17 Chapter 17 JBE Accounting Firm

"Mom, Dad, can I go with you?" Elle said as they were having breakfast the following day. "Why sweetie? Aren't you have plans with Andrew?" Mrs. Bess Smith asked. "On Thursday yet, Mom. I'm just getting bored staying here, even in malls too. I want to go to an interesting place like JBE," she replied. "Okay Elle, you can go with us today," Mr. Jerry Smith said, smiling. "Thank you, Dad! I'll just get dress," she said, wiping her mouth with a napkin. She left the table while her parents almost done eating. Her parents were all ready but she needed to hurry up in fixing herself. She decided to wear skinny blue pants and white collared shirt, paired them with her black and white Chuck Taylor. She combed her hair, got her sling bag and phone's inside it, her brown wallet too, as well as lipstick and mirror. She closed her windows, locked her bedroom door and all ready for JBE with her parents waited for her in the living room.

Mr. Jerry Smith drove off to Robertson Boulevard in their white Fortuner, where JBE could be found, existed for 15 years already. Elle had been there when she's in elementary and if party gatherings called for families' attendance. Employees were nice to her. "Good morning, Sir! Good morning, Madame!" The JBE security guards greeted them warmly and suddenly turned to Elle, " Good morning, Ma'am!" Elle greeted back with a smile. The family was greeted by loyal employees. They were amazed and felt happy to see a beautiful young lady like Elle. When people would look at her, its like they could not take their eyes off her because she had this angelic face, beautiful thin lips, perfect-shaped nose, expressive brown eyes, with long, straight, brunette hair and dimples on her cheeks. Elle resembled her Mom. She got her Dad's height, the heart-shaped of the face and white complexion. She stayed in her Mom's office, browsed different magazines until, "Good morning, Elle! Have a nice day!" A text message came from James. "Good morning, James. Likewise." Elle replied. "Are you staying home for today?" He asked. "No." Elle replied simply. "So, where are you now in this early morning?" James asked curiously. "I'm with my parents' office." She answered through text message. "What are you doing there, where is that?" James asked. "Too many questions, James, hahahahahaha.. JBE in Robertson Blvd. I'm bored at home so I come with them." She replied to his message. "Wow! You are really rich lady, Elle," James said in a message as he knew about JBM Accounting Firm. It was a prestigious firm in Dale City, even jn the whole country of Chesterland. "Hahaha not really, I didn't tell you my parents owned it. I just said in their office so might as well they're employees too," Elle replied humbly. "Yes you are, Elle. JBM is famous. I know that because my uncle who owns Stanley deals with JBE as his financial consultant." James replied. "Really a small world for us, Elle. Looks like we have connection on purpose." James replied. "Who are you texting with, Elle?" Mrs. Bess Smith asked as she turned to her while doing something on her laptop. "James Fisher, Mom. We met him in Stanley in Ridgeland when we had vacation there recently," Elle replied. "Stanley? Fisher? How's he related to Mr. Adam Fisher?"Mrs. Bess Smith asked. "James said his uncle owned Stanley and JBE is his financial consultant. He asked where was I. I just said I'm in JBE with my parents." Elle said, laughing. "Then Adam Fisher is his uncle," Mrs. Bess Smith confirmed. "He never mentioned his uncle's name, Mom. I'll ask him," Elle said, messaging James about the name of his uncle. "Adam Fisher is his name. Why?" James replied. "Mom asked about who I was texting with and I told her honestly about you, my new friend that Andrew and I met in Stanley. She heard it and Adam Fisher came in the picture. Very small world for us, James!" Elle replied back. " I told you," James messaged back. "I know," Elle replied simply. "Have a nice day, James, I want to enjoy my stay here. Talk later," Elle gave him a message. "Okay, Elle, enjoy the day," James replied.

For whole day, Elle stayed back and forth in her parents' office. In the morning, she was at her Mom's office. In the afternoon, she stayed in her Dad's executive office. When sunset came, they went home together, her Dad's on the steering wheel, beside him was her Mom. She stayed at the backseat.
