12 12. Grave

"She is just a bitch who only knows how to seduce others with her face." A girl standing next to Lu Xu Mei said exasperatedly.

"Wan Wan, don't say things like that. Maybe she bought it with her own money. We should not judge her like that. Maybe she knows someone who has a good position and asked them to buy it for her. She must have paid for it on her own." Lu Xu Mei said to the girl with her.

At first if someone heard her words they would sound really innocent but she made it seem like RuQian got close to a guy with a higher stature and money to buy it for her, no one would think a girl her age would have the money so their thoughts would automatically go to how she paid and they would think she used her body for that. This Lu Xu Mei was really too cunning for her age, was the first thought RuQian had.

"That's right. She maybe asked someone to buy it for her. We should not judge her like that." Some girl innocently said.

"What do you mean by asked someone? You think she has the money? She must have slept with some old guy to help her buy her the scarf." That Wan Wan girl said.

"How dare you insult my Qian Qian? Who do you think you are? Some low bitch talking about my Qian Qian?" Everyone turned around as they heard an irritated voice from the entrance of the class. Lan Xie stood at the door with her hands crossed below her chest huffing and she looked really angry.

"And who are you? Just Another bitch?"

"Has Wan Wan gone crazy? She is actually calling the Lan princess a bitch?"

"Does Wan Wan not know who Lan Xie is? How can she dare to say something like that?"

"Haha don't you all know Wan Wan's father works under the Lan pharma's subsidiary. She must want her father to lose his job."

"Wasn't she just saying that her father managed the subsidiary on his own?"

"She must have forgotten her father is still just an employee and not the owner. Looks like she will be reminded of her position now."

"Who are you to even speak in between?" Wan Wan was too angry at being interrupted to hear the surrounding chatter. She did not realize who she was talking to but RuQian clearly heard each and every word that was being said. RuQian kept quiet wanting to watch a nice show. She wanted to see how her friend would handle herself. In the past Lan Xie handled herself and RuQian too all by herself but that was after she had grown up. So RuQian wanted to test her friend out to see whether her friend was mature enough to deal with these kind of situations.

Of course if she could not handle this RuQian would help her out but she did not want to do that unless it was absolutely necessary. If Lan Xie could not handle a small situation like this, then having to keep her friend out of future situations similar to this would be a difficult task.

"I am the one who gave Qian Qian the scarf. Why? Still have questions?" It's not like Lan Xie was lying. The scarf was bought by her when she went shopping. She wanted to get RuQian something but she was not able to decide between the scarf and a bracelet she had seen. In the end she bought both but told RuQian that the scarf was just a freebie. Or else she would not have used the scarf just to cover up the glue but she knew well that RuQian treasured everything she gave her. She always carried that scarf around with her so must have only had that one piece of cloth at the time with her.

"So you are the who slept around and not her? Hah, birds of a feather flock together. Both of you are sluts who just know how to use their body."

As soon as Wan Wan said these words gasps were heard around her. No one had ever dared to insult the Lan princess before because the last time someone called her dumb Father Lan had made sure that whole family went bankrupt and had to leave the city. That was why Lan Xie was always referred to as Lan princess as she was treated like one too. When she was called dumb a whole family had gone bankrupt and here Wan Wan had called the Lan princess a slut and that she slept around. Her classmates started lighting candles for Wan Wan in their minds. She was definitely digging her own grave right now.
