6 First date/First Fight Part 1

It is around 4:20 pm Hermes was late to meet Ashely. When he's about to park his car he passes by the destroyed building where his job used to be...

Hermes pulls over and gets out of the car. He took a look at Ashley and it felt as if time had stopped. He was speechless... all he could do was lick and bite his lips.

"You're late" she says as she turns and starts walking towards him.

He just keeps staring at her and says, "You showered today I see"

"I always shower stupid," she responds as she smacks his shoulder.

"Hehe. You look nice." he says as he stares deep into her eyes. Ashley stares back. "and sorry i took long I was getting ready for you hehehe." Hermes said as a apology attempt.

" I can tell, you actually smell really good. However, that doesn't change the fact that you were late.. anyways, Where are we going?" Ashley says.

"Oh thank you, and that's a surprise! Get in." Hermes responds and then they get in the car and he plays -The Suns Tirade- (Song)

People are eating and laughing…

It's an amusement park!! There were roller coasters, spinning games, shooting games and much more. Hermes and Ashley go around on the rides and played a few of the games, they had lots of fun. Hermes even got Ashley a stuffed animal lion by competing with someone else for the price on the shooting hoops game. He had a perfect score.

About 2 hours into their date they got ice cream and sat down at a low crowded area on the top of a hill where you can almost see the entire amusement park.

"Hahaha, i can't with you" Ashley says as they both laugh.

She had this really big smile on her face and after a while of thinking she said "umm, Hermes."

"Yea?" He responded.

"Thank you." she said.

"Huh? What are you saying?" He asked

"Thank you for all of this, I had an great time. Is always nice to have a break and I very much needed one. However, soon it's back to reality" she continued.

"Haha you don't have to thank me, it's my pleasure and by the way reality is such a broad word" ~Hermes

"Why do you say that?"~Ashley

"Well, what reality means to you could be different from what reality means to me but then again, that's the case with most words or ideas I guess. That's why I believe an absolute truth exists so that people at least have a guide for which path to follow in life." ~Hermes

"....." she just stares at him.

"that was random haha, are you really 19." Ashley continued. "but I just go with the flow like everyone else I guess."

"Hehehe do what you gotta do" Hermes said, then paused and got serious. "So, let's get to the topic at hand. I want you to fill me in with what's going on on your planet and explain how ki works. I also got more interested in Europa because there was no trace of it on the internet, there's a few people on blogs that claim they know something about it and connected the incident from my job and the big hole with aliens but you know, regular conspiracy theorists. However, before any of that, you gotta explain how you ended up in that fire"

"Well, I'll start from the beginning so just listen. About 150 years ago a certain astronomer made a discovery that changed lives for humans. However, this was kept hidden from the general public. A new habitable planet was found. Together with their fellow astronomers they designed and built a spaceship. After a couple of years of testing and researching, groups of different types of qualified people were formed and were sent to this new planet which was later named planet Europa. 5 years later another group of people were selected and sent to the new planet with different types of supplies. It eventually became a tradition that every 2 years more people would go to the new planet. So, throughout the years people kept reproducing and expanding the population. However, the air and environment of the new planet unlocked something inside people that later became known as ki, same as the one that martial arts masters have been studying and implying for many years. As a result more studies were made on ki."

"..." ~ Hermes listened

"We're going to explain the entire ki system to you during the 4 weeks of training, but i'll briefly explain the basic ones that anyone can use no matter what type of ki they have. Intimidation ki, the one you already have experience with. Fade ki, which completely vanishes your presence, however even though anyone can possibly learn it, it is quite difficult to learn so only experienced people master it. Target ki, which locates every living thing within a certain diameter, your body being in the center. The diameter gets bigger the more you train, this is another really hard one to master. But I guess they all are."

"Really? how big is your diameter. " ~ Hermes

"Umm, that's not my best area but its about 1/3rd of this amusement park." ~ Ashley

"What! That's cool as hell" ~ Hermes

"Hehehe, it's not that special but thanks. Umm Where was I.. Oh yeah and another one and definitely the most important is ki coating, like the name implies you can coat your body with ki to make your body resist more, some people can even go as far as ki coating their weapons."

"interesting..." ~ Hermes

"Yea, you'll learn everything with time… and ummm, oh about how we met." ~Ashley

"Oh yea, what happened there? I've been giving it thought ever since and the only logical explanation is that since something hit your ship and it got wrecked, you guys had to have been fighting something and i guess you got knocked back and landed there?." ~ Hermes

"Well, you're right and wrong" Ashley responded. "first ill tell you a little bit about Planet Europa. There are 5 big nations that are somewhat equal in power and to prevent any of them to take over the other, a government nation rose. In addition to those, there are 2 little nations and that's without counting the unknown lands and 'government free' areas. In total there are 8 nations as a whole that take up the planet. We are part of one of the five big nations...

In recent years there have been problems with some of the nations about bringing more people from Earth to Europa, that's why we were delayed a year to come here. There has been a decrease in the usual number of people that go to Europa. There's a certain nation that is really against it, enough that they attacked us on our way here. That's why there are two big named commanders here. Our ship got attacked and just like you said I was having an intense battle with one of the officials of the other nation and I got careless because I worried about crossing pedestrians and got hit with a fire attack while trying to protect them and ended up crashing your workplace… and now i'm here, that pretty much sums it." ~ Ashley

"A fire attack? he threw a fire attack ? like in anime?"~ Hermes ask and Ashley responded, "hehehe, yeah but dont worry you'll learn plenty about that."

"oh well and also lets thank that officer together next time." Hermes says as Ashley looks at him confused. "Cuz thanks to him we're here right now" Hermes continues as he looks deep into her eyes and her lips.

Ashley blushes as she stares at him and Hermes puts his hands on her face and gently swipes her hair behind her ear as he gets closer to her, so naturally, she closes her eyes and...

*BOOMM*

"Huhh?" Ashley reacts and pulls back, she looks worried.

Hermes said, "What happened ? Does my breath smell or something?"

"I don't know how i didnt notice earlier. That's weird I guess we missed a few." Ashley said while surprised.

"What? what happened?" Hermes asked.

"I sense a couple of people within my dimeter, Its the same people that attacked our ship, they sure don't give up." Ashley responded and Hermes just looked around while scratching his cheek and thought *dammn that timing couldn't have been more perfect*

"Hermes come." She says as she gets up. "This will be your first lesson."

Hermes smirked and they both got up and made their way to an isolated area and later 4 people followed.

Ashley told Hermes to just sit back but he refused to let her fight by herself and said "you take the two on the left I'll take the two on the right." and she responded "be careful, they're not like anyone you've fought before."

Hermes can definitely tell.

"Hahaha you're brave to step out by yourself cutie" ~villain 1

"Hehe, it's unfortunate we got to get rid of such a dime" ~villain 3

"I didn't see that guy before, he looks weak.. you two take care of him we got the girl" ~villain 4

"Roger that humm" ~villain 2

"Here we come haha" they say as they rush at Hermes and Ashley..
