Bound to work

ANARIE:

I quite nervous to meet my roommate, for one I've never had a roommate and I don't know her and the hand mark on my neck is poorly covered because people keep staring at me weirdly, which makes me 100% positive Its showing.

Knocking, the door opened 2 minutes later.

"um, hi I'm Anarie"

"oh my new roommate, I'm Elizabeth but call me livvy come in"

Picking up my bags, stepping inside it's quite a nice place the apartment is roomy so I don't have to worry about having a little bit of space. I place my bags in a corner and turn back to her.

"You can call me Narie  for short too" a small smile crept up on my face

"you adorable....but I think I'll call you narwal like the wale" she smiled at me, trying to hold back my laughter I nodded and replied with my own smile.

"HEY, what happened to your neck"

"my brother wasn't happy that I was leaving home..... Where's my room"

She stared  at me for a minute before pointing at the room farthest from the living room.

I nodded grabbing my stuff and went to my room. Sighing I flopped onto the bed which I sent here a few days ago, eventually I doze off.

'who is banging on the door at this time'    i get up and open the door "livvy do you know what time it is?"

"Yes I do! Your alarm has been going off for the past 10 minute" she walked away 'my alarm..... Oh shit my alarm'

I ran into the bathroom, taking a quick shower and doing my business ' I'm going to be so late'

Rushing out I get dressed and I don't have time to stop for breakfast and livvy watches me like I'm crazy, but I just can't find my car keys.

"What?" 'The look her face was annoying me, I knew I should've came a day early but Jason wouldn't let me' huffing I pull my car keys from my suit case and rush out.

Saying bye to livvy I rushed to work. God I was 15 minutes late and they're gonna fire my ass in the first day.

"Hi, I'm anarie I'm here for the secretary position" they girl at the front desk actually smiled at me while the others gave me dirty looks, ignoring them I got my key cards and rushed to the elevator.

Getting to the top floor I use the black key card to open the door of the elevator and the gold one for the door in the offices.

"Hi, you must be anarie I'm autumn, I think it says here you just wanted to me an assistant but the boss said he wanted you as a PA."

' a PA why would he want me as a personal assistant'

"I- I um don't know if that's a good idea whose are boss?" She looked almost shocked at my response bowing she turned and left and I stood there confused.

"Im the boss"
