Why won't we sing together?

In a corner of a white room, there was a girl wearing a white dress hugging her knees and singing. Her voice was quivering and her eyes were wet. She seems to be crying. That place was her nightmare. All the adults in that place didn't talk to her and all the children acted strange. She didn't even know why she was there. Was she sick? No. One day she just was asked to go there. No one came to help here. No one got her away from there. Whenever she asked for help, she would get in trouble. And so all she could do was sing alone in a corner.

As she sang a boy wearing a white shirt and white shorts came to her.

"You sing really beautiful." He said. "Could you sing for me?" The girl looked up at him. He only looked to be about a year or two older than her. He was the first person to coma and talk to her. Still she stayed quiet and so the boy sat next to her and said:

"Then why won't we sing together?"

Feng Mian opened her eyes. What a nostalgic dream. The image of that small and innocent boy still gave her shivers.

As she sat up she looked around her surroundings. There she saw the timid girl sitting while texting someone.

"Excuse me?" Mian asked quietly. The girl looked up and started smiling brightly.

"Thank goodness you're ok!" She said and stood up to walk closer to Mian. "You fainted turning the performance. This room was arranged for you to rest in, so please take it easy now."

"How long ago did I faint?" Mian asked.

"It has only been halv a hour." The girl answered. "We contacted your manager, but he didn't seem to care and just told us that you were on your own."

"Oh… I'm really sorry for all the trouble! If you don't mind, I will take my leave now." Mian said as she stood up.

"Are you sure? You just woke up and I think it would be better if you took it easy for a while." The girl said worriedly.

"No. I'll leave. I think I can rest better at home." Mian answered.

"Then I shall call a taxi for you! I'll take you to wait for it in the lobby." The girl said.

In the lobby the girl said her goodbyes to Mian and left to tend to her duties. Feng Mian stood there waiting for her taxi as a fat man suddenly came up to her. She could smell a strong alcohol stench on him and so she tried to avoid him.

"Hey you. Would you like to have some fun?" The man asked.

"Sorry, no. I am leaving." She said. No matter what this man said it was best to try and stay polite. She could see from his clothes that he was no simple man.

"Aren't you that pianist girl? Because of you I almost lost an important deal you B*ch!" The man suddenly yelled. Feng Mian was startled and so she took a few steps backwards. "But that man… Seems so interested so I thought that I could…" He slurred.  Seng mian could now feel that something was wrong. As she tried to walk away from the man she suddenly felt a wet cloth in front of her mouth. She tried to struggle, but slowly she started losing her balance.
