1 Arvin and Liana

I sat in the huge garden with. In my arms a beautiful girl with red hair and blue eyes leaned her head on my chest. She was the kingdom's princess, Liana Everlance. My fiancé.

"Arvin we should go sightseeing. Their should be plenty of sights that didn't exist on Earth."

We were both reincarnators who had been reborn into the roles of the Everlance Kingdom's princess and the son of the Raion family, Arvin Raion. This world we had come to was new to both of us. It had magic, magical creatures and races that were depicted in fantasy back on Earth. When we realized both of us were from Earth during a gathering celebrating the Liana's birthday we became friends. Seeing both of us were growing closer as time went on, our father's engaged us. Though the decision was also affected by the fact that the two are close friends.

"Yeah we should. Only problem is we both have to rely on others to protect us." This was dangerous because if we were betrayed, or those protecting us died or were greatly injured we would be in trouble.

"Yes," she sighed, "if only we had received a cheat like in those stories you talked about."

"That would have been great." If one of us had a cheat it would be great but if both of us had a cheat it would be even better. Well one of us might be discovered to have high mana affinity when they do the tests before entering the magic academy.

"Hopefully one of us has a high magic talent." I told her.

She nodded and spoke, "Yes and even if our talent isn't amazing let's both try our hardest."

Liana was a hard worker and had been spending a lot of time studying the books in the royal library. I couldn't say I was as hardworking as I spent the majority of my time lazing about reading fictional stories and legends rather than studying information about this world, but I would say that I still learned something even if not as useful as what Liana learned. Still when we enter the magic academy I'll do my best to learn magic to the best of my abilities.

Looking up at the sky I see that sunset is approaching. Kissing Liana on the forehead I said, "We should get going. It's getting late."

When she heard me she looked at the sunset and turned back to me. "A bit more time." I nodded agreeing to her request.

We stayed there in the royal gardens for a while longer. Eventually Liana got up from in front of me and I also got up. She looked beautiful with her long hair blowing from the light breeze. Her dress wasn't showy or anything, but it made her look beautiful. Adding on her curvy figure if I wasn't so used to her I might have become aroused or put in a trance.

I smiled at her and went up to her. I hugged and gave her a peck on the lips. "Your beautiful." I whispered into her ear.

Smiling as well she said, "I know. Once we're married I'll give you my everything."

I ruffled her hair. "I look forward to that. Still, once you give me everything I don't plan on letting go."

Her smile became wider. Grabbing my hand she motioned for us to go. We walked through the gardens till we reached where my carriage waited. I kissed Liana again to say goodbye and waved as I got in my carriage. She waved back until we couldn't see each other anymore.

"You two youngins remind me of me and my wife." The aged voice of the carriage driver, Sam, spoke. He was an aged man who had been working in my family when my father had been in his teens. I liked Sam, he reminded me of my neighbor back on Earth who would invite me to celebrate Christmas with his family. A really nice guy.

"Really?" I had a light smile.

"Yes young master. When I was younger me and my wife would always visit each other. Her father would always say that we were so close we were already like a married couple." Sam laughed and reminisced about the past.

"I see." I nodded at Sam. If only the people I knew on Earth were as nice as him.

Me and Sam continued our lighthearted chat on the way to the Raion estate. When we reached the estate Sam dropped me off in front of the entrance to the manor and continued on.

I walked forward as a servant opened the doors for me. As I walked down the halls the servants I passed by would bow and then return to what they were doing.

When I reached my bedroom a man stood outside wearing the clothes of a butler. He bowed and raised his head.

"Young Master your father has gone out on a trip to Galeville and won't be returning for some time."

"I see," I nodded, "well, Gavin I'll be having dinner in my room."

"Yes Young Master." Gavin walked past me and headed to the kitchen. I walked into my room and went over to the bed and sat down. I was going to wait for my dinner to come.
