However, with a closer look in the darkness, Jun Kai saw a small white envelope lying on the ground. He quickly opened it and when he saw the contents he was bewildered.

The next day. Sunlight was slowly creeping through the window.

"Hraaarrh." Qing Qing sluggishly opened her eyes. The sunshine was gently shining on her small face.

"You've finally woke up?" A voice spoke up beside her bed.

"Mami?" Qing Qing turned her head, instead of her mother she saw Mi Rong. "Oh, Rong jie, I thought you were my mami."

"Hmm. Have some of this." Mi Rong had been sitting beside Qing Qing and reading a book, waiting to give Qing Qing's breakfast to her. She got tired of her bed and decided to change spots.

"Thank you."

"Did you have a good sleep?"

"Yes."

Mi Rong smiled, "Good." She then passed the breakfast tray to Qing Qing. Luckily it was still warm.

Silence encircled the room; however it was not the stuffy kind of feeling, but peace and quiet. While Qing Qing was eating, Mi Rong was reading her book. From time to time, Qing Qing would take quick peeks at Mi Rong. While watching her, Qing Qing would feel secure and at peace. Rong jie seemed to have that majestic calmness emitting from her, it was as if Rong jie was a beautiful princess. Her mother had her own unique beauty, and Rong jie seemed to have even more, but Rong jie didn't seem to come from any wealthy family. If Rong jie did, she would have known, where did she come from then?

Curiosity finally beat her "Rong jie."

"Yeah?" Mi Rong looked up from her book.

"Uh, jie where are you from?" Qing Qing asked while tilting her head.

Mi Rong paused for a moment before saying, "Well, I'm from a far far away place, beyond the oceans and sky."

"Oh. Which country or what kind of place do you mean then." Her eyes then shone and she sat straight. She knew it! Rong jie doesn't seem like a normal person. Beyond oceans and sky, it must be out of space! Maybe where Santa is.

Meanwhile, Mi Rong was watching all the changes going on Qing Qing's little face and the sparks in her eyes. This girl's imaginary seems to be on top-notch. She giggled lightly while Qing Qing was half waiting for her answer and half in her own thoughts.

"Qing Qing, you answer me first. Where do you think I come from? Ke ke."

"Uh, jie, how am I suppose to know." Qing Qing's voice became soft.

"Ke ke, just make a guess."

"Out of space?"

"That's ridiculous, make another guess."

"Then, are you with Santa?"

Mi Rong was confused, "Santa, who?"

"Jie, seriously!? Then, where is this far away land that you say."

Unexpectedly, the door opened. Jun Kai's handsome face appeared. His face showed signs weariness. His dark circled seemed to be clearer, but no matter how tired he looked, his handsomeness did not lessen one bit. If it was for other girls, they would have melted every time they saw Jun Kai. However, Mi Robg was an exception.

"Papa?"

"Qing Qing, what faraway land are you talking about?" Jun Kai asked calmly.

"Oh, about that..." Qing Qing suddenly had a bad feeling. It seems her father was not in a good mood. Whenever there were no emotions in her father's voice, it would normally indicate that he was in a bad mood. Usually, mami would make him feel better, but if there was no mami then who would?

Without waiting for Qing Qing to answer, he directly asked Mi Rong, "Miss Mi Rong, I need to have a chat with you."

"Fine." However, even though minutes past the man still did not show any signs of speaking. "Well? Are you going to speak or not?"

"Come outside."

"Excuse me? Can't you just ask nicely?" Finally, Mi Rong couldn't hold it in.

Regardless of what Mi Rong said, Jun Kai walked in and pulled her outside. His coldness emitted around him. Although she tried to resist, Mi Rong was still dragged outside. She was very weak after that explosion.

From the looks of it, it seems he had found something and became suspected in her. But what could it be? After processing what might have been the cause for his actions, she just couldn't think of anything and idly let him drag her as she couldn't be bothered to use her strength. He seems to be heading to the rooftop.

Once they arrived on the rooftop, Jun Kai got to the point, "Where did you come from?"

"Jeju Island, why?"

He then thought for a moment and asked, "Then, why did Qing Qing ask you about a faraway land?"

Mi Rong's eyebrows raised up, "Did you eavesdrop on us?"

"Just answer the question." It seems he only heard when Qing Qing asked about the faraway land.

"That's where my parents are." Mi Rong did not tell him what she had been talking with Qing Qing in case he'd suspect her more.

"Oh." He saw Mi Rong lost in her thoughts. He never considered that her parents would be in heaven and did not intend to hurt her. However, he was still doubtful, "Then let me ask you this, did you..." kill Fei Ling. In the envelope, he found yesterday made him suspect Mi Rong as she was the person he just met yesterday.

"Did I what?" Mi Rong's eyebrows furrowed slightly.

He recollected himself in case of alerting Mi Rong, if she was the culprit then she might run off, so he asked again, "Why did you help Qing Qing."

"Listen, Qing Qing was not the only person I tried to help from that bus. Also, I was close to saving your wife as well, but the bus suddenly exploded." It was not like she didn't want to save his wife.

However, it was still not enough for Jun Kai as he asked again, "Why did you go and help them?"

Once again, Mi Rong didn't have to think twice and answered directly and honestly, "I am a nurse and as a fellow human, I should. I can't just let them be stuck in that bus."

When Jun Kai received her answer, he was quite disappointed. She didn't sound like the culprit. Then who was? He couldn't just let the culprit lurking around freely, "Sigh. I must have overthought."

"Is this all you wanted to ask?"

"Hmm."

It's always like this with this man, once he's finished talking, he gives you his cold shoulders. Mi Rong didn't want to tolerate any longer and left first. But before she was about to walk past him, she could smell his scent coming from him. She paused a little but then kept walking. She remembered this scent from where she came from. It was so familiar, but she couldn't remember where it was from. Strange. How did he have the same kind of scent?

As she walked, Mi Rong considered what happened. Luckily this was only what he had suspected and not about where she truly came from, but it seems there's more to it. Someone must have triggered him to become doubtful at her. It looks like the accident must have been intentionally arranged by someone for Jun Kai to go around asking questions about her. The person he suspects happened to be her as she was the last person to go near his wife. Hmm, this place isn't safe any longer.

While walking, she slowly gathered her strength from within and thought of Xiao Bai. She was trying to call him through telepathy.

Finally, it connected, it took a while, Xiao Bai must have been looking for food. This boy once he was able to grow up in size, he never stopped eating. "Mi Rong! You've been quiet for 3 whole days! Where are you?"

"Before you start complaining anymore, can you come to meet me at the hospital playground in an hour?"

"Well, I just finished the mission you told me to do. Then to get out I've got to try to solve your house formation and run all the way to the hospital with my precious paws, by the way, three days without food..."

Mi Rong then distressfully cut Xiao Bai off by saying, "I'll cook you food."

"Mi Rong ah, you see I've been craving your sweet and sour pork, Kung Pao chicken, and maybe some roast ducks?"

"Fine. You better be there on time, else the dishes will be crossed out one by one."

"Yay! I'll be there." Now it was easy for him to get out? This boy!

After she had finished talking to Xiao Bai, Mi Rong arrived in front of her room. However, she noticed that more bodyguards were guarding the door, hmm. She then went in and sat down beside Qing Qing. She was about to open and continue reading her book when she saw Jun Kai walking in. Mi Rong took a glance at him before ignoring him entirely. He only stayed for half an hour talking with Qing Qing and left when someone called him. Looks like he's a busy person, but that shouldn't be of her concern.

After he left, the doctor came to check on both of them. Both she and Qing Qing were fine, so Mi Rong then asked Qing Qing if she wanted to go out for a walk. Qing Qing immediately agreed as she was getting bored of sitting around. The doctor and nurse prepared a wheelchair for Qing Qing and skillfully transferred her onto the wheelchair. The medical team then left. As Mi Rong and Qing Qing were about to go out, Mi Rong who was pushing Qing Qing was stopped by the bodyguards outside.

"Miss, boss said young miss shouldn't go out. It's for her safety."
