34 Enclosing Danger.

Sengoku was having a bad day not that it wasn't one yesterday or the day before that, from the countless pirates sailing the seas terrorizing the world to the World Nobles breathing down on his head from their thrones in Mary Geoise. Being the Fleet Admiral isn't easy with the current era being a Pandora's Box after the death of that damn Roger.

He was currently at his office as he went through all the paperwork that came with this job while cursing Roger, his doors where slammed open as a marine officer barged into his office.

"Sir, there is some troublesome reports from NorthBlue that might require your attention." reported the officer.

NorthBlue one of the four Blues, normally the Marines did not spend much resource and attention on the four Blues and focused mainly on the GrandLine. Most of the elites of the Marines where all stationed at the myriad of bases scattered across both the Paradise and New World of the GrandLine in order to act against the rising rate of pirate activity.

"NorthBlue?...Did they finally managed get a lead?" asked Sengoku as he remembered the nightmare from few years ago.

Recently for a period of time NorthBlue was under the scrutiny due to an incident that happened few years ago. The Marines were still paying the price for the cold blooded murder of the Celestial Dragon as they have yet to apprehend the culprit. Even though they managed to keep the information contained and stopped its spread, the Marines haven't stopped searching for the killer under the insistence of the World Government but with lack of proper description and identity it is like searching for a needle in a hay stack.

"Ah.. No Sir, It's not regarding that incident." reported the officer awkwardly.

"Oh.. Then what is it?! I am busy here." asked Sengoku while his mood dropped.

"Sir, the World Government allied Royal family of NorthStar kingdom was attacked by pirates."

"Dammit! And the pirates aren't apprehended yet?! It's already unbearable as it is with the World Nobles breathing down on our necks!! Shouldn't there be some newly appointed marines out there in the NorthBlue?!"

"S..sir that's the problem. One of the branch Captains transferred by the World Government a former CP9 agent was killed while the other Captain who was previously a recruit from here was taken down by the same group of pirates that attacked the Royal family."

"What?! How is that possible? Did some pirates from the GrandLine enter the NorthBlue to cause all this trouble? Who are these guys?" questioned Sengoku, although it's not rare to see pirates terrorizing and attacking civilians and sometimes even rulers of different island nations. The Marines have been able handle these trouble easily for many years now.

"It's a newly formed crew led by someone name Walker D. Nate." said the officer as he passed on the file that was with him to the Fleet Admiral, who started to go through the different reports it contained.

The reports included the physical descriptions and characteristics of all four members of the crew with some details on the abilities displayed so far, followed by the issued bounty posters that was waiting to be released into the circulation.

As Sengoku went through the report and posters, he felt uneasiness spreading through his heart. When he saw the poster of Nate he was reminded of something grave, he turned towards the officer and instructed sharply.

"Go get me the reports on the culprit behind 'that' incident. NOW!!"

The officer ran out as soon as he received the order while Sengoku started pacing back and forth with in his office.

'If this is indeed him, then we will need to act fast discreetly but who should I sent?! It needs to be someone above Rear Admiral class based on the previous incident. Damn it.. Garp is on his vaction and isn't here while Aokiji is in New World.

As he was pondering the officer returned with the report that was he hurriedly snatched up and started to go through it. A short while later Sengoku lifted his face from the report with a smile on his face.

'We got him!! Finally we got him!!'

"What is the current location of this crew of pirates?" asked Sengoku

"They have most likely entered the GrandLine as they were last spotted leaving Skull Island towards the Reverse Mountain."

"Where are Kizaru and Akainu at?" the Fleet Admiral asked to the officer

"Sir, Admiral Kizaru is here at the Headquarters and Admiral Akainu is at Mary Geoise."

"Hmm.. Bring Kizaru to me quickly." ordered Sengoku.

"Yes Sir!!" saluted the officer as he hurriedly left the office.

A threat unlike anything Nate has ever faced approaches…

The trip over the RedLine was exciting but uneventfully and thankfully Nate and the rest made it in one piece to the bottom. The ship slowly settled down as the sea currents became less turbulent and they anchored it near to a lighthouse on one of the shores.

When Nate expanded out his Observation Haki he noticed lack of presence on both the lighthouse and the waters nearby, he guessed Crocus must be within Laboon treating it as shown in the original while the whale must be some place deep since he couldn't sense it with his Haki.

Now they just need to wait till the Log Pose sets itself…
