that we should talk about you,"

Yangmi couldn't help but give a sigh of relief. She was actually ready to kill herself if this went on any longer. She felt that she gained a few gray hairs from all that talking. "What do you want to know?"

"Well let's start with the obvious question, who are you? I mean, what were you like before you came to this world?" Before Yangmi could open her mouth, Qing Qing spoke, "How about this, I'll go first and you can go after me." Yangmi waited a couple of seconds to make sure Qing Qing was finished speaking before nodding her head.

"I'm 22 years old and in my second year in college. I have the cutest German Shepherd named Tofu. I'm an open feminist and I'm majoring in Criminal Justice. I want to be some type of Detective. I can find out about anything and everything in China. That is, if I'm paid well enough," Qing Qing proudly boasted. "All I remembered was falling asleep listening to Wallace Huo's voice before I came here." She furrowed her eyebrows before breaking into a smile. "What about you?"

A thousand words came to Yangmi's mind. Should she lie or tell the truth? If she say that they're in a book and that she happens to know everything about this book, wouldn't Qing Qing think she has munchausen syndrome? Yang Mi needs Qing Qing to be her ally and seeing how the circumstances they're in is already crazy, it's best not to creep Qing Qing out.

"I'm a marketing agent at a travel agency which I worked for right after graduating college. I don't have any parents or siblings and I live alone. I once had a pet goldfish but he died." Yangmi looked up at Qing Qing and dramatically paused before saying, "His cause of death is unknown. Anyways, I was about to watch the new Wallace Huo movie but here I am!" Yangmi shrugged her shoulders in a laid back manner as if it was a common thing to go back in time.

Qing Qing blinked her eyes, her mouth slightly frowning as if she was unsatisfied. "Is that it?"

"Uh… go Wallace Huo!" Yangmi added with forced a smile.

"I see…" Qing Qing nod. She furrowed her eyebrows before asking, "How did you know I was from the modern world?"

Damn it, I'm going to be discovered!

Yangmi quickly thought of an excuse. "To be honest, I thought we were filming a movie. I got too excited with the thought that Wallace Huo might be one of the actors here so I just asked about him. But I guess this isn't a movie." Yang Mi awkwardly forced out a laugh.

"You thought we were filming a movie? " Qing Qing asked skeptically, tilting her head to the side.

"You see, I was at the infamous yearly Gugong ball held at the Forbidden City to promote my travel agency. The theme this year was ancient Chinese costumes. The new movie Wallace Huo will appear in got permission from officials to film a part of their movie at the ball. While looking for a bathroom, I unfortunately got lost. The next thing you know, I'm here. Which is why it led me to the conclusion that I was in a movie," Yangmi responded to Qing Qing's scrutinization with an extemporaneous speech.

Qing Qing nodded her head. "I understand now." Her lips slightly curled up, indicating her sardonic amusement. "Well, I'll leave you to rest for awhile. I wouldn't want you to get any sicker than you're already are."

Yangmi was glad that Qing Qing offered to leave her. Today has been a pretty eventful and stressful day and both her body and mind needs some 'me time' right now. "Okay, thank you."

Qing Qing lightly got up and slowly walked to the door. As she was almost to the entrance, she turned around and softly said, "Feel better okay?"

"I will," Yangmi quietly replied from her bed.

As Qing Qing opened the door and walked out, she immediately dropped her smile and replaced it with a deadpan demeanor.

Qing Qing's conscientiousness didn't escape Yangmi's eyes. "She wouldn't be the female lead if she was so easily fooled by my words," Yangmi thought to herself as she slowly closed her eyelids and fell into dreamland.
