5 Sand Ball Fight

As a kid, I was not able to go swimming much. I mostly went to the swimming pool and only went to the beach once when I was around 3 years old. Then I saw movies where the characters there went to the beach and also saw posts on social media of people jumping and smiling while at the beach. I started seeing more and more of them until I started wondering if it is really all that fun.

Angewoman and Rosie, whatever their name is, are in the water seeing who can hold their breath in the water the longest. I should try to avoid hanging out around them in the water as much as I can.

Zachary started surfing the waves. I see him fall off his surfboard and pop his head out of the water in the distance.

The first thing I wanted to do was try building a sand castle. In this video game called Limecraft you could build anything you want to your imaginations content. My architectural skills in that game is remarkable and I believe that I could make an amazing castle out of sand.

All right! Sand bucket! GO! Mix with the water! Sand shovel!

I was in my own little world once I had a bucket in my hand. I run back and forth from the ocean water to my area for my empire.

"What are you doing?" Zofia asked while I was patting down the sand with my shovel bluntly.

"Is it not obvious what I'm doing? I'm building a sand castle." I picked up my bucket and started shoveling sand and walk towards the water; Zofia followed behind.

"You're not going to go in the water?"

"No, not yet. I need to finish my sand castle first." I said straightforwardly. No hesitation or thinking required when I spoke. The words came out as if I knew what I needed to say.

"Ok, I'll go in first then." She ran ahead of me and got in the water with Angelica and Rosalie.

It has been around 10 minutes and my sand castle is almost done. I need to finish up the entrance just a little bit more and curve the cones of the tower. As I pat the bottom of the castle down, it was attacked from my right. I look at my castle first, the damage looked like it was by a wet sand ball. I then look to my right. My eyes turned into a tiger and I slowly stood up. I walked towards Rosalie and Angelica who had a newly formed sand ball in their hands.

"Were you the one who threw that?" My face screamed murder.

"Mmm, perhaps. Come one Lanathy, get in the water instead of wasting your time on the beach alone." Angelica starts to get on my nerve. Both of them are smiling.

"That time that I wasted was my first experience and idea of being on the beach for the first time! You aren't getting away with your life intact."

A gulp comes from Rosalie and then they both run towards the ocean. I wasn't going to let them get off that easily. I squatted down to the wet sand and formed a ball in my hands; I threw it towards them but they had a boogie board as a shield when I threw the ball.

They then started counter attacking by sticking the board into the ground as a cover and throwing wet sand balls at me. But, I came prepared. As I dodged the balls while running, I picked up my sand bucket and caught their bullets in the bucket. I shoveled the sand and started flinging them back towards them.

The two of them dispersed and split from their hut. They ran in opposite directions. Shoot, they're going to start attacking me from two sides. Rosalie had the boogie board shield so I focused on attacking Angelina. She is a fast runner. I couldn't even land a single hit when aiming and trying to shoot her. It was as if she was in the matrix, my sand balls looked as if they grazed her body.

THUD. A direct hit from my back. I look behind me and see Rosalie start taunting with hand gestures and stupid looking faces.

If I can at least get a headshot on the two of them, that that would be a win in my book. No one is allowed to mess with me and get away with it.

I sprint towards Rosalie with a wet sand ball in my hand. She starts running away but I run faster. I slowly catch up to her and let her have a taste of sand on the cheek of her face. SLAP. Not only did she feel the force of the sand and the rough edges of the tiny rocks in them but also from my hand slapping her across the face. Rosalie fell and I set my target to Angelina.

I filled my bucket with wet sand so I'd have ammo when throwing. She was fast but predictable. If I can throw the sand ball to where she will run towards then it will be my victory. I throw some test shots towards Angelina to see how far she is from me, when the ball will reach the ground, and the travel time in the air. Angelina doesn't stop running while I'm refilling my ammo though, she continuously circles around my while occasionally bending over to throw balls.

This is it, I know where you're going to be! I use a pitchers throw and hit the left side of her head. I read her like a book. She slows down and touches her face with her left hand.

"Jeez, you don't hold back against girls do you Lanathy." Rosalie said while walking up towards me.

"I told you, you will pay for breaking my sand castle."

"You didn't say that though. You said you won't let us get away."

"Same difference. Now you know not to mess with me."

"Uh, I was the one that hit you first remember?" I recall the time when they both split in different directions and Rosalie got me from my back.

"That's because it was two on one you dingus!" I retalliate.

"All right all right, you win Lanathy. But that was pretty harsh, the way you threw the ball was pretty forceful, haha." Angelica popped in from the right.

After enforcing my victory, we all started hanging out in the ocean. Zofia and Zachary were quite surprised to see me in the water as well after not being in it for minutes during my time building my sand castle which is now ruined.
