19 Apologize

After a while, they reached the company. They went to their respective cabins. The remaining day, both were busy with their work. Even though he was busy with his work, he noticed that she focused on her work. She used to enter his cabin when she needed to give black coffee or she had doubts about work.

" Is she a workaholic? Is she acting?" He doubted. 

Just then, he noticed through the glass door that one of the models came to meet him. She wore a strapless short revealing frock that was up to above her thighs. He was eagerly waiting for her to enter. Just then he observed his new secretary, Ava stopped her. She was inquiring about the purpose of the visit to her as it was one of her duties.

" How dare you to stop me? Do you know who am I? " she yelled at Ava.

" Madam, I am doing my job. I can't allow anyone to meet Mr Richards without the prior appointment " she explained politely. She got angry when Ava stopped her to meet Cameron.

Instantly she made a call to Cameron and said, " Darling, your secretary is not allowing me to enter your cabin"

" I am coming...wait...." Cameron ended the call.

" Look...Miss...I am doing my duty..." Ava said in a high voice.

The model got angrier. She was upset that Ava stopped her to meet Cameron without an appointment. She raised the hand in the air to slap just then he came out of his cabin and held her wrist to stop her.

" Nancy dear, calm down. She is new to working as my secretary. She doesn't know how desperate you are to meet me. Let's go inside. I know how to cool you…" he said, pulling her closer to him.  His hands were around her waist.

" Ask your secretary to apologize to me, " the model demanded Cameron.

" Miss. Miller, say sorry to her and end this issue here itself," Cameron ordered.

Ava's self-respect was hurt. She knew that she didn't make a mistake as she was doing her work perfectly. She glared at Cameron and replied, " When I didn't make any mistake then I never apologize to anyone " 

Cameron was startled to hear her reply as no one said no to him. He fisted his palms.

" She is so arrogant. Just threw out of this job " the model advised.

" He can't throw me out of the company or suspend me from my job without proper reason. Because I already signed my contract with this company. Till three months I cannot quit the job on my own or they could suspend me from this job without any proper reasons " Ava made the model shut her mouth.

Cameron was amazed at her attitude and looked at her without blinking his eyes. Just then, they heard an alarm ringtone. Ava quickly took her mobile out of her pocket and turned it off.

" Mr. Richards, my working time is finished. If there is no other work for me, shall I take leave from you! "  Ava said in a professional tone.

 " I know how to deal with you. ..Miss. Attitude..." he thought.

" You can leave…" he replied. She nodded and gathered all the belongings from her work desk. Before leaving, Ava looked at Nancy with disgust.

" Cam...How could you allow her to leave this place without punishing her! " the model whined clinging to him.

" Nancy...Let her leave as it is her first mistake. I know how to deal with her..." he smirked, looking at her. She heard their conversation while coming out of her cubicle. She smirked at him and walked away with the clicking sound of her heels.

He looked at her leaving figure. He noticed how sexy she was while walking swaying her hips. Her figure was so perfect to his eyes. He felt as if some sculpted her body with sexy curves.

" Fuck...this woman is testing my sanity..." he thought staring until she reached the elevator. Once she pressed the button of the elevator. She turned her head and looked at Cameron and Nancy with angry looks.

" How could he be a CEO! He must be a Casanova," she thought in her mind. Then she rolled her eyes away from them and entered inside the elevator.
