Su-kyoung is lying on an operating table ready to undergo plastic surgery. She is extremely nervous and is being comforted by her friend Hyeon-su, whose parents are divorced. Hyeon-su leaves and talks to her mother Yoon-hee, a successful and talented plastic surgeon. The two have a good mother-daughter relationship.
