Many minutes later since they were moving at great speeds, they finally reached a cave where they found the item which was in the shape of a pill.

Then with feelings of happiness and excitement bubbling endlessly in their hearts, they quickly dashed away with Max out of the cave that they were in to leave the mountain.

As soon as they came out through the entrance of the cave and into the valley that the mountain which the cave was in bordered on, they came across the group that Xiao Bilan was in.

"Elder sister Bilan. You are here too?" Shang Fei asked with shock when he saw Xiao Bilan.

"What? Do you think only you guys can kill beasts and take that pill-shaped object to the sect to be rewarded with herbs, medicinal pills and other cultivation resources? Eh?" Xiao Bilan asked with a broad smile surfacing on her lips while Shang Fei only shook his head with a smile appearing in his face.

Xiao Bilan then looked at Max who stood by Shang Fei's side with surprise in her eyes.

"Who is he?" She directly asked with an arched brow.

"He is someone that we now individually owe a favor for helping us out in the cave." Shang Fei replied.

"He helped you guys in the cave of beasts? How can a mortal help you cultivators? Or I am saying something wrong, because I can't sense any Qi from him." Xiao Bilan said with bewilderment in her tone as she looked at Max who looked back at her with a smile in his face.

"Well, he is not really a mortal. He is a super mortal. That was what he told us that he is" Shang Fei replied.

"Super mortal? You mean like a superhuman?" Xiao Bilan asked with puzzlement in her tone.

"Something like that, elder sister Xiao" Shang Fei answered.

Xiao Bilan who still focused on Max that looked strangely dressed to her, asked with brows tightly knitted "Who are you and where are you from? Are you some agent sent from some sect to come mingle with the junior disciples of my sect and learn our tyrannical Rainsword Art?"

Max grinned.

"Why would I want to stylishly learn your sect's Rainsword Art when I can just beat the hell out of these guys and force them to hand over their own scroll or book copies of the Sword Art of your Rainsword sect, Eh?" Max asked back.

"You will beat up the juniors of my sect and force them to hand over their own scroll copies? Really?"

"When did a mortal develop such insane boldness and fearlessness in front of cultivators of the Sword?" Xiao Bilan asked with a towering flame of curiosity in the boundless abyss within her eyes.

"Well, like he said, I am not a mortal. I am a super mortal. Haha!" Max said and grinned.

"And how can you be a super mortal when you don't cultivate Qi? It's only through that you could really become superhuman. Perhaps you studied some perverse Concealment Art to hide your cultivation base" Xiao Bilan said with a deep pondering expression in her eyes.

"Concealment Art? Cultivation base? Those are damned terms that I really need to understand. Haha!" Max answered and then chortled, not giving a reply to Xiao Bilan's question.

Xiao Bilan looked at Max with slight annoyance in her eyes. Then she wanted to make a move at him to hit him since he was roguish before her who was a cultivator of the Sword.

But before she could do so, Shang Fei suddenly said out loud "No elder sister Bilan, please don't do anything to him."

"He is now our friend since he greatly helped us in a cave where we came across a large cultivation beast. He came to our aid when we really needed help."

"Also, you can be hurt because he's really powerful. Like really powerful. He is strong to the point that he might match Senior Huo Chen in strength and speed"

He then said further "I don't know if you heard this powerful explosion that occurred many moments ago. He was the one responsible for that. He wields a strange and fearsome weapon that isn't indigenous to our world"

Xiao Bilan and the rest of the people in her group became astonished by what Shang Fei said. That he could possibly match senior Huo Chen in strength and speed and was the one responsible for the frightening explosion that took place many moments ago by using a powerful weapon that they won't be able to recognize since it was something definitely not from their world.

Xiao Bilan then looked at Max and asked with a strongly curious expression in her face "Are you truly a super mortal from some other place in our universe? Or you are just some powerful cultivation expert practicing Youth Retainment Art and stumbled on some fearsome weapons that were oddly crafted?"

"It's just that I still find it very hard to believe that a non-cultivator will possess superhuman abilities like those of actual cultivators"

She unexpectedly inhaled deeply after saying that.

Then when she exhaled, her brows furrowed as she asked herself within in the next moment 'But why am I asking that? Is it really possible for a mortal to be super-strong and powerful without cultivation of Qi? He must definitely be a cultivator who is lying about his cultivator status.'

'His eye color, skin color, hair length and color is different from that of the males in this world.'

'So, can I really say that he's a cultivator, or that he's a super mortal from some other unknown region in our truly vast cultivation universe?'

She then became heavily puzzled when she couldn't get an answer to the questions that she asked herself inwardly.

Well, same with the people in the group that she was in. They where also thinking about some things about Max which caused them to be fully perplexed.

Max who heard the question that she asked him said with a smile "Well, I am not someone from your primitive world. So I definitely can't follow the whatever laws or principles of your world that only a mortal can grow to become powerful when he or she cultivates Qi"

Xiao Bilan heard what Max said and fury sparked in her heart.

"How dare you call my world primitive?" Xiao Bilan asked with anger blazing in her eyes.

"Well, because I don't see rocket-propelled pods, flying cars, jet bikes, shuttlemobiles and so on hovering about in the sky. Also, I can't see reinforced rubber, kevlar or composite alloy suit on you guys" Max listed with a smile in his face .

Xiao Bilan who had a furious expression in her face became confused by all the things that Max mentioned.

"And you have those... from where you came from?" She asked.

"Yea. We do. And many more. I just can't list everything for ya" Max replied with a smile.

"Hmm. Okay." Xiao Bilan said with a slight nod of her head.

However, the puzzlement in her face upon the things that Max mentioned didn't clear away from her face.

She then said to the members of her sect in her group and in Shang Fei's group "Let's leave. We are returning to our sect"

"Elder Sister Bilan, can he come with us?" Shang Fei suddenly asked.

Xiao Bilan turned her head to look at Max again and then began to surprisingly scan him with her eyes from his face down to his feet and from his feet back to his face.

Then she said indifferently a moment later "Well, he seems less dangerous. He can come with us."

But still looking at Max, she threatened with a solemn expression in her face "If you try to play a fast one on us, I promise that you will be dead before you know it. So, don't try any trick on us, or you would deeply regret your dumb actions in the underworld."

She then around to walk away while the others who quickly followed behind her looked at Max who only smiled amiably at them.

Shang Fei appeared by Max's side and said "That's is Xiao Bilan, our elder sister."

"Okay. But why is she your elder sister? Is she related to you by blood?" Max asked with curiosity in his tone.

"No. Not at all. It's just what we call our seniors in cultivation. But because I am familiar with her, I can call her elder sister. However, the rest of the people in my group can't do that, or they might be punished for not being respectful."

"It's a thing in my world for juniors to respect their seniors in cultivation, or they could risk being badly punished by that senior who wields more strength than them" Shang Fei answered.

"I see. What if I directly call her by her name? Will she be able to punish me, since she might not have the strength to do so?" Max asked with a grin.

"Well, you can be regarded as a senior or elder brother yourself since you are way physically powerful like an actual body cultivator."

"So, since you are immensely physically strong, fast and powerful, you can be called a senior or elder brother even if you don't cultivate." Shang Fei replied with a smile.

"Oh. That's good. However, please don't call my name with that shitty senior or elder brother title attached to it. Thank you" Max said with a seemingly disgusted expression in his face.

Shang Fei nodded his head with a smile.

"By the way, I don't really know your name?" Max asked.

"Shang Fei" Shang Fei answered

"Okay. Mine is Max which is short for Maxwell. So you can just call me Max" Max said while Shang Fei nodded his head.

"So Shang..." Max was about to make a speech when Shang Fei hurriedly interrupted him and said:

"No Max, my name is Fei. While my surname is Shang."

"Oh! Alright. Sorry about that" Max said and grinned.

Then he said further "So Fei, what can you tell me about Xiao Bilan?"

"Well, she is the daughter of a wealthy business tycoon who is also a powerful cultivation expert. That is why I was surprised to find her here when she could just demand for pills from the sect's pillmaker since she can easily afford it despite it really expensive price. I guess she came here to train herself" Shang Fei responded.

"Oh really? She is the daughter of a super-rich cultivator? That's cool." Max said with awe in his eyes and nodded.

Then he said further by asking "I heard you in my defense say to Xiao Bilan that my strength and speed was comparable to one senior Huo Chen from your sect. Is that true? That he is as strong and fast as I am?"

"Yes. He has a high cultivation base to be regarded as a senior. So, he possesses great strength and speed because of that cultivation stage that he is in."

"Also, by studying some perverse Body Training Art and Movement Skill, he can easily achieve many times more than that strength and speed that you you showed us back then." Shang Fei replied.

"Wow! That's really nice" Max exclaimed.

'So someone from Shang Fei's Rainsword sect can easily surpass the physical strength and speed that I was able to attain by partially entering my Kron Form, all because of cultivation of Qi and some insane art and skill that he studied?'

'Haha! That's nice. I will really like to see this person. It seems that the cultivators of this world at some certain cultivation stages might truly be difficult to subdue.' Max said and concluded within himself.

"So Fei, is this how we are going to walk down to wherever your sect is? And where is your sect located by the way?" Max asked with an anguished expression in his face.

"Yes Max. We will go on feet to where our sect is. And to your second question, our sect is located in the city. Anyways, we aren't really far from it. We would soon get there" Shang Fei replied.

"What?! we would really go on foot? Why is there no means of transportation, even if it's riding on some damned beasts to your sect?" Max asked like he was pained.

He then said in the next moment since he knew that he won't get a satisfying reply to his question "Ugh! Alright then. But if I were alone, I will use my jet bike to cross large distances in seconds."

"Well, thankfully, your sect is located in the city and not in some faraway valley which I was earlier scared about. So I would be able to see how things really are in your world for myself." Max said with a smile.
